Very efficient. Street parking on both sides in front of discreet plain building you ring bell to enter. You present your ID and medical card several times and on your first visit fill out an intake form with some basic demographic type info. No photography inside but the place is small yet decorated in a tasteful clean way. If you ordered online, they call you to the register with your order ready. The nice gentleman who helped me was thorough in reviewing I got what I ordered and answered several questions I had as a newbie with patience and plenty of knowledge. I felt the whole process was professional, medical, and classy and I enjoyed that a lot.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a nice selection for all of your anxiety issues

Stina was amazingly helpful and kind, and the staff was super friendly! This was my first dispensary visit ever and likely won't be my last thanks to them. Great selection and the process is simple!

Upon arrival l was welcomed at the door the moment l arrived. I was explained the procedures to take place. Including for me to keep my ID out, I would be needing it again real soon. Michelle was at the desk. She gave me a clipboard and ink pen, explained the paper work to be completed. Michelle was full of information. A great calming lady. I was assisted and waited on by Kiara. Her knowledge and input was only surpassed by her patience. Again I was reassured about the products and to call in if I had any questions. I am pleased to report all at Rise, rose to the occasion. Thank you one and all. Famous last words, I'll be back!
