Unless your prepared to wait 45mins at a MINIMUM (eventho they say 20min wait and it turns out to be over a hour...) don't even try to visit on a weekend...not worth it. Prices are kind of ridiculous ....selection is slim.... they do have a reward point system that is decent....
Don't have the selection that they offer online. What they actually offer in store is quite a bit more expensive. Clerks were friendly to an extent but weren't able to help me with most of my questions. Tried them for the first time and not even sure if I got my first time discount, the tender seemed lost. Probably won't be back. Edit: checked my receipt and did not in fact receive first time discount. Definitely won't be back.
Terrible customer service. Had a bad cartridge and was told I could return it within 48 hours. Made an hour round trip drive to return or exchange and the “manager” told me because I opened it there was nothing be could do. Not sure how you would know there is an issue if you never open the product. Offered a discount, then when I tried to buy another cart wouldn’t honor that discount because the whole store had a 10% discount sale. Will not be returning unless made whole. If ownership is watching I would love to be contacted.
Best shop I have been to yet.they actually care about detail and it's nice.very clean, happy atmosphere.i was a couple dollars short once and they looked out for me.the only thing that could be cool is a website that shows daily deals on it.who knows maybe there is one.But just want to thank u guys for your service and hospitality. ?
Very nice staff, but I keep getting told the cartridges we purchase are reliable. That’s been the complete opposite experience over the course of a couple months straight and it’s a real issue that merits investigating. I’ve went home with faulty cartridges (plural because I buy multiples at a time) that leak and become impossible to use, and it’s been my experience every time but once. I’m tired of wasting my money because cartridges are not cheap, and when they leak it cuts their lifespan in half at minimum (if they’re even usable.) It either clogs them with oil to the point where you can’t draw from them, or the oil leaks out of the mouthpiece. Considering lower end cartridges usually come out to over $50 due to recreation and sales taxes, this is something that should be looked into. It isn’t only the “cheaper” cartridges I’ve experienced this issue with, but it’s specifically why I started buying cheaper ones to begin with as it’s asinine to buy “better” ones when they’re just as likely to leak and waste money. While I myself have been able to exchange them, it’s not ideal when it’s a far drive and altogether it’s rather frustrating that this is a frequent issue. The pattern indicates that the dispensary either doesn’t receive enough feedback about faulty products to the point where they’re aware and reaching out to manufacturers in an effort to prevent these issues, or they know that there are issues at hand, yet continue to sell defective products. I’m happy to change my review later on, but for now my frustrations have gotten the best of me and I’ll be shopping elsewhere in hopes that I won’t keep wasting money and gas.
