Everyone is so friendly I love coming in to find some of my favorite brands. Erika and Kenndy are so friendly and educated on the product it makes easy to find a good pick!

Place is ok if you're desperate to pick up. Website is never up to date with what they have in stock and have no description on any products. The handful of times I've been, whoever is in charge of distributing has NOT notified me when something in my order is out. Although not having to pay for it, I've left with items missing from my order and EXPIRED cartridges. Seems like the staff doesn't care enough to check. Big waste of my time to have to drive back and forth to get what I originally ordered.

Not understanding at all. Security very rude to customer. Prices were way too high and they were not helpful at all. I would recommend any other dispensary. Never going back again

Customer service is trash. Employees get emotional when you tell them something they fucked up on. Weed isn't even all that. y'all need to do better.

I have always enjoyed stopping at The Gallery in Fife; everyone is so friendly.....I would have given zero stars but I can't post without atheist one.Until today, I wear a shield, not a mask for my breathing issues.  I walked in, and this Dick manager, I am guessing.  He came over to security and informed him that a shield was okay, but I also had to wear a mask.  Then, he looked at me, meaning to say you heard what I said but not to you but comply.I went and got my mask, which I do have for doctor appointments when needed, returned inside, and stated that obviously he does not wear glasses.  The gal behind the counter cut me off and told me he does wear glasses.  Immediately, he left his customer and came to tell me to leave.I informed him 2 times that was an asshole thing to do; first, the way he talked at me not to me and 2nd immediately ejected me from the business.   No customer service skills at all.  Then, I found out that these same people had a problem when a friend walked in wearing their backpack from work.  I guess he should have had a car and not been riding the bus. I will gladly not return to this Gallery for cannibas and related items.  It is nice to know that Karen's are called out for feeling privileged.   But Dick's for managers and employees have been getting away with crap.

I came here for a couple of product expecting it to be good but I was sadly disappointed to say the least.The seal on the jar had been broken and the product had been switched with a chea strain.It was obvious as this is what I usually get and it was nothing like it.  It seemed awfully dry and crumbly.They were out of the edible that I ordered and substituted it for a lower quality. I made an online order to save time.  Customer service was lacking.  I think that I will continue to order from my current dispensary.Their prices are much less expensive, product is fresh and customer service is outstanding!

I visited the Fife location for the first time a few weeks ago. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady took time to answer all my questions about the different types of oil pens. Great customer service!

Bad customer service I've been here 3 times and each time they don't have my order right never going there again

Love this place

I just adore the staff here!!! Always friendly!! The place is bright (so u can c what you're buying) & well lit! Its very clean!!! Ive NEVER had a bad experience here! Ive been a weekly customer now for almost 2yrs!! Keep up the awesome work! Erica is just a sweetheart & well educated in this field! Great place! Even if all ya need is some answers to common Marijuana questions. They're always happy to help, with a smile & kindness. They treat ya like you're a person, not just a $sign! Thanks Gallery team!
