I placed an online order with Tumbleweed, and when I went to pick it up, I could not have been more pleased with my entire experience. From the aesthetic to the shop to the INCREDIBLE customer service that I received, my experience was absolutely wonderful. I've been to other dispensaries in the area, and none of the employees have been nearly as kind and helpful as those at Tumbleweed. They answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and never made me feel like I was asking anything stupid. Also, their PRICES cannot be beaten! I got the same amount of product that I'd gotten from another shop for almost $100 less than I'd paid elsewhere! I highly recommend stopping by.
First off Sarah is an amazing bud tender! My friend and I went in after a disappointing rushed trip to Faragosi Farms in Trinidad. I explained to Sarah we had never been to a dispensary before beside the stop in Trinidad where the guy rushed us out. She took the time to really walk through everything with us. She was super friendly, very nice, and extremely helpful. She was very informative and really helped my friend and I pick out what was best for us. When I visit CO again I will definitely be back! That being said, I highly recommend this dispensary and I recommend having Sarah help you! The prices here seemed really reasonable too! Overall, my friend and I had a really lovely experience here thanks to the awesome bud tender!

Came here on Memorial Day. Great prices and good safety precautions regarding social distancing amidst covid-19 however my girlfriend and I were treated like shit by the dude who waited on us. I'd say he was truly waiting on us like he had something more important to do. He was impatient and rude. He yelled a lot and was an overall ass. Would not recommend this place for a new buyer.

This shop has knowledgeable employees and quality products. I was surprised at the size of their menu and they have an awesome location.
Nice looking store and products but incompetent staff. I understand going into a dispensary that most employees will be high but if you can't function when your high you should remain sober at work.

Amazing service and great selection. The staff is really knowledgeable and they have great recommendations for anything you might need. Transactions are easy. COVID protocols exceed expectations. Definitely the best dispensary in town!
This was a great experience. The budtenders were really nice and knowledgeable, and I was able to get what I wanted very quickly (I needed edibles for sleep). I didn't want to spend too much time perusing, especially as there were people waiting outside (COVID restrictions/social distancing), but hopefully next time I'll be able to check out the place for longer and really look at their selections.
Got some flower today after some advice by the friendly staff. Super dry weed. Not sure if it's old or their storage isn't controlled at all.Kinda disappointed, glad I didn't buy more.Nice space, nice selection. Dry weed.
Been to several Colorado dispensaries over the years. The staff here were the nicest I've ever encountered. For a neophyte like myself, they were very informative. Their recommendations are based on each customers individual needs and personal experience. Menu and variety extensive. Prices reasonable. As with most dispensaries, cash only. Visit your ATM before arrival.
Trying places in my route too/from work. Staff was prompt and friendly, didn't dig into knowledgeability. Process was prompt and professional. 3 stars because the flower was dry and crumbled to a dusty texture when broken up. Smoked decent for the dryness, a bit harsh, but clean ash. Also pulled two immature seeds out of one of the 8ths. Side note I purchased "gold" product, 1 step from the top shelf platinum. A large variety and selection was available in all products types (flower,concentrate,edible). If both types of flower weren't dry it would be 5 stars.

Pretty underwhelming experience. Dude behind the counter was borderline too stoned to function But somehow still made me feel rushed. I will give him credit for a solid product recommendation. Was rushed too much to opine on the selection, but at quick glance it looked decent.
We stopped one more time in Tumbleweed on our way to Rocky mountain national park. Night before we tried to go in one across the street, since Tumbleweed was closed in that time. Since we entire we decided to wait until morning for Tumbleweed to open
Very pleasant experience, nice people who answered my questions. Great service they provide here. High quality flower, for affordable prices. Edibles were somewhat expensive but come with multiple servings. This dispensary stands up with the best dispensaries in San Francisco.
We moved to Colorado in summer 2019 and live in the high country (Leadville). Tumbleweeds is far from the closest weed shop to where we live but it's the one I go to because it's clean and professional. Too many of these places in Colorado are grungy and staffed by people who are too baked to be doing the shop (even in a weed shop). Excellent selection. My go-tos are the Willie's special reserve and the upscale chocolate bars, but I've also had good luck with the flower and one-hitters. Highly recommend.
I went in to buy some flower, but it all looked so poor I ended up only buying a pre-rolled joint. It was rolled so incredibly tight it was nearly impossible to smoke. After nearly passing out trying to get something out of it I recognized a familiar feeling and taste, but I couldn't put my finger on it at first. Then I realized; shwag. It tasted and made me feel like shwag does. So, that was my experience.
So rude we crossed the street to Native Roots.
Awesome place. I love the variety of concentrates. And the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended over the main stream yuppie crap across the street.
This is the only shop for me. I'm always treated well, the prices are reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Why go anywhere else? Missing star because I want it to stay open later...
