Awesome first time experience. Ariyanna explained everything in a kid friendly way for my mom and then we chose exactly what would be best for her! We will be back!

Amazing place with amazing employees. This place is beautifully kept and is a very large step up from many other marijuana clinics I have been too. To make things even better, the employees are extremely knowledgeable and kind and go way out of their way to answer questions and help out. I have only gone as a "visitor" with a person who has MS and is in need of medical marijuana and the care and help given to her was so touching and reassuring. I highly recommend this place. I am personally unaware of the actual benefits but the person I go with has told me how great they have been feeling thanks to Rise's recommendations. They have a product which, as far as I know, is only sold there called Delta 8 which removes the psychoactive effects of marijuana and provides such pain relief that it seems to be like a miracle.

I always love it when I visit Rise in Deerfield... it's very zen feeling... the wait is always short and the patient coordinators are very helpful... great products and discounts .. thank you Rise!

Thrilled to find a new dispensary. Cool place without being "overdone" with too many employees that are just shuffling folders around (as seen at other famous places). Super friendly staff with specials for new customers and senior discount, wow! Ordered on-line, their site is excellent and they say it's updated every hour. No more wondering if a shop really has my product in stock. I love that they dispense their flower in glass jars, not plastic. Rise has gained two new patients.

The people here are very nice. Clean facility, not overcrowded, knowledgeable experts.

Had my card about a month. Wasn't sure about going to purchase anything and best product to use. I went in with my partner. The staff was friendly and polite. The wait to get into retail area was very short.  I explained being new to this and salesman was the best. Never once made me feel bad about asking questions a newbie would have. Was patient.He  Explained everything to me,what the outcome of products  would be, what a newbie would be best using. Plus I was able to purchase a few more items that I had anticipated because of a sale buy one get one  plus a generous offer 50% off of over $100 purchase. I couldn't be happier happier with the products I bought. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit

This was my favorite place until my.last visit. I was treated rudely by the young lady who gave me my order and got all the way home to find out I got less bud than I ordered. They wrote it on the receipt. Shouldn't that nasty rude person have had the respect and consideration to tell me this when I paid her? I will never go there again.

Today was my first visit to this dispensary.  I went there because during the Tamarac Community meeting their reps had a table and did a great job at persuading my friend and I to give them a try. We drove the 1/2 hour to get there and we were looking forward to the "Rise" dispensary experience. As we walked in we were greeted politely by 2 receptionist who not only asked for our state MM cards but also our driver's licenses.  Odd but we complied. We were escorted inside each with our own bud tender. The place was sparsely furnished with available written info, as well as product and furniture. I felt I was in a prohibition speakeasy. Jessica my personal bud tender was rather sweet and somewhat knowledgeable regarding her products. Unfortunately there wasn't much of a selection available.  Also no pre-rolls or flower in the flavor that I was searching for.  The products that I did purchase were poorly labeled unlike other dispensaries.  I was done before my friend so I was able to stand and listen while her bud tender assisted her with her order.  My friend is very knowledgeable. She asked quite a few questions which I noted her "person" was most of the time unable to accurately answer and/or she sought others to give her the answers and/or assist her in answering the pertinent inquiries. One very interesting point that I found odd was when I overheard the answer given to my friend regarding a new cartridge she was purchasing for a specific product.  She told the bud tender that she wanted the product and of course the cartridge to go with it.  While the bud tender was packing the items, my friend specifically asked her if she had placed everything in the bag?  The woman told her "yes I did. Everything is prepackaged.  It all there you are all set...". We said our good byes.  When we reached home the cartridge and all it parts were there but no product!  She called immediately and was told that she was never told that "everything was there."  My friend asked if she could then return the cartridge as she could not use it and didn't need it without the product?  She was told that "No!, they would not take it back!"  What type of business is this? She spoke with the manager who told her straight out that he only believed his employee and not my friend.  Needless to say we will not be returning to this unprofessional establishment. Our first and last visit!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me all the time and questions I needed. They know a lot about battling pain, not just trying to sell you.

This was my second visit to this dispensary and I was not pleased with what I got.  I placed my order online for curbside pickup but when I received my product it was not what I thought I ordered.  Apparently when you order online you have to pay extreme attention to what your ordering because if you thought you ordered flower (buds) from the flower section, you could receive trimmings which i was highly pissed about.I feel like they need to designate flower trimmings to its own ordering section so that this doesn't get confused with customers.  Trimmings are not flower or buds. Its scraps, twigs, leaf cuttings and all of the not above essentials that you don't want to smoke.  It should not be there to confuse buyers or waste there time with.And my last issue is with the product itself which smells so horrible.  In all my years, I have smelt way way way better cannabis trimmings than what they gave me.  And I really don't know what to do with it because if this is what the real flower/buds smells like from this strain, it would be very very hard to call this good product.  Some of there other flower strains are not that enticing either; just seems like foreign high delicacy.  For me, I feel like their out of touch with product and I want to like this place.  But with the ordering and product itself, its not on point for me.

All around great store, and better product then trulieve for sure. Was first time at the location and they took my info and had me in and out.  Limited selection is only downside

Stay away from Trulieve - Rise is the best dispensary in Deerfield Beach and the surrounding areas.Extremely well ran curbside pick up. Just place your order online and you're done. I waited 2+ hours last time I was at Trulieve for my order. I just finished at Rise - less than 10 minutes at 5:30pm on a Monday.Well done Rise!

My sister took me to Rise as I dont work or drive..My sister was helping me remember what I had previously purchased..Selling weed from the Parking lot seemed a bit questionable as well. Asshole says I'll sell u this time but not again.Screw you..There are a trillion dispensaries..I'll take my 100 elsewhere  ..I'm letting the police know ur filling orders from the parking lot..Shut ur ass down..half a star..half of a brain..

Selling weed from the parking lot..I took my sister who doesnt work or drive..I was helping her with the money..Nasty parking lot two year old..says to me..well I'll sell u today but not again..Why?Cuz I'm helping my sister choose what she had purchased previously?There are so many dispensaries..I told them they are rude and nasty..I'll take my 100 elsewhere..A must skip..for real

There's always a problem, nothing is ever easy at Rise, especially the one in Deerfield. Do yourself a favor & skip the trip. There's so many better dispensaries in that area. The website lies about percentage all the time. Waste of my gas money.

As a newly minted patient I checked around where I should go to fill a prescription.  I really had no idea what to expect, much less where to go.  I did some searching, realized most places had a good reputation, so I went with RISE, as it was in my part of town.I pulled in to the parking lot of the unassuming place.  Honestly, I drove by it the first, it's easy to miss.  once inside the auto sliding doors in front, I was greeted by a nice gal who asked me to fill out paperwork, doctors office style, in the waiting room.After giving her my prescription and card to make copies, I took a seat.It was a nice hotel, 4 star-esque type lounge.  a few other people were there, waiting there turn.  For what, I did not know. Considering there was 3 people in front of me, I was happy to have my name called in under 10 minutes.  I walked into the secured back room.  It looked like a high end jewelry store, with glass cases surrounding the middle part of the room.   I as called our by a fella at the center glassed case and he explained the process, the products, and the rates.  It was very easy to figure it all out.  There was different dosages, and different types of products.  Some would specifically relax, and other relax and also provide some energy.  Being an active guy, I chose the latter.  They had a veterans rate on all goods so that was a nice perk on top of things.And there you go, I was out.  They gave me a nice bag with a couple freebies thrown in and I was out the door.   I may try a couple other spots in the future for variety, but I know things are good at RISE.
