Staff doesn't come much friendlier, helpful, and thoughtful. Prices still have a lot to be desires, but the customer service and satisfaction policies more than make up for it. These guys and gals are leading the herd in the dispo industry here in FL, make sure to stop by and check em out, if your a mmj patient that is. Also make sure to try out their sunset sherbert, it's one of my favorite strains there.

terrible location, there's never good parking! Although the employees seem to be wonderful people.I have noticed there are usually as many, if not more employees than patients and, it still takes forever. I suggest making online orders.it does go faster then if you don't. My last online order was confirmed by email but they had no idea at the Gainesville shop. Also I get a lot of emails offering this or that but, when I was two dollars short on a $200 Online order that they messed up I had to ultimately put back a $50 item to make up the two dollars... I wouldn't buy stock here! LOL great employees though

Nice clean and professional facility. The selection is pretty impressive and they were willing and able to spend time going over my options and answering any questions I had. Be aware they are cash only (or some kind of special paypal type app I had never heard of) and you cannot just walk in and purchase your medicine like you might expect. You will have to wait to be seen or order ahead, which honestly seems a little unnecessary but not a deal breaker. The website inventory doesn't seem to be accurate to the store inventory either, but that may be a corporate issue. Aside from the cash only policy and the long waits to purchase it's a nice place with great product and helpful staff.

Very professional, super quick, compared to their other location nearby the villages, but even if you have to wait, its quite pleasant. Nice comfy chairs, always nice people to chat with, clean fancy bathroom.

It's a little hard to find and if you park in the parking area next door, the lawyers might have you towed.  And those are the only problems I had there.  The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.   When I came in, I filled out a form and took a seat.  I was asked if I was new to medical marijuana and if I would like a consultation.  I like that they offered that.  But I was good.  I explained that I had had my med card in Colorado.  I was then asked lots of questions about Colorado laws and strains.  It was great that the staff was curious and interested.  Everyone was great there.  I had great service.  And they are less expensive than the other place in town.  This is my new dispensary.

Excellent shatter and crumble extracts for the patient who is familiar with MMJ concentrates. Huge selection of different products.Unfortunately, terrible parking at the Gainesville location with unbelievably long wait times with sloppy quality control on the merchandise. Sketch people getting pissed as selective personnel get preference while others looking on linger and wait anxiously for hours.

Update to the update. I ended up going in again after being given the runaround so many times on the phone. Talked with Peter. He was absolutely fantastic. We discussed what had happened and the communication issues and he resolved my problem and gave me a 20% discount. In the store, the service was great. Phone service still needs work

Worst customer service!! They let people jump the line just whenever they feel like it, apparently. After two people went ahead of me the lady first said that I didn't wait outside, as many were seated inside, next she said that perhaps those people had pick up orders, perhaps?? Not a good way to treat folks let alone disabled people. I do not recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now, a repeat customer.Marshall has been my advisor both times I've visited the Gainesville, Florida dispensary.The attitude and service I've received, will keep me being a repeat customer, at this store.And, I come in from a town where there is a Trulieve Dispensary a few miles from my home!There is always a smile on the staff's faces, and the service is respectful and quiet.Way to go, Marshall!

Computers were down the day I was there and of course they were having a huge sale and were busy as hell. I had about an hour wait because of this. That being said, the MedTender, Serena, was amazing, she had to do everything by hand. She was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Products I got are ?!

Awesome place!! I have been to a few of their stores and every time ALL the employees are very nice and helpful. Price wise I think they have the best prices compared to some of the other businesses. I definitely recommend going there.

I’ve been a patient here since 420 and 90% of the time I’m super excited to shop in the dispensary but the last two or three times have been kinda stressful. The reception area is a mix between a security officers station, check in, and waiting area. It’s unclear who is the concierge or greeter, and who is in line to register or who is already. Multiple times I’ve been in the waiting area and I’ve seen tension between patients because it looks like people are cutting in line or getting preferential service because one person walks in and gets served in five minutes and someone else has been waiting for 15. I can’t help wondering how reactive the officers will be whilst posted up behind a reception desk. Wouldn’t they be more effective at the front door? Markers and directional signs in the lobby may help to inform people where to go, but hard to do in such a small area. The system of expedited online ordering is a bit redundant if you are allowing patients to place an online order and then modify the order prior to pick up. Understandably because the medication is filled and not yet dispensed there is opportunity for modification but that process should be reserved for walk in patients not online orders. Clearly during peak time like the first of the month and high traffic promotion, staffing should be increased to maximize patient care and productivity. You’re selling weed, it’s the last place anybody should be stressed working. Clearly the young man I dealt with was overwhelmed and rightfully so. Any profit driven business knows that demand is higher and staff need to be strongly supported during this time. Trulieve you can do better! Slow down expansion a bit and audit the current process to address any breakdowns. 13 dispensaries leave people with better options if you wait too long to make improvements.
