Made my first visit on Thursday.  The staff was so accommodating, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable.  The place is easy to find, clean and they got me in and out in no time.  HIGHly recommended.

I found them very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to take the necessary time to fully answer my questions. On my first visit they explained and guided me cautiously as  I was new.  It was very helpful.

This is the second dispensary I've visited in MD and from the moment I walked in the door I knew THIS was the one for me! The waiting area is very clean and smells nice (they have an oil diffuser). The medicinal area is bright and clean as well! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

I feel as if I'm with people I've known for years.  I discovered Greenhouse by accident, went in and was struck by how genuine everyone is.  They know their products, are patient if you're unsure about what you want, and offer suggestions after you explain what your situation is...you want to relax, be energized, something for pain, etc.The staff is incredible and their energy is infectious!  Greenhouse Wellness was voted best place to work two years in a row and are on their way to becoming the #1 cannibis dispensary in Maryland (I know you're listening Universe).

This dispensary is the best in my opinion. Everyone I have dealt with is kind and efficient. Today I received my second delivery from this dispensary. Quick transaction, and the delivery person Dean is awesome and very knowledgeable about the products sold by Greenhouse Wellness.Highly recommend this dispensary, and those who work there. Professionals who care about their customers. What's not to like there?New to medical marijuana? No worries, as they can answer your questions and help find what will work best for you.

Didn't care for how they "resolved" a pricing/billing issue. Only purchased product that one time, but first impressions count. Plenty of other dispensaries to buy from.

Great place , from the moment we walked in . Friendly staff , very knowledgeable . My son has epilepsy and the Cannabis had truly helped his seizures. They have a large menu and give you a 10 percent discount on your first visit . Give it a try .

Sorry for the late assessment, but this review is from my first and last visit to greenhouse on 2/10/18.  I'll keep this short..As a first time patient I was taken back by how expensive all the products were.  I ended up buying 3 cartridges and a tincture (waste of money) which cost me $300.  No new patient discount was applied which seemed odd because every dispensary I been to since, has always gave me new patient discounts and everywhere else has been much cheaper. I read somewhere that greenhouse pricing is based off other shops, not sure if i believe that.They were cash only which is an annoyance in this day and age. If you are in the rockville area, liberty and harvest have the best prices and people there are honest. My favorite dispensary in the howard county area is def. remedy! they always have great deals on vape cartridges once a week (3 for $145) i think. Save the money from your promotional items and lower your product prices instead.JD is the reason greenhouse gets 2 stars instead of 1.

Did not like how they conveniently left out their vet discount program and loyalty program. When confronted they were snarky and dismissive. Nope.

As anyone who's been a patient at this dispensary would expect, they're doing a fine job of providing access for their patients - including new ones, by my observation - while observing social distancing. Their staff remain - as they've always been - informed, cheerful, helpful, and patient. As always and at all dispensaries, all sales are on a cash-only basis. That's because the banks (and your credit cards, as an extension of the banks) are regulated by the federal government, and the feds are still insisting that "there's no such thing as medical cannabis," that all cannabis is merely dangerous. So ... the banking system is off limits to dispensaries. In time, the feds will catch up to the nation, but that's going to take at least a full election cycle.I've patronized dispensaries in five different states, and several in MD. Prices vary from state to state a LOT; but within states, prices vary little, and mostly according to sales, discounts, etc. The basics don't vary much from one dispensary to another. The menus vary, though, from day to day, and the competence of the staff can very widely.Given all of that, Greenhouse Wellness is easily one of the top three I've visited nationwide.I've introduced friends who are new to cannabis products and they've provided competent, caring consultations, while also stressing to the newbie that cannabis isn't a universal panacea and isn't for everyone.There isn't a dispensary anywhere that I've visited that couldn't learn a few things from Greenhouse Wellness.

Recently changed their reward points policy with no warning to no longer give points on sale items or be spent on sale item; coincidentally right before the biggest sale of the year. If I knew I would only be getting 200 of the 600 points I would have normally gotten, I would've gone elsewhere. Service is still good, but the reward program is scummy.

I never knew we had loyalty points. Wow. People definitely need to check their accounts with these people. Apparently they offer discounts they do not want you to take advantage of.

This use to be my favorite dispensary. Now they have the worst point system around. They are the highest priced in town. True wellness and Remedy drop prices and Greenhouse just tries to see what else they can charge 65$ an 1/8 for. Good luck. To many places that sell the same batches of bud for at least 10$ cheaper an 1/8. 60$ for sunmed hahahhahaha

Such friendly folks who are knowledgeable and attentive. Just wanted to add - please please please start stacking your concentrates right side up. it’s a constant issue of messy dabs all over the lid, etc

I am very happy with my experience with them! They had accidentally given me the wrong product and when I called back to let them know, they compensated me with more than I had expected. I am very happy with Ashley’s service. This was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had, and I am quite pleased with the quality of their products.
