Lousy customer service. Especially the guy in the front room checking IDs. Never cracked a smile, was sarcastic, and very condescending. Not what you would expect from a place that sells weed. Clearly he isn't partaking in the fun.
This is the secOnd time I come here when I fly down to Colorado and I'm not surprised that I got shitty customer service. We purchase oVer 300 dollars and they're credit card machine always has an error they made us go get another card and instead of letting us go back in after they made us wait outside to go back in and made us make the line all over again just so the card can say error again. Oh and on top of everything the ATM was broken. Get your shit together native. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DISPENSARY.
Loved the vibe here! Quality products and wonderful staff. Brendon was very helpful and Chill AF. Yelp wants me to write more so I guess I'll talk about the aesthetics of the store which were quite nice. Great displays and cool artwork outside. But I apparently still haven't written enough to satisfy Yelp so I'll talk about how much I like dogs. They really have saved humanity from utter pessimism and depression. You can't look at or pet a dog and be depressed or pissed off about the job you hate. You just love the dog and the dog loves you back.
Didn't have anything listed on web site.Tried to sell weird stuff in large quantities.Strains they had aren't even listed on leafy
Its biggest plus is that it's close to the highway and hard to miss while driving.More expensive pricing compared to area competitors. Service felt a little impersonal. It was also weird that you exit out of the other side of the building from the entrance so you have to walk back around the outside of the building. Also, a bag or something would have been nice instead of having to walk out with a handful of containers.
This dispensary is racist as fuck. My Latino boyfriend was treated different than the other customers who were all white. The staff started off by saying "wat ya want" while other staff members were informative and helpful to other customers. This assumption that because of the color of his skin he must know drugs and be well versed in weed was racist. Then, when he asked questions they shut him down and put the item he asked about in his cart instead of being receptive to his question. He bought Wanna gummies and the staff member gave him the lowest dosage without asking him what he wanted (5mg, my boyfriend wanted a 10mg gummy ) and didn't ask what flavor he wanted. The flavor was piña colada which is a flavor he doesn't even like and the staff member never confirmed with him during purchase that it was the one he wanted. This interaction was disrespectful and rude at the very least. My entire family spends time in Colorado, as does my boyfriend's family, and none of us will buying from here ever again.
Hands down the worst experience iv had at a dispensary. Iv been to several others and would recommend going to the Denver location if your traveling from that direction. Came here to give my brother's brother and father in law their first dispensary experience and was embarrassed and regretted it immediately. The main reason why my rating was because the bud tender SCOTT. Not once did Scott show us a menu and when I asked I learned quickly Scott was a problem. In fact "F Scott" became the tag line for the rest of our vacation. He was basically our Munson (if you've seen the movie kingpin) with the added salesmen ship of comic book guy from the simpsonsRight from the get go scott was for lack of better words a dick. My brother's father in law was interested in getting a vape and several cartridges. His only requirement was that it didn't have any added flavors. In this case the Pax pods were the only non flavored ones. Scott however did not explain clearly which cartridges worked with which batteries. So when our in law asked for the mid teir battery he was asked which flavor cartridge he wanted. For the second or third time he had to tell Scott he did not want the flavored one. All Scott had to do was say he needed to get the pax charger since the pax pods (non flavored) were the only ones that worked with that battery. Now we get to our brother in law who only wanted to get some gummies. Rather than taking things out and showing him the product Scott proceeds to smuggly point to the products through the glass display and emotionlessly telling him what was available. When more questions were asked about the product we were greater with smug unenthusiastic answers. After seeing all this I began to change my mind on purchasing anything from Scott. Originally I had told him I was interested in cartridges but by the end of the experience I wasn't. I only changed my mind when he mentioned there was a sale on one of their cartridges that bumped it down from 70 to 55ish. The discount was the sole reason I purchased one NOT BECAUSE OF SCOTT.Aside from how we were treated, and my embarrassment for having put my family through this experience; the simple fact that Scott has that kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable and not needed within the line of work. There are hundreds if not thousands of people that want to be budtenders and for Scott to fill that position and have the shitty attitude he has is a shame not only for the native roots brand but people struggling to achieve his position. I will also be trying to find out if native roots has a corporate office and hopefully speaking to someone directly.
Expensive, but conveniently located right off the freeway, if you're just passing through. This is a beautiful and well organized dispensary with friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders, making it a shame that the prices are so steep.
I don't know what happened with these one star reviewers, but I just went the first time and they were great. I was on the med side, great deals and prices, and as much info as I wanted.
If I could give one star I would. NEVER coming back here again. The idiot at the entrance of the Frisco location didn't accept my Puerto Rico ID. That ignorant useless employee couldn't recognize an ID that allowed me to fly into the US. She said I had to bring in a Passport, when I didn't even need that to enter this country. Racist ignorant dumb employee!
Nice clean store with lots of products. My budtender was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and showed me a variety of products. I bought some edibles and flower and I was very happy with my purchase.
Long wait, expensive. There are only 4 customers here, 2 sales people and a manager and I am still in line at least 15 minutes later.$15 pre-rolls and $60 1/8ths is their daily special. No thanks. And I am still waiting in line.
We loved the place and how big it was, but the customer serious was awful. Super defensive if you had questions. Spiked hair kid acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. He then started yelling at us to buy something since we asked so many questions... then told us this is the richest areas that he's in, making it sound like should leave.
Nice selection. Brenden our bud tender was fun, personable and did a great job of educating us. The $100 per ounce is a great deal we would like to see become permanent. Keep up the competitive spirit.
Weed was trash. The ace kush is sprayed/not flushed properly. Only 6 types. Over $40 in taxes added at the end. Budtender was a douche. Go to high country healing, it was much better!!!
Great deals on flower right now!! Perin helped me out today, made some great recommendations!
Terrible store, when I showed them my ID they asked me my height and weight (pretty rude). Poor selection and the local cannabis didn't even get me barred out
So I'm gonna have to change my 5 star to a 2 star review. After being thrilled about the wonderful customer service I received on the recreational side, I made Native Roots my caregiver once I renewed my medical card. However, I've been way more than disappointed with the service I've received on their med side. Upon signing up to be a member there, I was given a piece of paper indicating I had a $75/ounce because I made them my caregiver. The second time I come back, the budtender tells me I have a $50 credit and I'll be walking out the door paying well over $100 for my "$75 ounce". I tell her I was specifically given a typed piece of paper from the budtender on my previous visit indicating I had a $75/ounce. This budtender then tells me if I can't afford the ounce I need to wait and come back. Not only was I lied to, but an employee also implied I didn't have enough money to be shopping there. The employee helping me today didn't know my name or whether or not I was even a member when I came in until I had to remind her of both things. Rude, rushed service. I'm highly disappointed.
Horrible customer service. Staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there. Will not be returning to this location or any other branches.
Bought wax for straight prices & have never been told anything different until today. Manager is clueless. They must've gotten new management or something. I don't recommend this dispo anymore
Nice, helpful workers. First time in a dispensary, but had to try it out since we were in Colorado..of course. (: I bought a few edibles. Pricey, but expected. It's decorated pretty nice as well.
The stars are for the weed. We were helped by the manager and I was extremely unimpressed. He talked to us like we were idiots and kept cutting me off when I talked. The rest of the staff was very friendly but Organix carries both quality product and good customer service. Probably won't be returning and unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for the same product, you should do the same.
I'm from out of state so I had a lot of questions and Ryan P. was super helpful!!! Very patient and helped me to pick out all the right stuff for me. I thought they had a good selection of items also.
Best staff-she was better than we could have expected. Incredibly personal experience. I'm sold.
Husband and I just came here after going to many dispensary in Colorado, Nevada, and California, this is by far the worst experience ever. $75 1/8 no bonuses, no anything, sales lady was completely rude, can touch the bud, will never go here again and would tell everyone the same.
Expensive compared to other dispensaries I've been to but still cheaper than prices in the Midwest ;). Also not much selection of pre rolled if that's your thing.
Clearly, the employees have changed here because the customer service was fantastic (as opposed to previous reviews). This place makes stoners classy. Clean facility. Incredible selection including Pre-rolled joints and edibles. Even coffee edibles! Special thanks to Patrick, who was extremely knowledgeable.
My girlfriend and I went here to have an edible before a hike. I've had them before and she hasn't... I tried to explain that she should not have too much her first time, but the Salesman insisted we each have a full 10mg dose. Everyone knows that's too much for a first timer and like clockwork she ended up in the clouds. It took a few hours to calm down and ruined our day. Bad service and business practice if you ask me and definitely will not comeback or recommend. One star
Worst service I have any store I have ever been too. Employees were hostile and very vulgar. They very ugly as well as being very dismissive and rude. Would not recommend to anyone even it was the last option in the United States.
The McDonald's of dispensaries in Colorado. Overpriced, limited stock, generic bud tenders.. but, convenient if you're in the mountains and limited on options.
I really liked the $99 dollar oz deal they had on Super Bowl weekend not many dispensaries do that in Summit County which is why I buy in Denver , the bud tender Branden was really helpful and talked me into and oz that had CBD's in it which I like .
Good selection and knowledge staff. Enjoyed the visit and would return. The location cannot be beat, as we were on out way to Breckenridge. It's right off the highway and easy to get to.
Definitely the most professional dispensary I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable staff, especially Corey, he's always the man when I come pick up some buds. Great bud and service. Good place to sign up medically! !
Excellent customer service. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us with every thing we needed. She definitely made my experience special and I will not go to another dispensery after visiting here
Lots of product to choose from. Taylor was so informative and pleasant. Thank you for our great experience at native roots;)
I still go here when in the area, as the herb is pretty good, but the prices are high compared to other local and Denver spots. Good products if you are wiling to pay more. Staff turns over a lot here, but it is Summit.....
Clean and modern space with a great selection. The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Keep an eye out for their sales and discounts.
Awesome place with a huge variety! Very helpful and clean. The customer service was excellent. Must check it out!
As a local, I prefer Native Roots over other Colorado dispensaries. All of the stores have a legitimate, "classy marijuana shop" type of feel. They keep the place clean & the customer service is always friendly! I specifically enjoyed Parker's (from Frisco) attitude & customer service. We bought a variety of different products. For each he was very informative and had a contagious optimistic attitude! I highly recommend Native Roots.
It would appear greed got the best of native roots and they no longer care for their med patients. Went in and they had one strain of flower available. Unfortunately for them they have lost a regular customer.
2 people isn't enough employees on a Saturday afternoon to be working on the recreational side. When you have out of towners that are uneducated about weed and ask a million questions you need to have more people working or a process to move the uniformed to the side. No ones has got time for townies 1000 questions. On to the next one !
Had a memorable cannabis experience with Logan at Native roots. Knowledgable, professional, clean, organized and the prices are right. I recommend the Vape Pen with Bubba Flo. Corey was great as well. They have a great dispensary and will have my summit county business for now on. Good greens, edible options and prices.
This is by far my favorite dispensary! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Parker is the man! He was so helpful when making our decisions. This place also caters to people who have celiac disease and need to stay gluten free.
Terribly staffed with absurd wait times. Tried 3 times in two days and left every time. Check out Alpenglo instead.
Grossly overpriced and poor selection. If it were of some supreme quality that warranted the massive surcharge ($60-$70) an eighth, it would be one thing. But it's not. It is of average to slightly above average quality. No better than the green you can get at HCH, Organix or any other dispensary in Summit. The quality certainly doesn't warrant the jaw-dropping surcharge. Furthermore, their selection is basically nonexistent. I $went in the other day and they had 5 strains. 5. Four of them were $70 an eighth (PLUS tax, lol!) and one of them was $60 an eighth. Their PRE-TAX prices are FAR higher than weed prices in states that still enforce prohibition! This place is basically a rip-off, and if I had to guess I would say their business model focuses on tourists and out of towners who don't know any better. My advice as a longtime Summit local: Stay far, far away from this place. It is a rip-off and it is Denver based. Support the local growers/dispensaries.
Great dispensary with good prices and selection. Chad was super helpful and is always a good guy to stop by and see.
We shop Native Roots, Frisco often and it is one of our favorite dispensary. They have a great product selection, the store is well designed and welcoming. We really enjoyed our knowledgable budtender Pelin who walked us through the differences between live resin & shatter. We will shop here again and definitely recommend it to our friends.
My friend and I were just denied entry even though we had real IDs indicating we were 21. The guy at the entrance said he knew they were fake, walked away for 10 mins then came back and told us to leave. I know I'm from out of state but being denied service for no reason is extremely insulting, never going to native roots again
Native Roots is a great dispensary! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the nice girl working the front desk and quickly sent back to the buying room (that has never happened) . On my way back I was then enthusiastically greeted by Tyler who was very nice and super helpful throughout my entire visit. They have a fantastic product selection and a great open environment to shop in. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
First timer in... Didn't know what to expect. Very polite, informative, and helpful. Our advisor, Tyler, was fantastic!!!
Native Roots is the most expensive store in Summit County. Also has some of the better product. Worth it if you don't mind spending more, too expensive for me. Good service I guess.
i love this place! seriously the best dispensary chain around. Every time i come into town they never fail to make me feel welcomed and keep me informed on the best deal possible. thanks native roots!
Completely unprofessional staff, blatantly offensive and rude. An embarrassment to all businesses in Frisco. Wish I had caught your name, front desk guy--you will single-handedly bankrupt this business.
Love this place super dope vibe inside and the people there are super friendly! They have wonderful deals and you won't leave disappointed.
TERRIBLE. First stop getting into Frisco and we should've just went across the street to Tumbleweed. When we first walked in the dude at the front desk was a complete dick. One of the rudest people I've encountered and that's not an understatement. So from the get go the whole experience was just trash and this was my fiancées first time at a dispensary. I've never been treated this disrespectful at a dispensary and I've been to them in Washington and Oregon. So we finally get past the first rude dude only to go into the recreational room to deal with two more rude bud-tenders? I mean seriously? Is this how ya'll do business here? The weed isn't even worth one star. It's way over priced and it's what a lot of folks refer to as "Denver dust". It just crumbles in your hands, so dry and just not an appealing smoke.
Ok....long lines but quick service. Went in with an out of state medical card. Wouldn't let me in on the med side but made sure I got a discount on the rec side.Definitely a different selection than what I'm used to seeing in PDX but plentiful and good none the less.Friendly knowledge staff. Awesome location.Shop here.
Great staff. Laura was very friendly and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left a happy customer. It has been a long time since I have felt that special as a customer. One of a kind experience that will stick with me for a long time, and the reason native roots will be the only dispensary I plan on visiting.
Rude service, awful weed. I've gotten better bags from dudes on street corners. Every employee I have dealt with is pretentious and acts as though it is a privilege to purchase their mass produced mid grade weed. Drive over to Altitude Organic Cannabis and save yourself the inevitable headache from either their staff or the mids.
Evidently a guy was said to be mean in the reviews the first guy I saw was very prompt and to the point but not after you made conversation with him he was nice after that.
Nice place! Always nice decor and selection. Bud tenders knew their stuff and were personal too. Needs a little life in their though... too quiet but still nice.
Best medical deals in the county Kind, attentive staffBeen coming here for years They need more medical concentrate variety- typically the same selections each time you goBut good quality, not shitty product Great concentrate specials -10-15% off select days for members
These guys are awesome. My dad came here a few years back not knowing anything and they were more than prompt to show him the ropes. We recently came again and had a bud tender named Dan Lee. Super cool guy, loves what he does, and completely takes the edge off of going to a dispo. Great product. Best dispo I’ve been to by far!????
Nice store and selection but god forbid you are unfamiliar with the hundreds of unique cannabis products in Colorado alone. The guy helping me was huffing and puffing with each question I asked and generally very unhelpful. Very overwhelming and felt rushed the entire time. To be fair there was a small line behind me but I don’t think it warranted what I experienced.
Came in today and had the best service of any dispensary by far. Martin helped us out and was very knowledgeable about each product and made sure we knew what we were buying. Really great experience!
Amazing place and super friendly and helpful, Daniel helped me out. He is the dude to go to so many options and good prices for bud. Definitely coming back and you should definitely stop worth it!
Great experience. Stopped by during a trip from Utah. Got me checked in without no fuse. Paul was very helpful and had alot of information about the products. Forgot my card and they actually waited for me to return to make my purchase. And the store was also very clean and stylish. Thanks Paul and Native Roots for you great service.
