Bought some edibles and a cart for my vape pen. Edibles were fine but the cart was just an empty box. When I called them they just said "sorry can't help you" DO NOT BUY CARTS FROM THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

First time ever stopping in had great customer service at first until more people started pouring in and the bud tenders were running around. My tender ( Alex) was taking two orders at once, I purchased an 1/8 of sunset sherbet, 1 gram of Tropicana Banana, and 1 cherry punch pre roll. I didn’t open my bag until I got home I assumed everything was in my bag because it was stapled closed. But clearly not because when I got home they never put my 1/8 of sunset sherbet in my bag so they got $40 out of me. Always double check your bag before you leave this place our they’ll screw you over. Thanks Alex…

I brought my daughter here for her first ever dispensary trip, she just turned 21 last week. The staff here was great, as usual! Dillon is a personal favorite amongst your bud tenders. Thanks for another great visit! ?

I was coming here for several years but due to recent bad service and behavior by their staff, including managers, I will not be returning again and don’t advise anyone go there. I had been going into the shop for a long time and have had several issues in the past with employee’s saying one thing and doing another but brushed it off and figured they were new employees. However after today, their behavior is unacceptable. I have tired placing several orders online from this store for Delivery. Each time I placed an order they allowed the order to be processed, even sent me texts saying it was being prepared and they would let me know when it was on the way, and then they would send me a message saying they didn’t have a driver, this happened 3 times in a row. I never have had a successful delivery. Today I placed an order and it said the same thing, your order is received, your order is being prepared and then I got a message saying they couldn’t deliver to my address as it was not the one on my ID, which was not mentioned on the ordering page, and they said my order was already processed so this didn’t make sense to me. I explained to them that I own several properties, as many people do and I am at my other house. They said they couldn’t do anything for me and told me I would have to place a new order as REC and then they could deliver. I then told them I am a long-standing customer and that due to this inconvenience they were causing, I should receive a discount on the REC order to reflect what I should be paying as a MED patient. They refused in very rude words. I find this kind of customer service appalling. I have worked in several dispensaries around the country not to mention several customer service jobs and I cannot ever imagine treating a long standing customer, who comes in so frequently, like this. Owners of Green Buddha, I would highly suggest replacing your mangers and enacting a customer service policy as your staff has given me many problems at this point and you will loose more that just my business for this kind of behavior. I have lots of friends always asking me where to go, I probably send 20 new people a week from my job, and I will never recommend your store again. I suggest anyone looking find another store like Breeze or Gage, they treat customers right and value good business.

I’m always impressed when I go to Green Buddha, but today was different. I was greeted at the counter with the kindest smile from Spencer. He showed me a few options that impressed me. His courtesy alone gives this place five stars. Very impressive. Will return when they have another great deal. Left the store with a G of gmo badder and a stunning oz of Mandarin Confectionary. Peace Green Buddha. Thank you*****
