Columbia "Cares"  in name only. I cannot speak to the rest of the locations, but the managers of Columbia Care in in Gainesville don't seem to understand medical marijuana is intended for, get this, medical purposes. If a patient has an adverse reaction to their products - including migraines - they will not allow a return of any kind. This is a shady, cutthroat business operation with no concern for the effects of these supposedly "medical" products on patients. BUYER BEWARE

Adrian is great, he's always so helpful and patient when he's taking care of me! His service is appreciated.

Will definitely be back.... Everyone was AMAZEBALLS. The person (I apologize I didn't get her name) that took care of me took the time to make sure my online order was correct and the deals and discounts were spot on! Oh.. and I was in and out within fifteen minutes.. maybe not even that long. Thanks again, Guys.

Online prices are cheaper than in-store prices. Feels like bait and switch when you have to pay more in store than what was quoted online. Prob will stick with grow healthy after this experience. Don't offer discounts online if your system is unable to calculate them correctly. From a customer POV it feels better to pay LESS than expected than MORE. I left the store feeling like I got scammed out of my money.

The staff here is amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. The products are good and the service unmatched in my opinion. Would absolutely recommend!

Great quality bud, great bud tenders. Today I spoke to Jenae who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable unlike staff at some other dispensaries. I highly reccomend coming here and talking to them when you’re not sure what you want!

Great prices, availability, staff and location. I walked in and was honestly shocked, the place is cool af with artwork and fun design. definitely will be returning!
