Hands down the most delicious and beautiful dispensary flower I've encountered in Western Mass. (or frankly that I've ever consumed period). Low key environment, super kind and friendly staff. I wish someone loved me as much as MAC loves terpenes!!

I love coming here. The staff are helpful and friendly & the bud is great quality. Never had any problems with the pre-rolls. Keep being awesome!

Okay bud awful prerolls. Staff was super friendly but the dispensary itself was reading very low budget. There was no wait which is always a plus but there menu was confusing in terms of the stats for the preroll strains.

This was my favorite dispo until their prices went up. Staff are always very kind and helpful, and there is no wait in line at all. I enjoy their bud, and edibles but not so much their prerolls, thus two stars down. This dispo is better than Neta and not as much selection as Insa in terms of recreational.

The staff are always helpful. Usually a good selection of high grade prerolls. They take cash, card, and have an ATM.

Wouldn't recommend- purchased a defective product and customer service left a lot to be desired. A guy named John "helped" me over the phone. Plenty of other dispensaries in the area- no reason to deal with bad service and higher than normal fees.

This staff here at super helpful and very knowledgeable.  The best flower product around!

Stopped by with a buddy of mine earlier today and was very pleased with the service, although I didn't get the person's name who helped us (an older gentlemen with glasses). He was very patient, knowledgeable and gave us a few recommendations on flower. Looking forward to trying Berry Chill. Will definitely return!

Great customer service and above and beyond friendly staff. Very appreciative of how helpful they were to us as we were visiting MA. Helped us find a nearby place to eat and grab gas and provided directions for us.

Bought 3 pre rolls. 2 of them canoed like crazy. Called and the girl said that "the manager said to put some spit on it" whoever is rolling these is a squid.

Good experience, well run company. Easy in, easy out.

This is my go to dispensary. Their shatter blows anything out of the water. If you expect high grade medical marijuana, This is the only place I should be shopping. After trying another dispensary in The area, I fEel compelled to shout out these guys. Friendly staff that's not fake, the quality of every single shatter they make on site has been Terpy and tastes of good fresh buds. You actually feel the profile of the floWer that was used and not some generic non terpy shatter. I have tried Colorado and California flower and concentrate. This pLace is fire.They also treat medical patients like humans and not some unwanted house guest.

Consistently great. Buds are clean trim and delicious. Their brand of flower stands out above others. Weight is perfect. Store is easy to get to and easy in and out. Helpful staff. Favorite of the dispensary's in the area. Well done. Will continue to support this business.

Great place! They have a super easy online ordering system, you can pick up same day, and the staff is extremely friendly. They make my favorite edibles and have a ton of different flavors of gummies. They have an ATM inside, but there is a small fee. Their quality is fabulous - I now can go to the medical dispensary in downtown Hartford and I still choose to make the drive up to MAC sometimes.

Easy online ordering system and great holiday bundle deal! I have visited a few times and parking has always been easy. High quality product (cookies&cream!!!) Also, cool vibe when you walk in ~ modern but still mom & pop feel.

Worst place ever! Has sold multiple empty 1/8ths and as a cancer patient because it was near closing refused to fix the situation until morning. The manager Nick quite literally laughed at me while I cried knowing I would be in the worst pain of my life and get no sleep. EMPTY! Not a terpine in site. Showed up the next day to deal with an assistant manager named "Ashley" she physically tried to grab my arm and shop my out of the facility. This is inappropriate business behavior. I have a degree in Operations Management! This is not where you want to purchase your marijuana. Ashley should not have a job and laughing at a crying cancer patient is inconceivable! Ashley yelled at me to leave and was very defensive from the beginning. This dispensary does NOT GET A CANCER PATIENT NAMED MIZZY MAYHEM's STAMP OF APPROVAL! No apologies no anything just an envelope with our cash back! I hope corporate can see these reviews and if they would like to contact me I have already made a report to the ADA AND BBB! I will also be going live to all of my followers to let them know!

MAC is a most welcome addition to the local weed scene. I mostly get flowers, their stuff hits and beyond cultivation is also typically very nicely finished, resulting in a most satisfactory smoke. What I especially appreciate though is how much information they have available, up to and including the terpene breakdown- head and shoulders above some other shops, a true resource in multiple ways :)

MAC is my all time favorite dispensary! Once you walk in, you don’t feel judged in any sort of way. They welcome you with big smiles, ready to give you AMAZING service & weed. I HIGHly (teehee) recommend coming here because you will not regret it!!

Very helpful staff and very educated about what they have instock for all your needs. As they guide you to exactly what your looking for when it comes to your individual needs . Stay safe and be responsible. Peace and love

Mask requirements are DONE. Does your leadership team watch or read the news? No Mask no entry? No thanks. Your flower is trash anyway. The only stuff you have that is desirable comes from outside your company. Never coming again.

I like their variety but now that other dispensaries are selling other sellers products they're coming out dry and even a month is not working they're still dry. You guys got to start forcing it if we lose that to dryness that loses all the properties for medical which means I'm buying Street pot for $350 an ounce. But this is a good review I'm stressing you as sellers and distributors need to make sure you get the best things you can for us and I know that's your mission but maybe you should start taking lot numbers for any complaints about things and see if there's a commonality or force them to have moisture packets or you won't sell their product. I had one dispensary that I went to a few times their pocket being dry and I stopped going to their dispensary. I don't want to do that here so just a little tidbit of info but again five stars

Best medical dispensary in the area. Great selection and competitive prices. The Budtenders are very knowledgeable and super helpful if you have a question. Their craft cannabis is top notch and their selection should meet the needs or any medical patient looking for relief.
