Terrible place , says they open @ 9:30 complete lie will have you sitting wasting your time they open @ 10am . Completely unprofessional and will be taking it up with t.

Left my change about 30 dollars worth by accident and went to get it back but the manager said I couldn't get it back because they put it in the employees tip. They gave me 20 dollars store credit which I didn't want but my money. So in the end I lost 10 dollars and have to go back to a store I feel wronged me. Go to a  different dispensary that doesnt cheat customers out of their hard earned money

I was in this place a few days ago, and I was in and out with ease. The sales associate Chris was incredibly professional and he helped me get more than I needed. I will return again and again. Thank you!

This place sucks Ball* I waited in line an hour only to be turned away because I didn't have my physical I'd yet it was also copied in color onto my doctor's recommendation then security tells me they can lose there license by letting me in but then tells me I can have the guy behind me purchase for me WTF so it's cool for patients to purchase for people not let in or not patients but not to go in with your doctor's reccomendation with copy of your ID right in front of it never will use this half foot fake dispensary extract products are all in house made anyway I'm told by there own workers and are not quality inspected / approved I would not recommend going here to anyone cloud 99 is superior to this low level fraud dispensary it's ok tho go head and let your patients buy products for children who are not of age or licensed thru doctor's nice work fellas

Decent selection but don't expect it to last all week. They typically run out of their popular products fast and don't stock up till 2-3 weeks later. They are slow on keeping products on the shelves

I've been there a few times and it wasn't anything special just your run of the mill dispensary gouging prices for mid. HOWEVER, today I called in to ask about their cookies strain. A lady answered sounding hella stressed out. There was a lot of muffled sound in the background of the call as well so I couldn't really hear what she was saying. I asked her to repeat herself two times which led her to damn near screaming into the phone the names of the strain I was asking about extremely rudely. And then proceeded to hang up the phone. If this company allows their employees to be rude just because they're stressed out, this isn't the place for them. Wish I could've gotten her name but she hung up. Phone call was around 4PM April 27, 2020. Get rid of her lame ass, her energy is off. I'd rather give my money to real locals.

Go next door. The people here are rude, make you feel like a burden, and have so many ridiculous rules that they always seem to find a way to screw your order up or make you wait 30-45 min even if you ordered online and NOBODY else is waiting. Not a well ran business and they treat customers terribly. Don't give these people your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

The security guard is disgustingly rude and the bud tenders are also rude and not attentive, token farms is way better. I tried to give them a chance.

I can't brag enough about Valley Pure in Farmas! I went in with a few issues, for myself & others & I received the best, most informative information & advice! Alyssa & Tara Judd are the best & we all thank you so very much!

The best options in town. Everyone in the comments is upset like we're not in a pandemic and rules haven't changed. If your order has been declined... And you're surprised you can't skip the line of people patiently waiting. Nobody at the shop is racist. Nobody. People using that as an excuse during these serious times should truly be ashamed of such accusations. Just smoke before you come in and be polite. The staff make great recommendations. The line can be long sometimes but at least you can still go inside. Will visit again.

I spend good money weekly and look forward to getting my goodies from here. Valley is SO much better than Token next door as far as the overall experience, customer service, products, prices, cleanliness, pretty much everything!! I have been so impressed with how Valley is handling Covid. They seem well organized and they have such a convenient online system on Potify.net which I really appreciate. The security guards are super chill and most of the budtenders are too. I rave about this dispensary to all my 559 buddies and show my support weekly so I was very thrown off with how I was treated today by one of the budtenders. Put in my online order as usual, greeted by my fav security guards, went in and gave my name to the woman, immediately she wasn't in a good mood and couldn't find my order that was right in front of her (probably due to being frustrated for some reason). I asked if I could add a preroll to my order and I completely triggered her. I felt like she was pissed at me and made me feel like a burden, it wasn't even busy so I didn't understand why she was so mad about it. If that's the rule I would've much rather her say "sorry, we don't do add ons to online orders" and I would've completely understood but instead she took it as an opportunity to get attitude and make me feel like I was making her job hard. Wouldn't you want people to spend more money? and if not, then please just say no add ons. I'm really not sure if I upset her or she was just in an awful mood but it ruined my mood. I've already put up with a rude guy there but eventually he started being nicer probably because he realized I go there every damn week so I got over it. Today was unacceptable in my book. Personally, I would want someone better representing my business and making my customers want to come back. I love some of the other budtenders at Valley but damn I've never been treated like such a burden before. I told my girl friend about my experience and she immediately asked if it was the woman I'm talking about. CLEARLY I'm not the only one getting treated bad. First experience getting that woman and I hope I don't get her again. I hope they're not the type of business that thinks "we make so much money who cares if we lose one customer".

This shop is great, they always have deals and the employees are really nice! There was a girl in there that was really helpful especially and really sweet. They give birthday discounts and daily discounts on different things.

I've been to a handful of dispensaries and I have never really been disappointed with my experience. Not too much room for error but this place is short staffed or just running incorrectly. At other places, the person that checks your ID at the front will ask you to have a seat and wait when there are too many people inside. This is actually expected. Here, I was allowed to go inside to find out that I'd have to stand around the huge empty room looking stupid until one of the TWO employees behind the counter were free to help. One lady was explaining how things work to an elderly couple which I actually love. She took her time to inform them of what they were getting. The other lady should have at least told me she'd be with me in a moment or SOMETHING. I wasn't even acknowledged. I tried to wait but it's not like they have that much to look at so after a couple of minutes I simply walked out empty handed. There's another one next door. I'll give them a try.

They wouldn't even let my gf and I come in together. Bad attitude from the start. Never come back here again. The Woodlake location is much better. They treated us with respect and courtesy.

WOW! JUST WOW! I have been to a few dispensaries now although I am new to cannabis. Most of them feel like you are in a comic book store. But this one was so new and clean and spacious! I felt like the vibe was just more professional all around. Mainly I wanted to write this review though because they really got it right. I had a really easy experience. The front desk people were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I have some heavy anxiety right now (I know Im not the only one) but also dont enjoy smoking joints and edibles dont sit well. So they suggested vapes. I was nervous about them because of the media hype but they explained that the ones written about are the black market products. Basically, they helped me widdle it down to the wcc Curepod with the zkittles cartridge. It is really strong they warned me...they were right...got me relaxed real quick and had a full night's rest. THANK YOU!

This place use to be my favorite dispensary. I drive all the way from Fresno because the local places suck and several times have I had this problem where they confirm my online order and I drive all the way over there and they tell me they don't have what was confirmed in stock no phone call or nothing to inform me I also had the same issue with their other two locations in Woodlake and Lemoore. I switched to token farms next door and they have never given me any issues what so ever. I won't be returning to Valley pure

Dope store and they a high quality products! I bought my favorite Pabst Seltzer and ST IDES Blunts. Will definitely be back and Getulio try more stuff

On 01/20/2020 I came here with my dude as he indulges in recreational activities. This review is for experienced only as I just support my love and get some treats for my mom as she likes the edibles.Anywho this is the second time the dude and I came here. First time was for his bday on 12/30/2019 in which I was treating him to whatever he wanted. Initially I got gummy's for my mom and the dude got his stuff.Round two the customer service is amazing here as they are friendly. The products here are significantly cheaper than other places around $5-$10. The dude knows all about this stuff and I'm just standing there like an air head asking questions as I don't know what it means.They have several brands here. A new one that they got are Cookies which the dude was overly excited about. The sells rep informed his that Berner himself came around holiday time about 2 weeks before Christmas. Dude was so excited!I got some dark chocolate with almonds as I know my mom would like to try different stuff.Anywho, I have only been to a handful of dispensaries mainly with the dudes I date as they are into that stuff and I go to see and look around.They also have teas and honey sticks, drinks. The dude was telling us that their shipments are random and so sometimes they don't know what they get and if we are looking for something in particular to give them a call first before driving down which makes sense.From Clovis, it only took my dude and I only 30 minutes. They are cash only, must have a valid ID. Overall the staff is very friendly and niece and they always some type of discount going on.Definitely, an experience. If you like recreational activities m; definitely a good place to get your needs met.I have seen all recreational backgrounds waltz through the doors especially grandparents lols anywho you won't leave disappointed when you come in.

If I could rate this 10/10 I would. This is the best dispensary hands down! Their product is the best they have a huge variety ! Their storefront is so clean and the staff is friendly! They also have great deals like wax Wednesday or flower Friday

Great product and store... however STAFF is unreasonably RUDE and short tempered. Just about any question or instance where there is change to their routine or preference is met with extreme attitude and confrontation. If you question the attitude you are rudely told to shop elsewhere and/or speak to the manager. Pretty much a "you're lucky we let you shop here" attitude. I spend $300 plus EVERY TIME I'm there, I was a frequent customer but took a break due to their budtenders rude attitudes. Came back today to see it's the same rude attitudes. I'm done SMH

I am a business owner and I hate to leave reviews like this. But here goes: It was almost closing time. I worked 9.5 hrs. All the parking spots in the front area were full. I didn't feel comfortable parking in the back where it was very dark and there wasn't much visibility. There were a couple spots in front that had old handicap markings on the ground, but there were no post signs (as required by law in order to be a handicap spot). As an attorney, I know the law and understand that if there are no posted signs, it is not a handicap spot. My feet are killing me and I didn't want to risk anything, so I parked there. Probably about 10 seconds into walking into the building, I started being harassed & accosted. I even called the police who educated the manager that I was not inappropriately parked, yet he still refused to service me. I think this was a completely inappropriate control tactic and discriminating against me, because I was a woman. Encourage everyone to go next-door to token Farms and not spend their money at this discriminatory establishment. I would never keep an employee who behaved as the "" manager" did. He won't be there much longer.

Purchased a cartridge that got stuck in my battery , staff took care of me, got me a better cartridge and gave me a free battery. Will always shop here when I'm in the valley. Thank you so much!

Got the rub that I needed after searching for awhile good medicine excellent customer service from Christian and the manager Kevin was great in answering request for other products this visit to farmersville store made this my #1 choice in the county

I knew generally what I wanted and they helped me pick the best option in that category without pushing anything else. The whole process was pleasant and the security guard was very kind as well. All in all a dope place.

Customers just shouldn't bring their children to the dispensary. You should not leave your kids out in the car while purchasing product. Security may need to consider maintaining the parking lot to ensure children are not left unattended. However, It's nice being right off the freeway. The extra space is also a major plus. No longer do you have to be elbow to elbow with other customers. Over all, 4 out of 5.
