I visited the new NOBO In Benton Harbor today and was very disappointed - especially after waiting so long for a local dispensary. There was no marijuana in sight. They package everything in pretty little bags or opaque tubes. I asked repeatedly for an explanation of how to shop the products, but got no help. There were a ton of employees and managers hanging around for the grand opening, but it appeared they were having a party in the back room, leaving inexperienced people at the counter. I gave up and just bought some gummies, which were twice the price I'm accustomed to. But nice packages. (Grrrr...) Hopefully, their competition coming across the street will give us a store worth saving the drive north and south of here.
Went to the new Benton Harbor store a few times and taste-tested almost every Nobo strain and pre-roll. Out of the dozens of pre-rolls and flowers, only 1 was decent (Don Mega). I had a Pineapple express that was literally the worst joint I have ever smoked. I and a friend actually threw it away, it was 100% black ash, tasted nothing like Pineapple Express, had no impact, and didn't have the CBD or terp structure that I've seen in the plant as a grower. Overall, not good experiences in the 4 visits I've had - the customer service and staff are nice, but the product is such a letdown.
Excellent dispensary and reasonable prices. But their website has been down for a while and it still isn't fixed after at least a month. I love this dispensary and the people are super friendly but c'mon man I can't even use the loyalty system properly because online ordering is where most of the loyalty points come from.
I caught a clean and friendly vibe immediately after walking into NOBO. Their selection was varied, and sized as to not overwhelm the consumer. I liked the prices for flower, but the cartridges could have been a touch lower. Especially when most of the selection are .5g carts. But overall I'm very happy and impressed with NOBO, and will most definitely be a repeat customer.
Outstanding from outside in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the security guard even helped folks escape the heat of the sun while waiting. Lauren was Superb, helped us get what we needed and hooked it up with the specials and offers. Will return in the future ✌

Ive been coming here for quite some time now. Place use to be great, prices were fair curbside was in and out. Now, employees are rude, curbside you'll be lucky to be in and out in 45 minutes, not because they're busy, more so lazy employees. They always "forget" to apply your loyalty points. And prices have doubled in the last 6 months. I would not recommend.
