Poor experience, no menu to look at in store and poorly trained employees on the floor trying to help.

Staff are pretty awesome extremely willing to help.  Lay out of store is AMAZING clean, organized, showroom style.BUT these things do not make for the lack of deals and good prices no sign up deals rewards program sucks no student discount.  They are on the expensive side and to be in emeryville.....  They belong more on piedmont ave or something.  Most people in emeryville make well below 100K.  I wish I could use medmen cause it is down the block but when i can get a delivery for $36 1/2 oz at 25% THC at Qualicanna and have it delivered while getting awesome deals.  I will NEVER go to medmen again.  I dont thin medmen is in business to help customers and those in need but more to make the $$$.  try qualicanna or another store front as medmen is a rip off.

Was walking down the street and stumble upon this dispensary. First thoughts, the security team was friendly and nice. Then was greeted by Stan who helped/guided me throughout the store, since I've never been.The iPad's and tech stuff weren't working at the time, but that wasn't a problem. Stan helped and answered all my questions without the tech.I found the right flowers and was very happy with my purchase. Just wanted to give a shout out to Stan for staying patient and giving excellent customer service,  you rock!

First time here and didn't really see anything I wanted until a young lady I wanna say her name was Layla if I'm not mistaken was super dope. She recommended a few choices helped me put together a nice little goodie bag. She seemed pretty educated and knowledgeable about the products she was selling me and that they would be similar to what I was looking for. Guess what??  She wasn't wrong everything was fire. Thank you Layla happy holidays

This is the best dispensary around. They have a great selection of edibles and flower. Definitely worth a trip and I'm sure you'll become a regular, I know I am. I visited one down in SoCal a couple years ago and I'm really happy they opened one up in the Bay Area. I heard they're gonna be opening up a couple in the city later this year but I'm not certain. I love the fact that they're right next to Wallys as well. It gives me an excuse to pick up more often.

My new go-to spot!
