Great selection and service with so many options to choose from. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me what I needed.

I was super impressed by Ohana. It's huge, very organized, and they run a well oiled machine here. From the security guard checking my ID to the associate ringing me up I felt welcomed and taken of. I knew what I was coming in for and they found it immediately plus gave me some recommendations for similar products. When it comes to pure CBD products they are a bit limited, as many shops tend to be. But they advised me to send in products requests so they might order stock. Definitely recommend this shop, and I fully intend to return for all my weed needs :P

I visited Obama for the first time and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products. I love the layout of the store and your ability to have a closer look at the flower. It was a huge plus that they are close to home and parking is available. I had a great first time experience and will be returning soon.

I love this place. Mariam and Will always take amazing care of me and I leave with exactly what I want every time. They've given me a deeper knowledge for what I want from cannabis and for that reason I don't go to any other dispensaries anymore, because it's simply not the same experience. You won't be disappointed!

Elsie, Dawitt, Cheyenne, & Will were the best. Sometimes walking into a dispensary can be intimidating at times. But everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I'll be back again.

Super friendly staff and they deliver! I don't east/smoke very often, but when I was looking for some gummies, Ohana popped up in my search. So glad that they deliver and have really great quality gummies. I even recommended it to a friend and they had great things to say about their in store experience. There is a $35 minimum purchase with free delivery and weekly specials. They also accept credit card unlike other dispensaries. Would definitely order from here again

I recently seriously hurt my back and needed something to help with the pain. CBD was recommenced to me and so I took my first trip ever to a dispensary. I must have looked like a fish out of water because I was immediately identified with "first time?" but with a big smile. I felt welcome right away. An associate was basically assigned to me and she showed me around, answered all my questions, listened to everything I had to say and didn't make me feel like an idiot. She also gave me alternatives to things and explained things to me of which I was clearly only curious and had no intention of purchasing. The products that I ended up purchasing are great. They do what I need/want them to do and I have no doubt that I'll be back here when the time comes.

They have the best prices thus far for the quality!  Good product and the customer service is awesome!

Hey guys, just here again writing out this review because this Dispensary is great always having what i need. Chris and Louis helped me with my order and weren't such in a rush to get to other customers they made sure i was well took care of and i greatly appreciate that. This place is awesome! They have a great vegan selection and their staff are super helpful. There are always new products to try every time I come in.

Clean, friendly, helpful. They answered a million questions. Good selection, but it is pricey. Apparently there is a billboard which gives you 20% off. Lost a star because they didn't mention the discount and bc the manager/supervisor was a bit too pushy/salesman and had a creepy vibe. They kind of attach to you like hawks so if you don't like that it mag not be your style.

Came to town for the weekend and was craving some edibles. So I looked one up and came across this place. I've been to a bunch of dispensaries and this one has to be the best so far. They have great customer service. Super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if your in town. Benjamin helped me out so ask for him personally!!! He hooked it up with a hoodie!!!!!

Had my first order the other week ( my first time for recreational purposes! )  ---   everything went super smoothly, everyone I spoke with was awesome.  Vape pen and two cartridges were weren't damaged or anything like that, all around a perfect experience.  Maybe little pricey in the sense that you could easily drop over $100 ( like me LOL ) with how many goodies they have, which I think everyone is conscious of right now in particular . . . . but also absolutely worth it if you can for the quality of product / ease of and quality of service / delivery.   If this place ( or cannabis in general ) is something you're thinking of trying out, I say go for it!Looking forward to trying more things!

A really lovely shop! Michelle has the most exemplary customer service. She was very knowledgeable and had a warm demeanor. I offered positive feedback to Will the manager and he was so receptive. I could tell he was grateful for the compliments and was genuinely happy for the feedback. Just an awesome place all around! No pretense, no bougie bullshit. Just good quality weed and staff that really knows their stuff!!

We stopped in here to check out their products and I have to say that this was one of the nicest places I have been in. I loved their displays and the lazy susans that displayed their flower strains. I wasn't sure if I could take pics so I snapped a few when people weren't looking. We had a salesperson who was really nice and friendly. He spent time answering questions and showing us different products. We ended up getting a vape pen with a cartridge as I typically buy the disposable pens and the guy was telling me how cost effective they are and that's it's easier to find the strains with the cartridges vs. the pens. We also got a nice hybrid strain to try out. Their prices are good but the fricken taxes are crazy. Emeryville also doesn't honor the rec cards only the state issued ones so I had to pay all the taxes :-( but that wasn't their fault. They have cooking classes and lots of educational resources which was also pretty cool.

My husband had cancer and this place was so helpful. They were patient with him as he deteriorated and had trouble speaking. They train their employees to really listen to what your issues are or goals are and direct you accordingly. They offer discounts to regulars and medical patients. I felt very safe there, the security people are nice, and need your ID. Pre-covid they offered yoga classes, video gaming events and other educational opportunities. I look forward to when they can resume those activities. Parking is a little tight but doable. Once you find this place it is easy to find, the first time can be tricky. Highly recommend.

Honestly, if your new to the Mary Jane world. I definitely recommend Obama Cannabis. Extremely professional, and very informative on the plants and products. I was helped  by Benjamin, and he was a pro and informed me on all the safety and regulations.

First off their advertisement is false. It says for first time customers you get 25% off and when you actually go inside the store they say it's only a 10% discount. On top of the fact that they don't get give out any samples for first time customers either, not an edible, pre roll, gram of weed or nothing. I would say don't come here because they don't offer nothing extra for their customers please go elsewhere because you will be disappointed.

I chose to shop there based on the positive reviews on Yelp. I wasn't disappointed. The customer service is excellent. I ordered online and the items were delivered promptly. All the people I dealt with were extremely nice.

Having never been in a dispensary and not having smoked weed since buying it at People's Park on my way to see Squeeze at the Greek.I was utterly clueless. I went to buy a friend on chemo some edibles. Super clean, they scan your ID, then you are directed to a sales person- the young woman who helped me knew a lot about the edibles they had. Ten minutes later I was out the door. I anticipated these dispensaries being kinda seedy, not at all. If you want to try something, these people are so helpful and I would definitely use them again.

This a very large and secure cannabis dispensary. They offer a wide selection and touchless pandemic safe ordering of products they offer. You can place an order ahead of time for pickup or delivery. There are sales attendants in-person equipped with iPads to handle transactions. I look forward to when some of the pre-pandemic education, self-care, and promotion classes resume.

The staff here is very attentive and nice. They always have positive attitudes and the best products. The staff are always helpful in suggesting new products and have top knowledge about their products.

I love this location. The budtenders are more low key, and seem to actually know what they're speaking about. That hasn't been my experience at that other one I won't mention that has a drive up window (that I appreciate). It helps that it isn't such a novelty location that you have to queue up behind tourists.Lots of other places make me anxious. I appreciate the spaciousness here.Candy selection is on point. I get my flower, tinctures, etc elsewhere.Bonus points for good snacks.I need to check their clone selection, haven't done that yet.  4 stars because it's pricey. The taxes make me mad too (that part isn't their fault).

This business needs to be ran better. I was finally helped by a man who was so rude while I was trying to ask him advice on which products would be best for my medical condition. I was pretty much seeking his knowledge and he was rudely rushing me to choose my items and maybe it was because they were a little busy. But still, I felt lost so I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. On my way out, I asked another employee who was the manager or owner of this place, and he said that he was right over there and pointed at the man who helped me. I was in complete shock! What a shame. Hopefully as the owner, he can learn to treat his customers in a more kind and helpful way. He was lame for business.

Let me just tell you about this super dope dispensary. First off, they are on point ALWAYS. There is rarely an unbearable line, all of the employees are knowledgeable and I consider them family. Incredible prices, the sweetest design. I have to say the security makes me feel welcome and I smile every time. I highly recommend Ohana. I am actually reluctant to share my five star status because I prefer to keep this a well-known secret. If you don't know, now you know. Plus they are dog friendly. When Lupita, my rescue senior dog shows up she's basically a superstar. Way to knock it out of the park every damn time y'all.

Ohana is a very good dispensary for elders.  I am almost 85 years old and use CBD often.  Ohana has everything you can ask for when it comes to pain and anxiety.  Staff is great and very knowledgeable.  Always take time to explain everything.

He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I've been smoking 30 years, grew for 7 years and currently work for a premium indoor flower company, so I was pleasantly surprised. Great pricing!!

Selection is consistently fantastic. You can find high end products at high end costs, but also get really good quality cannabis here for a deal.The whole experience is modern, user friendly and upscale. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and down to help you find exactly what you need. I'm blown away with how kind they are.They also do cannabis cocktails which are both delicious and customizable (CBD vs THC, etc). They do free delivery which is awesome.Dispensaries in the past (in my experience) have been tired looking stoners just selling me whatever. At Ohana I was super impressed with their selection and that they do a lot in terms of education. They will help you find products for recreation but also for therapeutic use. I have come here for stocking up before a party, and also gotten teas and edibles to help quell my anxiety and get some sleep.This wasn't some lazy stoner cliche, it feels on par with walking into an apple store from display, to quality, to their customer service. First time visiting a dispensary.  Be be prepared to show your driver license prior to entering the act dispensar.  Not only do you have to show your DL but they also scan it into their system all before you enter, and it does not matter that you have not yet made a purchase.  i went looking for sn edible that would help me with dealing with systemic pain, but did not want anything that would get me "high". I was ok with some it hat may also provide me with relaxation.  I explained this to the young lady who assisted me.  She basically just pointed out several different candy type products and told me any would work for me.  I expected a little more help yo understand the levels of "thc" or "cbd" again I didn't have a clue of what I should get. She did not ecpl anything but instead told me to get the items with the smaller percentage and they should help me.  I purchased some hard type candies and gummies. there was strange issue with using my debit card for purchases and them having to use whole numbers or something and then they gave me cash back.  That was a little odd.

Very organizied Juan and Victor were very helpful to a first time visitor. The facility made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions

Place TAXES. Came in looking for a .5 gram cartridge at $35 (according to the shelf price) ended up paying $51. Charged me  $10 taxes, $5 bc they have to "round up to the nearest tenth). Up to you, pay $51, or $35 elsewhere..

Website sucks, logs u out all the time...can't order pickup because once u get to pay it logs you out and you have to redo the order. Lame.

The staff here are not as knowledgable as they claim to be.  The first salesman who met with us likened CBG to a stem cell.  As a biologist, I can attest that CBG is not a stem cell.  For starters, it's not a cell, it's a chemical. Second, the definition of a stem cell is that it is a cell that reproduces itself as well as generating offspring.  CBG may yield many other active cannibinols, but it does not regenerate itself.  Finally, the term "stem cell" suggests something that will stay with you and continue to generate healthful effects in perpetuity.  This is not true of CBG.The second salesperson I met encouraged me to buy a vape product.  I said, "But there has been an epidemic of lung disease lately due to vape products."  The woman said, "Oh -- that is inaccurate press.  The lung disease is caused by flavored products, with weird things in them.  Our products don't contain those bad things."  In fact, according to an NPR news item tonight, researchers have found that the main toxic product in marijuana vape products is not flavoring compounds but THC!  I.e., the active ingredient in all marijuana vape products.So, caveat emptor.  I suspect much of the on-site staff are high -- on both pot and the intense branding of the marijuana industry and the loads of $ to be made from that branding -- and not necessarily talking sense.  When I go to a store to buy a product, even a marijuana product, I expect the staff to be straight, and talking sense when they sell it to me.

Ive been coming here for a few months since I've been in Oakland. Not from the area, just recently started working in the area and found Ohana through Weedmaps. Listed as "Best of Weedmaps" for a reason! Lives up to the name, every single time I come they take great care of me from Security all the way to the bud tender and management. Will, Dawit, Brittany, always know me by Name when I come In and that always goes a long way. Definitely my go to Club in The Town, 5 stars

**Update in response to manager (Nasser) reply:None of what you stated means anything to me.1) It doesn't matter that there are state of the art cameras or a security command center 1/2 mile away. That doesn't make me feel safe walking to my car. If someone wanted to snatch the bag out of my hand, it would take about 3 seconds. Your cameras and command center wouldn't protect me.2) If you know when I came in, you should know who helped me. Look him up. Keep a close eye on him. He looked at me for a good 15 seconds when I described to him what I was looking for before it clicked for him. I could see the cotton in the corners of his mouth. I would never make an accusation without merit.3) As a customer, I'm not really interested in what you have in the works. If you advertise a bar, I expect it to be there. You have a giant billboard that advertises your business. It says nothing about a bar in the works.************I drive through Oakland often and I had seen billboards for this place on west grand. It sounded so glamorous.It's just alright.Pros: One star because they had what I was looking for and one star because they were open. Cons: No security presence in the parking lot. The kid who helped me was too high to actually help me. The juice and cocktail bar is just a counter with some half full bottles for processed juices sitting unrefrigerated with no bartender in sight. There is nothing remarkable about this place. Just a place to get stuff and feel unsafe walking to your car because the drunks from the bar across the street are eyeballing you (and there is no security in sight). Won't be back.

Every visit/delivery has been a pleasure. These people are absolute professionals. From the security team, the staff on the floor, the folks at the dispensary window and the delivery drivers (it's actually been the same gentleman each time, but I don't want to put his name out there). Literally every person I've dealt with has been wonderful. The fact that the product that they provide is amazing as well is almost an afterthought. There are definitely dispensaries closer to me, but this company will continue to be my go-to as long as I'm in driving/delivery range. Thanks for all that you do!

I have watched this place open over the pass month as I walked home from work.   Always curious, I finally decided  to check it out.   I greeted very promptly and as told that they were going to soon have their grand opening with their expansion.   From the outside, I thought they took the entire building, but they share it with another company.Once inside the display area, Will was very helpful and informative in explaining the types of items they have. I never knew the market for this industry is far more then just the buds.   It was a very informative visit.I will visit again when they have their larger space and grand opening to see how this company plans to envision for this business and industry.

Owner called an hour after I posted this and was very apologetic and professional. Really appreciate the way he communicated and resolved the issue, also the product ended up being top notch! He is honoring the promo until the end of the quarantine and gave me an extra 20% off as well for the issues :) Came to Ohana during the Coronavirus after receiving a promo text 10 days ago without any expiring date. I purchased enough to get the deal but was told I could no longer receive the promo. After checking with someone the girl came back to me, a 25 yr old, and said "sorry kid, no can do". Very unprofessional way to tell me I can't redeem a promo at a time when so many have become unemployed. I went through with the purchase but was also puzzled by the charge of $160 to my card and the girl bringing cash back to me for the difference they owed me. Especially at a time where no cash is being used anywhere. I'm posting the text they sent me along with the receipt. The people working the business seem very selfish and careless. Don't think I'll return.

This is a pretty decent dispensary but it is a little pricy. I got a 6 pack of pre rolls and they were of pretty good quality. The service was very good - the guy at the front is super friendly and helpful. I like that you can walk around and browse yourself before having to place an order because sometimes I just want to see for myself instead of having to talk to the employees. If you need help though, they are very friendly and willing to help if you have any questions

Went to their beautiful dispensary for the first time a few days ago and I have to say that they were very accommodating and friendly. I didn't feel intimidated at all, which sometimes I suffer from so that was the first relief. they spent time with me even though I was kind of in a rush that night they still felt that I needed to know certain things about their products which I really appreciate. I will definitely go back and spend more time there to see the gist of all their products but the pre-rolls (I'm lazy!) I bought were all as described and you can't have a problem with that now can you? I'm looking forward to going again & learning more it's across from the Honor Bar so you can eat, drink go to Ohana & be merry!

I want to like this place, but the Apple store model really should not be copied by other retailers, especially the cannabis biz. The person that helped me was very nice, but unfamiliar with the product. Once she realized I didn't want to be hovered over while I chose my product and that I clearly knew more about it than she did, she left me alone. I felt much more comfortable browsing on my own. Good selection and all the price ranges for flower. Great assortment of all the non-flower products. Overall, needs improvement. I'll probably just order for pickup or go somewhere else for future purchases.

East Bay Therapeutics is super easy to miss. I drive by it almost every single day and had no idea that it existed. Only when I searched WeedMaps for a dispensary that delivers (this one does, btw), did I realize there was one that I run by 3 times a week. How about that!This is a tiny little joint, just across the street from The Broken Rack. So there is plenty of parking nearby. It is also extremely small inside. We visited around 5pm on a Saturday and were the only ones even thinking about coming in here. Which is good, because there isn't much room for any more than two people.The guy who helped us out was super nice. He gave us the low down on all the edibles and colas, and even offered us a punch card. That was a bit of a first for me. They seem to have a pretty good selection, but I did not ask to see a menu. We were in the market for some Kiva Bars (THC & THC/CBD are available), and they had just the thing.The tiny area might be intimidating to first timers. But everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and there is really no reason to be uncomfortable. Like every dispensary that I have been to, however, they are cash only. And you do have to take their bag (it's childproof), so try not to put up a fight when they insist on it.

My girlfriend and I recently moved from Arizona are both inexperienced when it comes to the cannabis industry. The representatives were super attentive and it proved to be a very educational experience. Everyone was very friendly and they even have a bar within the store with tasty drinks. Will definitely be back.

It is always clean, organized and I have never been disappointed when they my not have what I want bc they just help me with something that is the equivalent. I'm a bit of a noob, but I like to do research and I had been looking up land races as a curiosity and noticed that a psychedelic effects in cannabis article had one strain in common, Durban Poison, a sativa from South African city of Durban. I started cruising all of the dispensary sites in my area, trying to track Durban and a couple of other intriguing strains, too. I was learning quickly that there are tons of strains and cross strains, so many that there is  no guarantee that if you find something once that you can ever find it again. One friend even said that there wasn't much use in all the research that I had been doing, because the terpenes mainly provided different flavors (which they do, but I believe they also provide the individual effects that come with each strain) So, I continued to look and look until  I found Durban Poison cart by Marley at Ohana. The first time, I signed up and ordered online. I did this mostly because of shelter in place. In the past I might have viewed it as an obstacle. I'm so glad I did sign up on the website though, because I can take my time looking online and now that I'm established, I can just text them my order, tell them when I pick up or if I want delivery. (The other thing I noticed is that they have free delivery right now. It's been that way for months and months. I assume it's their way of giving back during the pandemic.)I noticed that I didn't have any problems finding parking. It's in Emeryville, so the streets are wider, there's less traffic and lots of free spaces. The security guard was pretty nice, I think he asked me if I had been there before. I lied and said yes too quickly, because "new place jitters". I'm a little shy in new situations and it just seemed really intimidating. I stopped at the order window, which is close to the entrance and soon learned that the window is for employees only. I quickly walked past and into the larger room where I walked around trying to look like I belonged. They have a huge tv and music playing. It kinda puts out a well lit lounge vibe. I have some processing issues, so it was challenging for me to understand what people were saying, but I can appreciate that it offers private conversations between the bud tender and "tendee"  (; and it keeps things light if you just want to browse for awhile. After a minute or two, someone checked in with me and I let them know I had a pickup. The bud tender was friendly and upbeat, grabbed my payment and my order and I was on my way. So, up until tonight, I was a repeat customer for the product that they provided and great online service. Tonight, was a little different. I did my research, ordered and headed in as usual, but when I got in, the bud tender noticed that I ordered something different and started asking me some basic questions. This opened things up, so that I felt comfortable enough to ask him some questions. Will listened to what I said, he made thoughtful suggestions and didn't mind when I redirected. He knowledgeable and experienced with the product, but he also has some fire customer service skills. He  must have been cultivating them for years along with the cannabis. ;)He taught me a bunch of stuff, that I didn't know. He also made time for me and made sure to put me on a notification list for my favorite product. Will showed me some new things to try out  and I am looking forward to his future recommendations.

My dispensary beef? Charging me to use your ATM...or charging me to use an ATM during purchase...this place hits you at the ATM.They should be free. Dont nickle and dime us.Aside from this? They have the usual watered down stuff you can find pretty much anywhere. The staff is friendly and I like the juice bar area and the chilling activities they put on.Cut the fees and this would four stars.

What a great experience I just had.  Everyone was so nice from the guard at the front door to the representative (Camille) who helped me!  Camille was so patient, understanding and thoughtful with her suggestions for my needs.  She didn't push anything to make a sale and I really appreciated that!  She was just honest telling me what would work for my circumstance and was very mindful that I was going to take what I needed safely and with my doctors backing since this was for medicinal use. most pushy and condescending staff i have encountered at a cannabis dispensary. cashier was polite, "sales" people and their demeanors are why i won't return and definitely don't recommend. there are too many pleasant, professional, and polite dispensaries in operation in the bay area to waste your time here. they were rude to both experienced shoppers and new people alike. multiple friends have had a similar experience here and would rather shop elsewhere.

I love the suspensory the atmosphere when you walk in it's very open and all the employees are nice from my experience there are many options and they are pretty talented at assisting you and what you need or what kind of high you desire. The girl that help me was beautiful and I easily found what I wanted when I came the first time I purchased two cartridges for my heavy hittas pen I got blue dream and pineapple express both were excellent no room for complaints however they are more on the pricey side my second visit I purchased two pre-rolls one sativa and one hybrid I wanted to try the gelato 40 mine and I purchased cannabis infused strawberry gummy's that are 100 MGTHC I noticed that they are hiring I plan on applying

Well, to start off, the convenience and vibe of this place is so wonderful, that that gives it five stars alone. They just  opened a vaping lounge, were you can go in and use a table vaporizer and it's really amazing! Apparently they're going to have a cannabis night club too. With no alcohol! So that'll be chill.I did have an issue with two $75 cartridges breaking...I don't recommend Heavy Hitters, But I Will say that they reached out to me to fix the issue. Apparently if you bring the broken cartridge back in, they can send it into the company. But they can't give me a new cartridge, cause that's not in compliance with the government. That's fair, and they did give me 20% off of a couple orders ahead, so I felt taken care of. Customer service means a lotJay is super amazing, and she is a rockstar. Go girl! Best vibe ever! Will Spent, at least an hour, working with my dad, teaching him about megadosing on delta nine THC and other power THC's for cancer!He got him a whole chart and taught him how to keep track of his tolerance, so that he could Increase it and increase it, therefore more effectively attacking the tumor. It was incredibly kind and he then took a bunch of time with us in the vape lounge, one on one...Eager to share his knowledge! He seems like he really believes in and loves what he does!He has a class at 1p, that we're going to go to on Saturdays, that teaches all about the research that shows how powerful these mega THC's are against cancer!I'm grateful to East Bay therapeutics for being the best environment to be in, reaching out to make things right when there was an issue, and having such knowledgeable bud tenders who spent an incredible amount of time with you. These guys are on fire! Keep your ears out for when the nightclub opens. That sounds so dope!

I saw this place on my way to the Amtrak start and decided I stop by the next day after work. The 1st time was quick. In and out. I had already called ahead to see if they had the cartridge I was looking for. The service was friendly, quick, and efficient. My next visit I had much more time. I was helped by a fiery little spirit named Tatiana.  She was knowledgeable and sweet and very empathetic when I explained that I was shopping for my grandmother who is currently enduring chemo. After she finished explaining the different options for my grandmother,  she also gave me a recommendation for myself which I'm very pleased with. I'll definitely be back.

This was my first time ever going to a dispensary. I've always felt intimidated. I finally got myself to go into one and it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. So an hour later and I'm going to have to make a trip tomorrow anyway. I guess "free" is a clear indicator that you get what you pay for.

From the moment we stepped in, I knew it would be an AMAZING experience. The greeter gave us a rundown of how the place worked with his cool little twist. As I walked in, I felt as I was entering a candy store. Everyone was helpful and allowed us to see on our own yet gave us their opinion. The vibe, the set up, the everything was just over the top.  We used a promo from weedmaps and are now eagerly waiting to get home and smoke these flowers!

Not sure that i will be going back after the way the manager treated me. I purchased an oil cartridge and had asked if the cartridge worked on the standard batteries and was assured it would. Then after driving away and finding out that it was not working with my battery i went back to the store. The manager was real condescending and assumed this was the first time i have ever used a cartridge. I have experience filling cartridges and every aspect of growing and this man is talking to me like im clueless. He then told me that i would now have to buy specific battery for the cartridge which was another 20 dollars. This manager has lost a good customer. Not about money but about the way he acted. If hes going to stick around i suggest he loses the attitude. Or possibly get some training on how to deal with things when they are in the wrong. Everyone else working was cool btw. Wish i had the managers name. Didnt want to have to write this but felt like writing it as im waiting on delivery services from another dispensory. So long Ohana...

My all time favorite dispensary. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. Also the staff is so diverse and POC friendly. You just get really good vibes every time you walk into the gallery.

Sweet place and huge!  Lots of options on different activities you can do. They even got a game room! Good experience.

The store front is small but they have a decent selection of product. Security is nice and the waiting area is okay if there's a line. They only allow a few people in the actual store at a time because it's so small, so chances are you will have to wait. The staff was friendly and there's a decent reward program. They also do delivery, a plus for those who don't have a car. The neighborhood is nice and there's a couple bars in walking distance. The staff said they were planning to expand the space and make a smoking lounge available, I look forward to checking that out in the future!

Everyone I've dealt with in-store and delivery is so nice! They have some great deals and have added a feature where if you order 2 weeks ahead you can get exactly what you want in almost any quantity. Their delivery service is smooth and friendly. I've mostly dealt with Ben, who is knowledgeable and very friendly. I can say the same for Shawnday who is bright and cheery. Both are a delight to work with. I tried to buy a concentrate but when I brought it home, the "Pure Vape" box was empty.When I phoned they had me come back in to "SHOW IT TO THEM", but they needed to return it to the manufacturer first.Three more telephone calls and now four months later and they are still giving me the run around.It's sad because I'm friends with one of their regulars, but they still think I'm trying to burn them.It's funny how this business operates just like your old dope peddler.  Buyer beware.

I have an amazing experience everytime I come to Ohana. I'm not at all savvy with strains types but the staff is hair and willing to share their expert knowledge. Today I had the great experience of being helped by Shawndey, who guided me to an excellent edible purchase. Ohana is Definitely my go to spot.

Highlights are the cocktail bar with either 10mg of cbd OR 10mg of thc OR 5mg of cbd and 5mg of cbd. Only $3 for a drink and I recommend the guava Orange. They have a vape room which was convenient but the room itself is lacking color/ a good ambiance. The service is a bit slow and they need to work on their whole checking out process. It wasn't very busy but I was constantly having to wait. You get 5% off for first time and if you leave a review on Weedmaps you get a free rolling tray or another item. They have yoga and game nights for anyone into that. Highly recommend the fire OG

Ohana Cannabis is an amazing place to get all kinda of cannabis products and accessories. The store staff is super friendly and positive. They have bunch of events happening all the time and their nutrition class every Saturday is highly recommended. The place has a really nice vibe to it, good music, high vibes and positive people. Cookies should take lessons. I just had the most refreshing visit to a dispensary in quite some time. I drove down from my house in lake county to go and check out the best flower in the bay. Berner's club in the city has the rudest bud tenders I've ever experienced, build no value or either in the product, which is sad because that's such a trendy popular place. The biggest disappointment was HarborSide in Oakland, seriously only had light dep flower disguised as indoor, can't bait and switch me. Which leads me to my experience at this club. Cristal was by the far the best bud tender in the whole north bay, product knowledge, suggestions, active listener, and a joy to work with. Came here during their soft opening in August and came back today to a massive expansion.  I already loved this place and now that they expanded I think I found my cannibus home.  Super comfortable, great employees and a great location with amazing items and they said they are adding a smoking lounge soon!!! Amazingly helpful & friendly customer service. I had so many questions and help needed. I'm currently for 6 years using Hydrocodone for pain management and multiple medications for PTSD from my time in the service. Weed isnt new for me,  but using for medical purposes is. Even for me I thought it will be overwhelming to come to a dispensary with all the concerns & questions I have, but they made so much easier than I imagine. For someone who is new to all this, this is the go to spot.

Always have a great selection of flower and concentrates. This has turned into my go to dispensary. Even if there is a problem with a product (ie. cartridges) as long as you have the box and receipt they will replace it. They'll even take the time to try and fix it.

I stumbled upon this spot a couple weeks ago, they're across the street from my favorite pool hall. Thought I'd check it out and I was really impressed with how theses folks have set up their establishment. The staff I worked with (Will and Shawnday) were low pressure, consultative and helped me make some strong choices. I've been going to dispensaries since 2005 and Ohana has the most conscientious and informative approach I've seen in years. Thanks for helping me make cannabis the best for me.

Awesome dispensary and excellent customer service. Shout out to Nasar the GM and Will another member of their management team. EBT is one of the cleanest, organized with superior customer service dispensary's I've visited in the state of CA. I've suffered from Fibromyalgia for 15 plus years now. About 5 years ago Kaiser doctors started me on opioids for the pain that I suffer with daily from head to toe. I don't like the meds, they can literally kill me and now I experience withdrawal symptoms monthly! I tried a CBD dab awhile back and instantly ALL of my pain disappeared! I couldn't believe it. EBT is the only dispensary that I was able to find 100% pure CBD vape pens without THC so that I'm able to work and use the pen throughout the day. The pen I purchased seemed to be a dud. I wasn't angry but I panicked because I'm in severe pain due to the current cold weather in the Bay. I called EBT and spoke with an employee as well as Nasar the GM. No questions asked he told me to bring it in with the original package and they will replace it for me!! So awesome! I'm going tomorrow afternoon. EBT is a must for THCi as well as CBD and I highly recommend them to anyone that's new to cannibus. All of the staff members are great and knowledgeable which you don't find in most dispensary's. I also use CBD for my dogg Snoopy for his anxiety.

They have a new way of displaying their bud with a container that has a magnifying glass with a little opener to smell. I've stopped at this dispensary a couple times now, as well as taken advantage of the free delivery (They even deliver to Walnut Creek, guys! Get on it!). This location has convenient parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a decent selection of goods depending on what you're looking for. I do not believe they carry Plus edibles or the new Kiva live resin edible collection (or at least not yet), which is a bummer for me because I would rather give Ohana all of my business than go anywhere else, but I'm a huge fan of those two brands so I have to find them somewhere! Even if there's a line to check in things move pretty quickly, and they periodically text out promotions (which let's be honest who doesn't appreciate a discount on their goods?). Thanks Ohana! You have a loyal customer in me and in the handful of friends I have brought in with me.

Went to Ohana Cannabis Co. for the 1st time today . It had a whole different vibe than other dispensaries that I've been to.1)  Walking in it felt a little little like walking into an Apple store. High tech, clean, spacious and kind of sexy. The merchandising was really great but unlike Apple Stores all the employees were incredibly approachable and knowledgeable.2) This is where I want to talk about  Shivangni S. The best, knowledgeable, beautiful and approachable guide I've had the pleasure of meeting. Her help was invaluable!3). Ohana takes not only cash but also debit and credit cards! It's always a hassle for me making sure that I do not overbuy ( such a pain) ! Yes, sometimes I'm susceptible to the occasional impulse buy.  This is  definitely the new generation of dispensaries and I'm not going back!

This is the ONLY dispensary I go to. 1. The moment you walk in everyone is so friendly and kind. It's such a welcoming and loving vibe. 2. The staff is great. I've been to a few dispensaries where I feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff by asking questions... but here it's polar opposite. Everyone is happy to help. 3. Love that they have free parking. 4. They take Apple Pay, cash, credit card, debt card

Great place. Always clean and staff is super friendly. Dope weed always on deck. For sure the go-to spot for weed.

Tyrell was an awesome bud tender! This place has a fantastic selection of flower and edibles. Lots of options for CBD customers. You won’t be disappointed here. Also lots of room to spread out so no one gets too close.

I live in Berkeley, and I prefer this spot over any other. Clean, open, quick, professional, helpful, and are clearly trained to ensure optimal customer service. They have good lighting as well. Gives it a clean and crimped appearance. I can see everything.
