My experience was terrible. I showed up 10 minutes before they were closed and was turned away with the security guard being a total jerk responding to my question with "what don't you understand about the fact that we are closed" this is one of the rudest I have ever had someone treat me at a weed shop. The main reason that people shop this store is the hours and the service u usually provide as to be turned away early like that and treated that way I will never shop at this store again and I spend hundreds of dollars a month here. Strain is much better go there.

This used to be a great place. The bud tenders were nice, the bouncers were nice. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. They have a bud tender with a MASSIVE attitude problem that has been working there for awhile. We are all wearing masks right now, the tender didn't hear me and asked me to speak up. I raised my voice and repeated what I said, her immediate reaction was to tell me "Ok, there is no need for the attitude. SHE ASKED ME TO SPEAK LOUDER! I advised I did not have an attitude and advised she asked me to raise my voice. I said your being extremely unprofessional, her co-worker said she would finish the sale. She proceeded to come around the counter and raise her voice at me telling me not to talk about her, then stormed off. Her co-workers didn't seem surprised at all so this is obviously common and in their eyes acceptable. Why on earth would anyone spend money at a store that thinks that kind of treatment and behavior is acceptable?

I've been going to this shop for a little over a year now never really had an issue with anything the bud tenders were fine and very helpful the prices have steadily gone up that's for sure but was never really an issue. They've had this new system where they scan your ID and whatever I've been served atleast 5 times since the change then today they asked me for my phone number and I told them I didn't want to give it to them I mean you already have all the info on my ID why need more? So the security says they couldn't let me in over it okay well I wont be coming here anymore and I especially wont be reccomending this place anymore.

Great deals good place to go wonderful people

This store has a great staff who are both friendly and knowledgeable about inventory. Of course it's cash only and they have an ATM with a $4 fee. I'm happy with the quality and selection they maintain.
