Feeling pretty frustrated. Went to MUV today in Apollo Beach today asked to speak to the manager again and again he is not in as always. I have had the RSO pills that don't work when I call the help number because the pills didn't work the guy said take 2 well I took 4 and had 0 effect. MUV refused to take back. Haven't had the RSO in indica in a while last tIme I was told the hybrid would work so I brought that what a mistake now I know why thank to Greg. The hybrid can hype you up been having problems sleeping last night I used it again could not sleep ended up I had to take 2 10mg of ambient to finally get some sleep. Took my tincture to the Sarasota location and asked the tto check it out because it tasted rancid the girl lived up the dropper and said it was good she didn't even test it more money wasted and I have 2 bottles of that. The patches a short time ago and now to this day are not sticking and don't last 72 hrs like they say. I am a terminal cancer patient and need my meds I was on the MMJ program in NY and never had a problem with Columbia Care so I'm not new to this. MUV is not consistent with their products and the do not stand by products. Sure the staff in the store are nice but their return or exchange policy stinks. I been checking around with DR's and labs seriously thinking about taking thesee products to an independent lab and and having them verified I'm spend money their and I'm not sure if it's worth it I know it costs a lot to have them verified but it could also save me a lot of money on the future.  Especially since I am disabled and have a limited income. I realfeel MUV thinks only about selling and not the quality.  They care only about thE stonners and not the real people that need it as medicine. Customers beware

Having never been in a Medical Marijuana facility we were apprehensive about what to expect. The whole experience was great as Sarah took the time to explain about Indica, Sativa, and terpenes. She explained and suggested different combinations to provide maximum relieve from various medical issues.  I recommend MuV dispensary and will use their services again.

They leave you on the phone for 1 hour and when you a call beck  number they don't bother.This place blows chunks

We spot by to look at there products. They had some guru flower that was awesome. We also picked up some blue that was great they had an large inventory of blue. We will be going back to grab some more flower. Customer service was awesome they took the time to show us everything did not rush us at all. Total great Experience.

Went to this one for the first time ever yesterday, and they took super care of me! Jen up front was very welcoming and got me logged into their system quickly. Then Anthony helped me out with the product and really took the time to explain things to me, and listen to my questions. He was extremely helpful and I appreciated his patience, and insight so much! Thank you, MUV, for making my first experience here so amazing! I'll definitely be back

I have been a medical cannabis patient for several years. I have been going to the other two major dispensaries here in Hernando, so I was excited to learn that muv is here. Variety is always good. The dispensary is wonderful. I was greeted right away by a friendly man who checked me in. As you walk in, you'll see the check in desk on your left, the doors to the dispensary in front of you, and a waiting area/bathrooms to the right. On the wall above the waiting area there is an electronic sign listing the available forms, strains and prices. Less than a minute after I checked in I was led to the back by a great "med tender". They have displays of all of their products in the back "patient only" area. They have a wide variety of flower, vapes, concentrates, topicals and edibles. The store is very clean, bright, and cheerful. The medtender knew his stuff and was very helpful. I am a heavy dabber, so I got two of their hybrid concentrate syringes. The oil is very relaxing. It knocked me on my ass. I got 25% off because I was a first time patient. Their prices are fair and they seem to be a little cheaper than the others when it comes to flower. I'll have to check out their flower next time. I "highly" recommend muv.

Wonderful shop. I went there as a first timer. As soon as I entered the guy at the front desk gave me a very informative folder explaining their menu and the effects of various products. Large waiting room and a large menu board.Once in the actual dispensary, I was well cared for. My medtender was very knowledegable of all products. I will definately be shopping here in the future.

Müv is one of my favorite dispensaries! From the products to the staff.  Müv is really giving the other dispensaries a run for there money   .The entire process is so smooth. Parking is located in the front of the building off of Dale Mabry (I'm not sure if parking is available in the back of the building)the wait time has never been bad . The moment you walked in the door your greeted by friendly staff . Everything is glass inside so you can see the entire store from the waiting area , which is cool . They ask you for your medical card and you wait to be seen by one of the knowledgeable staff members.  There are chairs and a television with product info . When your called by a staff member you are taken to the area where all your problems disappear lol .The choices of flower and other products change so make sure to ask for the list of the day . You can take a guest with you but make sure your guest is responsible and understanding of others medical needs.  so happy they chose Tampa for a home .

Been going there since February I've been to many different dispensaries but MUV treat you like patients not like retail customers they're very knowledgeable about the products and their products are top shell would recommend them to anybody looking for Great customer service and great products

Another bad experience here.This entire rating is due to the "head salesman Matt". Since at least July 5, this store has been out of flowers. My bday was July 8 and at this store you get a free disposible vape pen for your bday.I live in spring hill which is 45 mins to an hour away. This location did not have flowers until today, which is Thursday.  I asked since the STORE was completly sold out for almost a week can i get my bday gift today.Short answer is no. Has to be day before, day of or day after. I did try to expla . Again how I didnt come because the store didnt have ANY flowers I could get. But nope "Matt" didnt care. Matts about that MONEY, which I have spent a lot of there. They use to also refund your atm reciepts but now that is gone as well. I feel like this chain is already making a ton of money, but guys like MATT, will surely find ways to get more. MATT is not about the customer, MATT is about the $$$. Good ol MATT got this review posted multiple times. I hope MATT see's this, NO i hope MATT'S boss see's it, no wait, I hope the leadership team  at ALTMED see's this.Thank you MATT, you are fantastic.

Nice spot always clean and nice people now to the products the flower is ok not the best but they usually have a few strains to choose from the concentration selection is less than desirable way over priced shatter in other states run about 25$ a gram muv is at 65$ same with the crumble it would be nice to see some hash rosin not the dry sift and I believe the whole state is overpriced for what is being offered

Today was my second visit here, and i absolutely love it! I just got my card last week or so, and i went the same day that i got the email. I didn't do any research before going in, i was just hoping that they could give me any info i needed, and they were great! My first time, Anthony took me through all of their products and explained to me what each is used for and the benefits of it all. I got my first time discount, which was amazing and very helpful. I tried the products that i got and decided i wanted to try some other things as well, and Lyle helped me to find an affordable pen. He was also very helpful, and i got a 25% discount on everything which was fantastic! The staff there is awesome. They are all so positive, and they remembered me from last time i went, which was so refreshing! The products are great. I love the inhaler, it's such a discreet way to medicate anywhere. The pens are perfect for me as well. I'm excited to try what i bought today. Thanks, Anthony and Lyle!

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, I've been here a few different times and always treated like a valued guest, Matt has and outstanding customer service skills, the place is kept clean.

Müv has one product that sets it above all others, their 3 day transdermal patches.  Gives my wife pain relief on a continuous basis with no ups or downs.  Most places only sell 12 hour patches which just don't do the job.  Everybody we have dealt with here has been friendly and very helpful.  They seem to have occasional supply issues with desired items out of stock.  Last couple of visits has not been a problem  may have been resolved.

I'd like to start by saying muv is one of the sleekest dispensaries I've been to. The staff is incredibly nice. Muv is the place to go in FL for a variety of concentrates like budder, shatter, etc that most other dispensaries just will not have. In addition it seems it is one of only 2 FL dispensaries that have the inhalers and RSO, the alternative being trulieve. Ultimately, if they did not have those items (which I mainly use) I would have definitely rated muv 3 stars. That being said, of the dispensaries I have frequented, none run out of stuff quite like muv. Today for example they were entirely out of all pre-rolls. If you're looking for the best selection, you'll have to drive down to the Apollo beach location where they stock twice the number of products. Additionally, unlike other dispos like Surterra and vidacann, you can not combine your 1st/2nd/3rd time customer discounts with any of their current "deals" which is annoying to say the least.I like to judge/recommend a dispo by their disposable vapes as that's pretty much the most commonly purchased item. The "all in one" vapes look like the ones Surterra, but are more expensive, usually 20-40mgs more potent, and less flavorful.

I have to give Müv 5 stars for overall review. This was my first visit to a Müv and I was not disappointed. The customer service was great. When called to the back, the representative took me on a tour of all the different product lines and different methods of intake. Whether you are a fan of CBD, Sativa, Hybrid or Indica, Müv is sure to have exactly what you are looking for. Patients that visit Müv for the first time receive 25% off your first entire purchase! The disposable vape pens are amazing, taste great, and medicates very well! Concentrates look amazing, have yet to try it yet. Prices vary depending on the product and strain but not far from other companies.

I've came here a few times, the staff is very thorough and very helpful. If you have questions ask, so you know for sure. I've went in a few times not knowing what to get and I asked what the other would recommend and was always given good options never dissatisfied

Super happy MUV has opened up a location so central to where I live.  Making my trip to the dispensary easier than ever. I love the Wana gummies! I think they are the most consistent gummies out there.  Their flower tiers are also reasonable in price and pretty consistent with quality. There's always a special being ran, so make sure you sign up for text or emails. Staff is always happy at ever MUv location, very knowledgeable on the products and with all the sales. Who wouldn't give a 5 star rating?!

Without realizing the store was closed and it being my first time here, I was waved and shooed away by the manager and employees not in a very graciously manner. So I then I went to Grow Healthy and they were open and were very welcoming. Grow Healthy even educated me on their products and gave me a souvenir hat.

Terrible staff.Do not shop here!Turns away handicap people and very rude.Walked in not able to waste a mask due to recent surgery. I was ignored then shunned away.These minimum wage employees don't care about their clientele and completely lack critical thinking. The toll free corporate number does not help at all.Will never support this business again.There are no Florida mandates requiring masks. There are federal laws regarding how to handle handicap people

This was my first time at this particular dispensary. Because of my experience, I would tell people to not go there. I have been going to Surterra wellness and I really liked their products, however on a whim I thought I would try MUV. The disposable Vape I bought is NOTHING! I took 1 hit, I got nothing; 2 hits I got nothing; 3 hits I got nothing. I called MUV and they assured me that they do NOT stand behind their product. If it's no good it's my  loss. It says it is 240.8 mg THC  and 6.0 mg CBD. What it really is is nothing. I'll go back to Surterra wellness where they have product that actually works.

Terrible Terrible would not recommend this dispensary I used the delivery service option would not recommend any delivery from this location, i live 30min from this location and just because they offer free shipping over a certain amount doesn't mean you should take them up on their offer. Wasted a day waiting around 8hours for a $200 delivery because the only delivery window they can offer is 10am-6pm and u need to be present for delivery. Received my text message in the morning saying my order would be delivered that day (placed order the night before) only to receive another text 30min before the delivery window saying "Your order is being prepared and on the way". 630pm no delivery, I call customer service they call the location and the representative apologized and says they can't  fulfill my order today and they can guarantee it will be delivered the next day and explained that when u check the little acceptance and disclaimer boxes that means orders can be delayed and u wont get delivery guaranteed but yet you can guarantee my order will be delivered the next day? yea sure let me sit around another day waiting around 10-6 for another delivery that might not be guaranteed because after all I did check the box and accepted the terms, yea I get it pandemic and what not but not everyone has the luxury of sitting around waiting all day for a delivery. I should've just taken the 30min drive and picked up my order myself. I order from dispensaries all over tampa and this is the first dispensary i've had this issue with and my last as I will not be making anymore future purchases at this location or any Muv location and Ill stick with other dispensary Brands as they actually guarantee your shipping and have better products anyways.P.S  ill be making sure I spend the rest of my already wasted day writing the same review and personal experience with MUV to every review website out there

Sparkling clean with great customer service. I called in my order and it was ready and waiting 45 minutes later! The staff is great in helping me choose what is best for my chemo related nausea. Highly recommend.

I had the best MUV experience today as i just renewed my card and doctor prescription. i had no idea i would get a discount on the purchase i made but thanks to Mike who works at MUV Lutz he helped me in every way he could. 10/10 experience, will always be a loyal customer.

Great products and experience every time, lovely and knowledgeable staff. I wont lie i had my dislikes at first but over time MÜV has risen to the top of the list. The guy in the Rollie Chair has the sweetest swivel moves I've ever seen! Great dispensary, super friendly, knowledgeable and they really care about getting you the right treatment. Will be visiting often!!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and a great variety of products! Nice, clean location. My only concern is that there is only one entrance/exit on to very busy 54 and 41, but it's worth extra 5 mins if you need to turn around.

I'm really upset. As a disabled veteran with a medical issue that is documented I cannot have equal access to the shop as other patients do because I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask. This is discrimination. Period. I've received emails from Corp telling me in the past a shield was sufficient and today I was denied access to the store. I've had three embarrassing experiences due to being told I'm not able to have the same access as everyone else. You can't tell a person with hiv they can't come in or a person in a wheel chair to walk. This is outrageous especially as a medical service provider with my medical  information! Great meds. Horrible policy

Only dispensary in Florida worth going to if you are a true connoisseur. Their strains have unique and exotic terpene profiles compared to places like Trulieve and curaleaf where in my opinion the plants are not grown properly, and all lack a genetic significance. Müv's Rosin is definitely the best I've had from a medical shop in Florida, and is always very fresh. They take the extra step in freezing their flower after harvest, and using ice water extraction for their Rosin, unlike other companies pressing dried and cured nugs into rosin which lack a huge flavor profile.

This is my favorite location of muv dispensary. It is very clean and a nice feeling when you walk in and everybody is happy. It says a lot for a place when the employees look happy. Dave helped me out and I really appreciate his kindness and knowledge. He had a lot of information and I got in and out very quickly. Thank you again, I will see you soon

I've used VidaCann and Trulieve quite a bit but they're really poor in comparison. Muv has the best service in the city by a landslide , and many times the best selection.

Had a good experience at MUV in Clearwater. Nice reception area, very short wait. Pretty much knew what we wanted and Gino showed me and my wife around. Got our CBD and 1:1 tinctures quickly, with a 25% first time customer discount. We'll be back. Convenient location for us, good selection of products, decent prices and customer service. Sleeping much better, pain is gone for now, better mental attitude. That's what it's all about.

Over priced and rarely have the good products in stock. No discount for those on disability makes medicine expensive. Much better product is available for less money.

I had my recent doctor visit and she recommended Müv for some of their products. The staff there was extremely helpful, and Gabby helped answer all my questions before making my first time purchase.I liked the options I purchased and received a 25% discount as a new patient there. They have other products I would like to try, so I'll be back!

Please wear your mask, as we're in covid season. The dispensary is currently practicing social distancing so if there are more than 4 people in the lobby you'll be asked to wait out in your car. Be patient, your time will come. Non-descript looking location in an older strip mall across from Ihop and Home Depot in Palm Harbor on Us 19. On the outside, it's nothing to look at. On the inside, the decor is warm and inviting. Once you have given your id, and they set up your profile and sign you up for their programs, they invite you back to their dispensary, its bright white and orange, it's lovely. The tenders here are friendly, energetic and knowledgable. The product is mostly kept out of site except the few things that are out on display, things that are tangible so those of us who aren't in the know, get a little more knowledge. I felt comfortable asking, never talked down to. Over all, I felt that MUV was a really nice experience. I will be back.

I was happy to find the Med Tenders at MUV in Palm Harbor were so helpful and knew their Cannabis. They were able to recommend the best for me, when I explained what I needed. I've had my card less then a month and I've only gone to a few places and this was the second one I ventured into. In Florida they "only" give out 14-15 licenses to sell Medical Marijuana unlike Colorado and California. This is much different from Colorado were I recently moved from. I would say the Cannabis industry here is in the beginning stages of maturity similar to Canada and they have limited options but I believe that's going to change in 2020. I usually stick with Indica strains because Sativa usually makes my heart race and gives me headaches after a few hours. I have migraines on top of my chronic pain from multiple car accidents from a drunk driver who hit me many years ago. I purchased the Forum Cut Cookies Hybrid the Medtender recommended when she heard I've been in so much pain in the last few weeks. I highly recommend this one. After a few hours no sign of a headache or being to dopey, is that a word? A good high without pain, I'll take any day. I also tried the Evolve 1:1THC/CBD serum/lotion pump and I'm not a fan, it didn't work well and it was very pricey. The Colorado freeze is so much better. I also tried the all natural Cannabis CBD 300 Tincture and it works but leaves a burning ever clear taste. I haven't tried my patch yet as I'm going to save it for my next long flight.Overall I'm super impressed with the store, the medtenders and my new state.

First time ever going to any of these dispensaries. So I didn't really know what to expect. When I tell you that this place was extremely clean, professional and almost like a doctors office because of how white and perfect everything was set up would be an understatement. The woman I have spoken with over the phone in Apollo Beach set everything up for me so that it would be an easy process walking in. The staff was extremely helpful and answered any of my questions without hesitation. Mentioned any sales that we're going on as well to help with the cost. Very helpful, very professional. Highly recommend

My first visit to a dispensary and I'm glad I chose Muv. Looking for pain relief I went through the steps to get my card. If you don't have a card you aren't getting to shop. I checked in at the front and waited a few short minutes before being called to the dispensary area.I was helped by a very kind young woman, who listened carefully to my needs. She then took the time to explain to me which products might be best for me, just starting out, and with my particular health concerns. She answered all my questions, some before I had even asked them. Once we browsed everything, we went back to the register to pay and check out. They don't accept credit or debit cards, but they do offer a first visit discount. I am already seeing some benefits from my purchase and highly recommend this store, especially if you are new and have a lot of learning to do.

I placed my order online for pick up. The staff was great, they answered all my questions and gave me a bunch of information about the products. Overall the store was very clean and the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. Definitely will be coming back.

Stopped in here yesterday (7/20/21 3Ish) and Joe gave me great service. However,  I found the older guy in the ball cap behind Joe's seat making inappropriate comments, inserting himself into the conversation extremely rude.  He was making thinly veiled personally insulting remarks about me.  Let me guess he's the guy who leases the corvette out back?  He was making remarks about how much better he was than me for having it.  I felt like saying back to him him "nice payment."   if this rude person interrupted my sales people like this I would fire him on the spot.  What a jerk. I'll be going elsewhere and recommending friends go elsewhere until this is addressed below:  I'd like to know people have been interviewed and he was fired.  He had no place around customers.  Joe was great.

Products are fine if you can get past the fact they're in house brands. The location itself is actually quite nice. They did a great job on the aesthetics. The lack of test results on some of the labels is a bit disappointing. But all in all this place is solid if you're in the area and willing to spend 50% more for the products. The reason I'm rating this as low as I am is due to the lack of competent support staff and their inability to problem solve. It's been almost 1.5 hours since they guaranteed delivery. Nothing yet. Not even a call back. Apparently management was in a meeting. But that was an hour ago. So I don't know how much of that was just bullshit from the person on the phone (won't mention her name). Obviously we need to support local business during these times, but at the same time, businesses need to stay loyal and truthful to their customers. This place isn't that. Good products, shit service. You've been warned. Stay safe out there guys!Update: Just heard back. They didn't even have the order in the logs. So now it's coming tomorrow. How much more disorganized could they possibly be. They are apparently still open and won't even send it out during late operating hours. At least the guy on the phone sounded like he wanted to help. I'm just going to RISE from now on. At least they haven't disappointed me yet.

Love MÜV! Awesome products and staff has always been reliable, knowledgable and compassionate. Their transdermal patches are highly effective is you prefer that over creams. Full disclosure for 4/5 and not 5/5: Constancy of product availability. I shop at MÜV a lot less than I do Medmen or Vidacann solely due to product availability. I don't blame them for this, as I'm basing it off the product I need, which may not apply to others. Sour Jack is their strain I'd eagerly include for my daytime relief if it were readily available. The medical system in Florida in inherently flawed too so I'll attribute any short comings to that and not MÜV directly.. for now ;)

I love MUV. It's my favorite dispensary. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've learned so much from them. I love RSO and MUV has the Best! I always see people asking on Reddit who has the best RSO in Florida. I've tried all of them except Liberty and Surterra. MUV is the best. There are others that ren't bad. But if you want the best, buy from MUV. I also have to mention their delivery service. It's the best! They always have what you order. They text to let you know they have your order. Then they call to confirm price, discounts and timing your delivery. And they get it right every single time.

The other day, I went to Muv. It my first dispensary experience. I was greeted with a friendly hello, and all of my questions were answered with ease by the staff. Everyone at Muv was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. I checked out with Carina. she was very sweet, was detailed in her explanations, and was able to provide suggestions to everything I needed . I would recommend this place to everyone. They definitely have a little bit of everything, but their concentrates are without a doubt the best around.

Really pleased with my trip to müv! Stephanie helped me and was amazing with her recommendations and expertise of each strain's terpene profile. Extremely personable and knowledgeable woman! The experience inside is clean, open, and friendly. Front desk staff was cool and welcoming. The best is being able to SEE and SMELL the bud before buying. Can't replace that versus their competition. Grabbed a g pen and can't wait to try it out.

My first visit was great. The gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) really took his time with me. He explained everything. Then when I asked about the special spend 150 get $75 off, he said to wait for another visit till I familiarize myself with the product. He said he'd annotate my file. So I went there today, he wasn't there. I asked about my discount, the person told me there was nothing on my record and I needed a coupon from my doctor. What a rip-off. I think I'll go back to my old place.Updating:.  I opened my package and they sold me all the wrong items.  I'm not holding my breath that they will fix this.Update:.  Went back today and was treated with the utmost respect. The person at the intake desk apologized sincerely for what happened and fixed everything. I am really impressed with their professionalism.  I heartily recommend them.

While I am a fan of MÜV I am pretty pissed off at them.  I recently purchased a Gio from them.  When I went to gpen's website to register it I saw they were selling Gio's for $7.10.  gpen.com/products/g-pen-…As far as the cartridges they're okay.  They're tasty.  They're smooth.  Definitely not worth the price though, unless one stocks up on sales.  I like, but I'm not blown away.  I still plan on trying the PAX Era.  With my veteran discount they are pretty close price wise.  I like the Gio.  I don't need all the bells & whistles of the PAX, but I definitely need a battery indicator which the Gio doesn't have.  Also, it seems like there's more options price wise and variety with the PAX Era.  Now that I think about it, for $7.10 I could buy a few Gio's and always have one charged, one charging, and one in use.  Flower wise, they and Trulieve are unrivaled.  Special kudos for MÜV selling grams and still selling vape cups.Edit:  I just purchased two Gio's at gpen's website with discount code LASTCHANCE20 for $17.05 which includes shipping.  Now I have spares and don't need to worry about running out of battery.

Currently at this location and once again even though I have an express order which according to corporate, I should only be behind the other express orders. Definitely not the case once again. I have to wait in line like all the other walk ins. I think I'll try somewhere else.

I've been in pain since January and I'm getting ready to have surgery in a few weeks and I got my medical card.The customer service is great and very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. The employees help and listen to you and do not push you to do something that would not work for you. Thank you so much!!

The lack of variety is really starting to become an issue.I've frequented MUV for over a year now. The customer service is incredible. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful however I've come to realize the they've been offering the same 3 strains of Flower quite consistently over the last 6 months or so (Orangeade, clementine, modified grapes). What happened to all of the other potent strains? Like Guru, Sour Jack, Velvet Glove, etc? Not for nothing but Orangeade sucks and Clementine is mid at best. I'm a little disappointed but like I said the staff really is incredible.

I accidentally left my credit card here and their manager refused to return it to me and instead tried to use it.Editing in my reply for the sake of openness and honesty. I had my credit card left here and you people refused to let me come back to get it because it was 4:45 and you wanted to go home early and I got upset and said I would get the police involved and reminded your staff that they were selling a federally illegal product that wasn't supposed to have credit cards anywhere near its sales process so they shouldn't want to force me to do that and they responded by hanging up and blocking my number. The next day the manager of your store, who I'd never spoken with before or had any idea who she was at all, blew up my phone with at least 10 phone calls within a 5 minute period, basically spamming my phone up to force me to pick up, and when she finally reached me she immediately started loudly ranting at me that she had a recording of me threatening her with "guns and holsters" and that she had a recording of it and that I was banned from the store and if I came back she would tell the police I threatened her with firearms. When she said this I asked her to show me the recordings because I never said anything like that and I never would, especially not to a woman, and that she was lying and even more if she had recorded me I'd like to have it played in front of the police because it would be considered wire tapping so she was admitting to committing a felony and using the commission of said felony as part of a plot to use a false police report to lock up a cancer patient who threatened to involve the police so he could get his property back and she responded by stuttering that I was banned and if came back she would call the police on me and then hung up. Totally immature, unprofessional, and, quite frankly, crazy behavior.Why would I ever come back to that store after you guys slandered me and threatened me with violence and false imprisonment because I accidentally left my credit card there and it got used by someone? I'd have to be utterly insane to go back after the way your staff treated me. You guys showed your true colors and I'll take my money elsewhere permanently.

Update:I was contacted by Muv in an attempt to address my complaint. They were very honest in explaining their policies and the mistakes that were made. Although I don't agree with all of their policies regarding discounts, they did show an effort to improve  their service to clients, and that is appreciated. Not everybody responds and addresses complaints. Hopefully Muv will continue to  strive to improve its commitment to satisfy clients.

Best dispensary, Sydney and Perry and one other lady I just call her sweetheart truly go above and beyond for their patients. I truly love that they take the time to get to know you, if your comfortable with it. There was a time most recently where I came in and started feeling off at the counter standing just wasn't gonna happen.  Sydney without missing a beat grabbed a chair for  me. Which in turn stopped a medical episode. Y biggest fear in a dispensary. If that would have happened elsewhere im positive I would not be helped. Sweetheart has been amazing and so helpful especially she knows first hand one of my conditions and seizures just suck right before during and after. Thanks to her and Sydney and Perry I finally have a regimen that works for me with my medicine. Perry is absolutely wonderful he helped me safely get back to my vehicle when some work was being done in the parking lot. That truly meant alot to know that folks truly do care! Herman is forever missed but am forever thankful for him and his help. Thank you all for being the best dispensary in all over volusia county.

New dispensary in the Daytona Beach area. "AltMed Enterprises, also a Florida company, brings pharmaceutical industry precision to the production and distribution of medical cannabis products under the MÜV™ brand."Kudos to both ladies at the reception. I was introduced to the dispensary by Reina who I found to be helpful, pleasant and with great communication skills. Now as to the products. For the most part they have a good line and definitely worth checking out. Their prices fair and their flower and pre-rolls are in line with the other dispensaries. I certainly recommend them and wish them well.Now, why not 5 stars? No discounts for Financial Hardship. Most dispensaries in the area have a  either 10% or 15%, but to their credit they do have a 10% discount for seniors, something no other dispensary in the area has!Lack of Indica flower or Indica pre-rolls was disappointing.Hopefully they will remedy this, and also the lack of products above 21% Thc as well.Lastly, the dispensary through no fault of their own had to accommodate the Ormond Beach City Council who required that they be located within a medical complex and the location they currently have is hard to find if you have never been there. Although the address is Clyde Morris Blvd. the entrance is actually on Hand Ave.The dispensary is also very small, actually tiny, so you may want to place your order for pickup.Good dispensary, good products and a great staff.Definitely Recommend.

I absolutely love this place! It is my favorite dispensary in Volusia. They always have all the strains I'm looking  for. And wow! Talk about the tenders. Ally (ask for her) I'm so excited every time I get her . She's always smiles knows exactly what I like and what will work best for me. This used to be the only place I bought from but I will not be returning. On two occasions now I was sold a product that did not work. The first time they exchanged it with no problem. This time they refused to exchange it saying that I bought it in December. I have spent thousands of dollars at the store and will no longer be returning. I have filed a formal complaint against them with the state Attorney General consumer protection division because they are selling defective products and refusing to stand by their product.

I like their gummy all flavors. But my favorite is their watermelon (hybrid). People tend to like the blueberry (indica) or mango (sativa). They are all good, just preference I suppose. Enjoy!

This dispensary is by far the best in Florida. They are helpful, knowledgeable and truly care about the patients. Honestly I have been to most of the dispensaries in Florida and all of the others treat you like a number but not MUV in Ormond Beach they not only have the most knowledgeable staff but if something is wrong they go out of their way to make it right. Other dispensaries take note. Please don't change MUV because you treat this professionally unlike most dispensaries.

I was not able to complete a purchase on the MUV website so I called the MUV number and reached Mary on the Patient Care Team. WOW! She was well versed in the chemistry of marijuana medicinals. We discussed different strains and intake options. I ordered the RSO "Rainbow Trainwreck" based on our discussion. It makes a great Gummy. I enjoyed the evening followed by a deep slumbering sleep. First timer so I decided to visit onsite before any online orders. Went around noon and very impressed how professional and accommodating they were for walk-ins. Waiting room was spacious and the prices are onscreen with a menu to review while waiting. It was a bit longer since I was a new customer but I used the 10 mins to get informed. Once called back, Ian was an awesome expert in " good vibes." It's hard not choosing them all but the new customer discount of 25% off helps. Give them a visit, top tier customer service and overall atmosphere! I do recommend express (online order) I noticed they are in and out with no issues

This dispensary surpasses all of the other places in Florida. I have been to TL, Curaleaf, Harvest. The quality of the product that is at MUV is by far the best from all the location. The website is always very accurate which makes it extremly convenient. Also you have the option to look, smell ect of all the products before you purchase which is somthing that no other dispensary has offered. The location on Hendricks is very clean and inviting. I have had a few had encounters with employees but for the most part everyone is very helpful and friendly. They offer new patient discounts and also offer a long distance discount for anyone that travels to their location of 10% everytime which is great.

Great service, informative staff, awesome product line. I go to the store in San Marco and they always have a fantastic selection. The bud tenders are always willing to help and answer any questions. This is my go-to dispensary.

I absolutely adore the Jacksonville location of Müv!The employees are always extra courteous, knowledgeable, and it's never packed so I never wait more than a couple minutes. I don't feel rushed & can really talk over different products and strains. The products are also high quality & the discounts are excellent. A++

I like this dispensary however I think they are over priced. Sometimes they have what I want other times they don't. No consistency to their supply. The staff is nice, fairly quick service.

Visited MUV for a Dermal patch for my lower back. Total chaos. The back where products are purchased was Coronavirus heaven for catching the virus. The place was packed with no one  wearing masks and protecting themselves or patients.  While three of the counters had plastic barriers, staff allowed patients to lean around the plastic barriers. One older patient coughed directly into the face of a female staff person. If you value your health stay away from here. A guy who said he was in charge said "so what".We notified the State Health Department which regulates this dispensary. Hopefully, they will do an inspection.  This dispensary should be closed for health reasons.

Well, Ernie and I were very impressed with the professionalism this place displays. But, don't waste your time coming here, until you have seen a prescribing doctor for you to come here. No one really understands pain, until you feel it for the rest of your life. I have a skin disorder(autoimmune)disease and no cure. My pain level is very high on a daily basis for the rest of my life, until and if they find a cure. Ernie has pain from multiple old and new injuries. We believe this might be our answer. So, to follow protocol, we must visit a doctor first. Show our records and go from there. I would much rather have something natural and from the Earth, than a man made chemical that has dangerous side effects. I am a minimalist as far as RX meds. I only take a multi-vitamin on a daily and that is it. On real bad days, I take one ibuprofen 200mg, maybe two on a real bad day. I pray once we visit the Doctor, MUV might be able to help us find something to help ease the pain a little. We thanked the gentleman and left with good info. We will be back soon. God bless.

I would just like to say that Muv dispensaries have the greatest employees. I have previously dealt with Kyle and if I had a business I would hire him probably as a manager to train my customer service representatives because he exhibits everything that a customer service representative should have. Well I was contacted by Regina today regarding my negative experience that I had at Muv.  This experience was more of a glitch in the system then having to do with any of the customer service representatives. I just want to say that Regina called me and more than compensated me for my inconvenience and for the system screwup. I am thankful for Regina and thankful that I can bring my business back to Muv because they are stellar they appreciate their customers and are empowered to show it

Pretty good experience here overall. I placed an online order last night for express pickup today and was in and out within 15 minutes when I stopped by. The young man at the front counter was very helpful and helped explain a couple things to me while I waited. The budtender that dispensed my medicine could have been more friendly, however. I wanted to add something onto my order after glancing at the menu and she was pretty rude about their policy and explained that she would have to cancel my order and place me in the walk-in line. So I opted to just stick with my original order... No big deal but a shame for them because I was ready to make a $100 impulse purchase! The only other thing I didn't like about the express pickup situation was that the window they use for this service faces directly into the lobby/waiting room... So there is no privacy from other patients. They hear your name and the medicine you're getting, how much you're paying etc. if they're within earshot which can make some people uncomfortable. It appears that if you have a "walk-in" order they would take you into the back where there are more counters and there is more privacy where you would have more time to make a selection.As for the medicine I received I would give it a 9/10! Surprisingly I am very satisfied with the price and quality of their Tier 3 flower. These are the smaller buds/nugs sometimes known as minis or popcorn. The Triangle Kush I picked up today came in at a pretty decent % of THC for a $32 1/8... Most other MMTC with minis or popcorn come in at much lower percentages and are not this good of quality in my personal opinion. I need to get back soon to try some of the Tier 1 & 2 bud! Definitely give Muv a try if you're looking for a MMTC with a variety of product! I'm planning my next trip back very soon.

Very efficient customer service. Cannabis care specialists knew what I needed for the types of issues I need assistance with. The products they recommended were perfect in treat my ailments. One note, the gummies are not as fast acting as I would like, but the sleek style of the shop and COVID precautions made my experience pleasant.

I have used MUV for almost a year now.  Each time I visit the Fruitville location I have good experiences.  The wait is not long and the staff is very knowledgeable.  If you need products or assistance, this is the store to go to.

They have pretty decent flower. It's dense rock hard mugs they grow indoor hydroponically.  I wish they had the cups for the mugs instead of the ziplock bag. It's just nicer for transport and use.  The wait is much less than Truelieve and they seem to be more organized.

I was at MÜV on 9/17 and as I was walking out the door I realized my order had been messed up. Luckily Nick V. was there to help me get everything fixed. He's a great employee and every time I'm there he's always so nice and respectful. Thank you Nick you have great customer service!

I placed a delivery order for flower 5 days ago. Today I called to check on it and was told that, since I didn't answer the phone when they called to tell me the delivery was ready, the order went back on the shelf. Mind you, I called back immediately after the missed call, but MUV didn't answer. Now they're completely out of flower, and their stance seems to be that, since I didn't pick up the call, it's my fault. Not exactly customer centric.

Bought 3 defective products there and they would only exchange one. They acted like I was scamming them and said they couldn't "justify" "comping" more than one. Mind you I already brought them back once for not working and they said it's because they store them upside down. Waited about an hour for them to work and they didn't stop burning on their own (disposable vapes). I was so upset for getting screwed I tried to call the manager and didn't even get a voicemail after 15 rings. I didn't even get to exchange for what I originally bought, just whatever they had left. I will not be returning here, even with the coupon it's not worth multiple trips, treated like a criminal and only getting a fraction of what you paid for and not even choosing your strain!!

Really.  Just the worst dispensary in the city.  There is an older woman there who cannot restrain her animus for the clientele.Absolutely amazing.  Purchase agreed upon, money on the table, and in comes this woman who every employer wishes they never hired but are now too scared to fire.Their product, tried once, does not exceed mediocre.  There are plenty more places in town.  Nearby on Beneva, on 41, and on Main street.This place is an afterthought.

The budtenders here are some of the kindest people I've met honestly. They treat every guest so well and always are able to answer any questions! I always have a great experience when I'm in there. Prices are higher at this dispensary than the others in Sarasota. Also, the customer service that I received during my last visit was very poor. The female associate did not have much knowledge and she didn't care if she helped me or not. I had specific questions trying to obtain the correct type of product for my medical issues and she was not knowledgeable enough to assist me with answers. Will most likely not be returning.

I'm giving them a one star (would give 0 if I could) because the customer service provided by AMBER was very poor. She rushed me in, wouldn't even let me look at the menu in the waiting room, and then, when I discovered my registry wasn't yet recorded with the state, she was incredible rude. (I renewed my card 1/15, it expired 1/28 but the state hasn't caught up with paperwork, apparently.) She made a big deal out of getting the registry phone number and then yelled at me when I wouldn't leave fast enough. Horrible and embarrassing.UPDATE: Spoke to a regional manager, she listened to my complaint and assured me that's not the way they want their  customers treated, and Amber will be getting some training. I changed my rating.

Very efficient, nice experience.  Got checked in as a patient, met with a counselor and bought product.  In general I find the Florida dispensaries to be totally lacking in any sort of exciting decor.  Boring, boring, boring.  And you really can't see any product. But that's Florida overall, no fault of Muv. Going to go try out the pretty rosin I picked up.

MUV opened recently and I had the most amazing experience on my first visit with  my girlfriend. MUV has exceeded my experience here. Even during this Covid-19, they still have great customer service! I'm completely new to all this but I did crazy amount of research to find the right dispensaries that holds high in quality as overall on their entire company. I love how everything is broken down to you and everyone's uplifting and friendly. I came in not knowing anything and Scott couldn't be anymore helpful. As well for all their employees. I admire how he gets straight to the point and made me leave there with more knowledge and confidence about their products. It's seriously worth the trip!

Found my new dispensary! The MÜV Deerfield was great! Reception is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Checkout was quick and very friendly. The management deserves high marks!The product so far is top shelf and I am looking forward to them being my pharmacy. (Don't bother with Trulieve)

I went back to Muv for another visit on 6/17. Jake helped me out this time, spending nearly 30 minutes answering my questions and helping me decide which products would be right for me. Muv 100% has the most knowledgeable budtenders out of all the dispensaries in Florida. I didn't catch the MODs name, but he made my day by somehow finding a coveted, extremely popular item in the back for me when I had been repeatedly told (by the call center) that it was sold out. My only wish is that Muv could PLEASE open a Miami-Dade store. PLEASE!!

Florida still does not have recreational marijuana which is very disappointing. The state makes customers get a doctors permission which is $200, then you have to pay MUV $75 to join the "pot state wagon"-There is quite a bit time involved in getting state permission to take marijuana products.I personally use indica products to help me sleep.

I have experienced a constant out of stock situation most of the times I want to buy an oral tincture strain. I have been advised to try different strains and usually find them not in stock and am steered to another strain they highly recommend.I have tried various strains and I might as well throw my money down the toilet.They are a joke and I suggest anyone starting out look for other dispensaries.I gave them a choice to make things right or lose me as a customer.They have lost me as a customer.And on many occasions, as a senior able to get a discount on Sundays, I have often found out of stock conditions on Sunday but in stock during the week when I am not able to get a discount.Go somewhere else.  No mixed review here. This Dispensary is a cut above The Manager, Brandon is a Total Professional  The Flower is excellent, as is most of everything they sell , Everything in my humble opinion I understand opinions vary , but I've rarely been unhappy after a trip to this location  Anything brought to the attention of Management is quickly taken care of I highly recommend this establishment Enjoy

This company has mixed reviews out there, but I had a great experience. Ordered online with a chat agent, since discounts available for first time customers have no "discount code" you can enter yourself. He was very quick, helpful and polite. Told me what to expect next and I was done.Next day got a call as expected and the woman was also efficient, helpful and friendly and explained the rest of the process.Next day got a text telling me my order was on the way and I was able to follow the driver to see where they were. The driver came to my door, checked my ID and I went on with my day; very convenient.Products were as expected, not the freshest flower, but potency seems to be there.

This was my first visit and the young lady that helped was very knowledgeable about what they had. She showed me a lot of different options which was very nice. Everyone is still wearing masks, staying safe and still being nice and helpful thank you I will be back

First time here,, my Medtender Issac was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Many different things to choose from. Will definitely be back.

I have no need to go to any other dispensary.  I am completely satisfied with the professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff at this location.  The products are top notch, and discounts are always available. I love MUV.

I disagree with the previous 3 star review. I do come from a place of comparing with other dispensaries so my opinion is based on what else I have found around Ft Myers and comparing it to MUV. I have found MUV product to be superior to other dispensaries. Plus, I found some of their shatter products quite superior and their range surpasses a lot of what I have seen in Fort Myers and surrounds. Maybe they are currently off their game. I wouldn't know as I have only been there around half a dozen times. They are at the whim of their suppliers and sometimes the product is what it is.  Everyone there is always polite and friendly and Lee is particularly sunny and pleasant to be greeted by.

I absolutely love this dispensary. I worked in the medical marijuana field in Florida for a few years and this is still my option. But I am disappointed because of their current punch card deal. We all know how punch cards work, however they use them incorrectly. They try to tell you that "you're unlocking that next percentage". But that's incorrect. On my 4th visit there, they gave me the 3rd visit discount and I said that was wrong, but they were swearing that's how the punch card works, but it literally said on my receipt that it was the 3rd visit discount. Just stay solid to what you advertise. It's pretty disappointing.

I've been there twice. Used  their online ordering service for pickup. Minimal wait, pleasant staff, informative, and professional.

My previous review was referring to one plant dispensary not MUV.  muvs at the top of my list now I love these guys I'm sorry for mislabeling my bad review it was for one plant of course not you.  I love you guys you're doing it right you're relative humidity level is way off after packaging probably after curing as well you need to keep a 60% relative humidity you can do that with an Integra boost packet or bavita otherwise you guys are really close to one of my favorites now same quality as grow healthy on standard I've never been let down what I would like to see is a match price for trulieves $27 tier3. You recently discontinued what I thought was the absolute best reward program I had ever seen and by the time I joined up I had about 200 points and you ended it abruptly that was not fair I would be going there today if it wasn't $32 because I can go to truly for 24 otherwise I love news dispensary I would like to see them include a Vita pack inside their eighths that would separate you guys from the rest of the pack the only quality company that was including Integra boost packets for relative humidity control was medmen in West Palm and I know you guys are better than that as well be my best dispensary get down to 27 on them tier3  or hell just beat them a lil at 25 an 8th

I love MUV's Products and friendly staff. I've tried every dispensary in Florida and MUV is the best. Every time I try a different dispensary I am greatly disappointed because MÜV has spoiled me with the best flower in the business,  I won't shop anywhere else other than MUV.

By far the best experience I have had at a dispensary. Dani at the front desk is friendly and helpful and Anthony was also super friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a thing or two about how to better manage my condition with my medicine and the products are very reasonably priced and superb. I highly recommend MÜV!

The manager on duty (Tall, well diverse individual, I'm sorry I don't remember the name) and Ashley, both took my experience to the next level. Obviously with such a good manger, it reflects on his staff. Ashley, I want to say that you made me want to purchase EVERYTHING you spoke about. Thank you for being so kind, and I hope that my future experiences at any location, will have an Ashley present. Thank you for your A+ customer service.

My usual "Go to" local dispensary. The product is always high quality, and the service there is super fast (Even when busy), and they are really friendly. They are always willing to help and also have great deals. Whoever manages this location does a wonderful job. The other local dispensaries should come and see how one should operate. PS This place smells amazing
