Good variety of product and very friendly helpful staff. Paul was my provider and did a great job of explaining everything to me; also made good recommendations of what would help me with my pain issues.
I have shopped here over the course of 2 years. Sporadically. The prices run average to high compared to others in the area. Their staff overall I find to be the least knowledgeable in Ellicott City. Finally their Loyalty program is a terrible. After spending 800.00 to 1000.00 you get $80.00 off your purchase...but and here's the kicker. The loyalty discount comes off their non-sale items, or if you do purchase something "on sale" they bump it back up to the "regular price". The problem being that the regular price is so over the top, with the loyalty discount, your reward is a pittance.
They forgot my item. I ordered buy two get one free and my free item was not included in my bag. I will not be going back to this place. I paid I should have received it. I called twice left a message no call back, second time no answer.
Two days ago I ordered Sour Tsunami cartridge via Leafly and was accidentally given a Citrus Tsunami cartridge made by the same brand. Since it was Sunday, Trilogy closed early, and I could not come back the same day. I left a message for them alerting them of the issue via voicemail Sunday evening shortly after they closed. I did not have any communication with them on Monday. They had enough information to look me up and call me back, but did not. On Tuesday, I came in to exchange the cartridges. I showed the woman at the front desk my Leafly order via my phone and what I received, unopened, along with my receipt. I said I know the names are really close so I understand how the mix-up could happen and asked for the correct one.Instead of apologizing for the mistake and assuring me that she would right the wrong, she told me that "there are no exchanges or refunds per MD State Law, because it's medicine." Again, I don't know how you could look at the evidence I presented to her and say anything but, "I'm sorry, let's get this fixed," but indeed, when I pressed this woman to actually do her job, she rolled her eyes and says "I can ask... but it's the law."So yes, at this point I came out of my character, because that's not how you talk to a PERSON about a SERVICE ISSUE. The assistant manager and the store manager excused the employee saying "she must not have understood what you were asking" and could I please "speak civilized." At this particular point I still had not received any form of an apology for the mistakes from any of these THREE women.It angered me that the employee would dismiss me by immediately citing irrelevant policy. It angered me that both the assistant manager and the store manager neither offered an apology for the mistake made on the 26th or the dismissive attitude I received that very day until I explicitly stated I'd yet to receive one.When the store manager finally handed me the correct cartridge (after attempting to lecture me on how "everyone is struggling right now"), I said thank you, appreciate it. And as I'm walking out the door she, the store manager, is literally taunting me out the door, "Have a GREAT day... Be well... Drive safe... Etc" I opened the door and turned around and said "See, all that right there... It's absolutely unnecessary!" I cannot support this business because of how I was treated. Do you think if Walgreens messed up your medicine and you came back the first thing they'd say is, "Sorry, because it's medicine, MD State Law says no refunds or exchanges,"? The answer is absolutely not. They would own their mistake and put training in place, or adjust their standard operating procedures, to make sure it doesn't happen again. Pharmacy technicians also don't have tip jars on their counters because they *actually* handle medicine, but let me digress. Karma has a way of catching up and whatever ill intentions those women had for me will be cast over that business tenfold.
I have been using this dispensary for nearly two years. They have a wide variety of products. The problem is that if you order online and receive confirmation that your order is ready, you still have to wait behind new customers and those who have not ordered ahead. Ridiculous. Trilogy boasts curbside Service, but the dispensary does not accommodate those who've placed orders online above any other customer that walks into the dispensary. Even though my bag of products is sitting in the back of the dispensary, ready to go, there's no on-point person or people assigned to fast track customers who've ordered ahead. This is a poorly organized business construct.
Great product and a nice staff! It is an american flag establishment... a little tooooooo much american pride and the customers reflect it.
Nothing special with dispensary except the young man who checks you in! He acted and spoke as if He could care less I was there. I may have argued about discounts but you need to be aware of your tone or lack of! The 1st 3 visits you do get 25% and that made the purchase palatable. Not a warm feeling maybe the young was new or really shouldn’t be at the front desk to greet yes greet patients
Very easy to do business, Dave & Travis were the best service I've had in some time .. Great selection. And the projects to help the school is a great to give back to the community Outstanding Job.....
I have always liked this one more then any others in my area went in today had had the worst experience the young man acted like he didn’t want to be there and when I told him what I wanted and asked for suggestions he was like I don’t know. I have never been in there until today and not been happy. Now I have to look for some where else sad.
Aways the best experience. 2 years and counting and I’ve never been disappointed by a Trilogy visit. Everyone there is amazing and Kedrick is always my favorite. If you go in not knowing what you want; they make excellent recommendations every time.
Kedrick's advisement is on point, took the time to educate me on several levels of their wellness products, sharing his own experiences which helped me make practical application choices. Very friendly and helpful staff from the MOMENT I stepped in to the moment i left and one thing I demand as a retired, budget-conscience shopper is excellent customer service. I got it here. I spend where im treated well; expense is secondary. Comfortable, professional atmosphere. Ample parking. Curbside service. Mind-blowing stock. First time customer, will mos def be back.
