It was the second dispensary I've been too and it was a pleasant experience.There was plenty of parking and the staff was friendly.I personally enjoyed the mile high mint chocolate bars which are top notch.The preorder they have makes it a simple and easygoing experience
If you want to you learn how to trim your own weed, Theory Wellness is the place for you. I purchased 4 eighths of all unique strains. Each one with bigger fan leaves than the next... to put this bluntly, this is the poorest trim job I have seen out of any dispensary. Recreational or medicinal. It's unfortunate that we pay a premium for what is meant to be top shelf cannabis, and are given something looking the equivalent of high school schwag.

I am amazed at the cleaning standards and how professional this company is from door to door. People were cleaning between every transaction, we were regularly barked at to space out 6 feet or more, aggravating, but understood, and you could see people wiping with alcohol/sanitizer between every transaction, all the way to the debit pad. We're all concerned with safety and this team gets it. Kudos to the people of theory and you continue to be my destination!Special call out to Ethan, great attitude and great spirit, totally a gentleman and great team member.
Used to go to this place a lot for pre-orders but had a guy named Luis be so rude to me! I checked my phone when checking out (didn't know you couldn't be on your phone since there is no signage in the pre order section stating this) and he said "are you done? This is a serious thing" - so rude. Especially since there is no signage! I'll take my business elsewhere despite the convenience since I was so turned off by this experience.
I think there is a reason they ask you not to open your product till you are off their property.. A few times I had gone here and the cartridges were all sticky and leaking.. I had gone back the first time and had to wait outside for maybe 25 min for the manager to come out and tell me it's not sticky when a complete stranger agreed with me. The manager wouldn't replace it and it only lasted 2 days. Not to mention the other reviews about their bud is true. Step up your game Theory.
Small nugs and you call them popcorn smh. It's mainly stem and if not that then one fat nug. Get your scale ready because down to the last puff of air will make it measure up properly. Raised the price everywhere in Chicopee. Thanks for making me pay for extra on top of extra for heavy useless containers. Insa here I come. Thank god LA has this figured out more then this.
Staff is nice but I had a terrible experience. Apparently I was not allowed to quietly talk on the phone, I had to step out of line at one point for literally 30 seconds in order to find service to check my bank account and I was told that I would have to get back in line for the register or fully exit and re-enter. I have not had the chance to try the product yet but the reviews are right and the trimming job is terrible. I will not be coming back.
I asked for a hybrid strain and spent over $60 and then left the store and the strain was indica. Disappointed because I specifically asked for that specific strain, as I do not enjoy the indica effects on my body. The music was blasting in the store so he must of heard me wrong.
Always a smooth transaction with a great selection. Easy to order online ahead of time or show up in order at their location. Just added a new drive-through option which I think is awesome.
Friendly staff, very nicely laid out interior, plenty of parking. Ordering ahead online is a good idea; it makes the process very quick inside and can be picked up drive-through. Good product, a little bit pricey, which is the only reason this very good facility doesn't get a fifth star.
I went here after ordering online for a pickup at the drive-through window. After waiting in the drive through for over 45 minutes (not something I would have expected for a service that supposed to be quick and convenient); I discovered that a glitch in the system had placed one of my orders twice. When I asked the woman at the window if she could remove the duplicate order she insisted it wasn't possible and told me I had to go inside. Have you thought about bagging each order separate so that she could just remove the duplicate bag (still sealed) and adjusted the price?I asked her multiple times if there was anything she or her manager could do because I had just waited in line for an hour, she kept giving me the same answer: "I can't have loose product here." No attempt made to rectify the situation.I went to the front desk and gave the woman my confirmation order. She told me I was in the wrong place and that I should be on drive-up line. No attempt was made to communicate the problem to the staff, so I had to re-explain the situation AGAIN.She sent me inside to the register, who still hadn't been informed about the situation so I had to explain it a THIRD time.Honestly it was the worst customer experience of my life. No attempt was made to rectify the situation ahead of time so that I wouldn't have to spend even MORE time at the establishment. I wasn't given an apology. I wasn't compensated in any sort of way. I've worked customer service and was appalled.I won't be back and I will tell others to go elsewhere.
I've been to several dispensaries in MA and this by far is the best! The place is always clean and the staff is fun and knowledgeable! We come from CT so it's well worth the drive!
Been here twice, this place is not good!!! The first time i was asking a few questions about the uses of the different strains. To helpMe sleep? She grabs something, i ask about focus? Oh yeah this one is for that too! Anxiety? Yep , this is the one. U get the point... i said , "u have 50 different types yet this one magic kind is good for everything i asked about??!" She was fullOf crap. Second time, i did not want to go back here but im from ct and forgot which place id been to, once we pulled in i realized this was the same place. This time im talking with a guy, not very helpful and seemed to have a bit of cool guy attitude( i guess working in a pot store has the same effect as owning a harley! ) my phone rang, i said excuse me, took it from my pocket. Shut it off, and put it back im my pocket. Cool guy says, " you cant be talking on the phone in here". I said "u just watched me not answer it and turn it off! What are u talking about?!!" Cool breeze seemed about as knowledgeable as the girl who waited on me previously! Skip this place, the good dispensary ( with nice helpful employees) i went to was in the back of a huge brick building. I wish i could remember the name.

Positives: great selection, clean, spacious, competitive pricing"Negatives" (these are a little more subjective): my first visit felt really rushed, and at the time masks were still mandatory so it was REALLY hard to hear what the associates were saying! This place is often pretty busy, and has more of a big store vibe. I haven't been dissatisfied with a single product from here, and each visit has been less stressful since I know what I'm doing!

I've had good experiences here since the beginning, but I had an especially great time working with Tia this morning. I'm a trans person that gets kind of stressed out about being in situations with my license and my deadname, I haven't always necessarily found dispensaries to be the most inclusive places, but Tia was really patient listening to my concerns and thoughtful about offering suggestions. The bud is always worth the trip but the staff also comes through as genuinely sincere and helpful. Very cool place
Great experience! Good selection of product for sure. Overall would definitely come back! Only thing is I bought "sap" extract and when I opened it at home there was an eyelash embedded at the bottom of the product. And I do also wish they would put pictures of the actual flower on the website so you could see it when you're pre ordering. Other than that great place to go!

To date the best drive up experience and professionalism. Arrived with my partner to a pick up order and the check in service prioritized our safety by checking both our ids and we left in the quickest time. Highly recommended for all Cannabis users over the age of 21yrs!!
