I've used this place before and never really had a problem but for some reason tonight these little boys have some attitude issues. You need to check these people and how they speak to someone. All I wanted to know was the hybrid dominance of what I was purchasing and I got a snarky remark that they are all hybrid. Sir I'm aware of that but is it a 60/40 or 70/30 not the way to get people to tip and also not helpful when I'm a long time smoker who knows what they want. Also I get the covid stuff is going on and you are trying to be safe but get everyone on the same page. I went in with my husband shopping together spoke to 4 different people who knew we were shopping together but all of a sudden 20 minutes in it's a problem that we are together because they need to keep the flow good? Uh excuse me. Pathetic attitudes. Fix your staff and please tell the girl behind the counter to pull her skirt down.

Got totally disrespected by some chick Rigel for no reason. So we decided not to buy anything from here ever again.
Wish I could give negative stars. I have been coming here religiously every month purchasing ounces syringes and cartridges. Today I had Rigel and I can say my experience with her has done it for me. I will NEVER be returning to this spot. I came in today to purchase an ounce and while asking for any deals on ounces she quickly replied no, but then went around to say there outdoor grown for cheaper. Although she didn't share the cheaper deal with me the first time I asked, I continued on to look at the 3 selections in bins she pulled out. She opened them for like 3 seconds and closed them all immediately when I asked about the percentages the three strains were tested at. I wasn't able to see the strains to decide which one I wanted to purchase along with my parter, therefore I attempted to lift the lid (not grabbing the bin) to get an actual look and smell at the strains. When doing so, Riger who was checking the percentages on her computer right next to me began screaming "hey hey hey that's only for me bud" and snatched the bins. At that point my partner and I walked out due to the disregard she had for the businesses customers. Before leaving we decided to go back in to get her name and while re-entering, another customer in front of us overheard our frustration and shared that he had an unpleasant visit as well. My partner and I choose to drive down to The Medicine Man a mile down the street from here and both my partner and I were able to purchase an ounce each like we had planned. I feel extremely disrespected by this privately owned business that I have chose to support by purchasing many many ounces, cartridges and syringes. I will NEVER return thanks to Riger. If it means driving further and making sure nobody I know comes here I will be glad to do so. There is no reason to speak to your customers this way.
If you are a first time medical customer, don't bother. Go to another shop. The hoops they tried to make me jump through (after presenting my DL and medical card) were too much for me to handle. They wanted me to pull up my Colorado MMR on my phone, which was impossible, so I just gave up and went to Lightshade. Much easier there.
If I could give zero stars I would , I waited an hour for an online order when it was literally 2 grams of wax I was outside the whole time . Then when I got to go in they said I was banned!!!! For supposedly getting what I bought inside and giving it to someone outside when every time I go there I go alone and leave right away. It's ridiculous their prices are crazy high too wouldn't recommend going here . Will be writing a review on Weedmaps also !
Every body does an awesome job except the wook manager who does nights. He doesn't let you use coupons out of the westword or even go off the prices that are posted on the display. And I know a few employees have quit because he just does whatever he wants

Evan or whatever his name is.. that STARBOY with blonde hair is rude af. Wouldn't even give me information on other strains than the one I ordered. That's so counterintuitive, what if I like what you say and come back tomorrow to try the 2nd strain. Called back afterwards to ask for his name to include it in this review and they wouldn't give it to me claiming it was "policy". But when they answered the phone it was "hi Derrick speaking how can I help you?" "Hey this is joy at green sativa how can I help you?" They are obviously afraid of the negative reviews and try to manipulate their feedback. Bud was good, customer service atrocious. Joy needs to hold her staff accountable. Your losing sales over bad attitudes and I'm sure the owner wouldn't be happy. SAVE THE SASSY ATTITUDES FOR WHEN YOUR OFF THE CLOCK! Your a representation of the company and brand! Do Better!

This place has become a joke . One day I got a shot bag now they have pre packed. Also today I was in the chair inside the med side. One didn't know how to sign up a new customer. The other one was serving his buddy and a guy from rec. Long story short. They did nothing but looking up haunted houses. Half hour later I got served the manager came out to give me a warng for being impatient. They almost kicked out. I told her what happened but she believed him over me. Since they changed they suck.
I went to this location purchased a half ounce was charged $65 instead of $40 was told by the manager I cannot get the balance instead I can have a 3.5 for a penny I am a medical patient and this is unacceptable will never go back to this place and I would like my money keep your
Was one of the best dispensary around. The attitude you get from the employees. Constantly lie about products they have in stock witch they never have. Prices always change can't use Westwood coupon got told those are invalid. I was the first person to ever buy from them when they open Rec only. Now I won't go back. The owner needs get his shit together. bad business from business owner to business owner.

Used to really love this location and bud tenders, but disgusting during trying times for recreational they only now provide exotic strains with no deals. How do you raise prices by $100.00 on your loyal paying customers and then to have Kelly hang up before even providing quality customer service. Will never spend my money here again if you cannot hire help that appreciates business.
They are a good dispensary but they need to actually take the time to update there online ordering , an add all the wax an shatter an the bud they have an they don’t show any of the THC% they need to keep up to date with what they have for your online order so when you order they don’t send you a text saying they don’t have that an basically leave you no options so they need take there time and show there staff how to work an comptroller but everything else seems to be perfect
Been coming in here for a while off, and on. The service is really polite, and friendly. It gets extremely busy at times, mainly in the evenings. The weed is good. But not that good good we're all looking for. I only come here for the wax, and shatter. It is of good quality, and the pricing is extremely fair. Don't get into edibles so I can't tell you about that, except they have a good selection. Overall this is a great recreational marijuana store.
