This place is so lacking in marijuana knowledge. Budtender knew little about the strain profiles or basic details about their products. Smooth talker, but when it came down to knowing important details, I knew more about their cannabis and some of their products than they did. Felt like they just hired charming twenty-something's to sell products without being knowledgeable about it. Not cool.

I LOVE this place.Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly! I have been coming here since September 2016The shop is well stocked, great prices, spiffs, and customer appreciation incentives!The owner is a very nice woman and she hired terrific staff! Love them.

Way too overpriced. Concentrate at the price of $60 with a %15 discount for first time patients and still paid $70? What the hell? The guy who helped us inside was friendly. The security was not.

Ive been a patient here in the Valley since 2006. Ive been to probably close to 100 collectives. This is like a smaller more personal version of the GREAT DeAngelo Brother's "Harborside" in Northern California. Purelife knows Cannabis. They have QUALITY meds. You can see it in the color. Top notch top shelf flowers from reputable seed co's . True medicinal strains. Topicals. Edibles. They have everything. And Oz donation$ at the lowest ive seen. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE! Ive never been blown away by a collective like this one! And im walking distance..I really lucked out ..

Always a great experience coming here! Top notch medicine and awesome giveaways and discounts! Staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is decent and wait time is minimal! Prices are great and I feel safe in their environment.

totally awesome, enjoyed my first visit. Impressed by the size of the BOH, it felt larger and more open than other clubs I've visited so it was nice not to feel claustrophobic lol. The staff was the chillest/nicest I've yet to come across! The blonde girl (didn't catch her name) was super super sweet and grabbed some product out of the back that I had specifically come for, so sweet. I'll def be back!

Woo! So my last review was for their old location. This newer location (in Chatsworth) is AWESOME! They have EVERYTHING, in LOTS of price options and I always find something within my budget. They also have education classes on first Fridays, which are awesome! The actual area at the counters can get a bit crowded, especially when there are vendors and it's happy hour, but it's so worth it. I can talk SERIOUS STONER stuff with the budtenders, because they're incredibly knowledgeable, and I never once felt pressured for time or towards a particular brand/product, but was given lots of time and great information. And I have VERY high standards ;)This place is setting bars, for sure.

Bought some flower here. TERRIBLE quality. Called immediately to complain. It had def been cured too quickly and still had toxins, full of PGR's. You do NOT want to be inhaling these. That stuff will cause all kinds of issues and can kill ya. They were not willing to honor my complaint. I see other people have complained about headaches too. They aren't very knowledgeable and don't seem to care about quality or customer service.  Go somewhere else.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful I think my favorite is the security guard ,bullet, I always feel secure and really happy with the quality and service

Great place, very nice people, special thank you to Drew, My only criticism of this place as I was coming by electric bike was if you don;t go straight up Lurline Street you won't see the Marilla Street Sign.  This street sign wasn't on any other block. Like I said great service. I forgot that it was cash only as I rely on my credit card and they let me slide when I was few dollars short as a result. They've made me a permanent customer. Just make sure you go up Lurline till you see the small Marilla Street Sign!

This is my new favorite place to pick up! The deals are great, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Sydney helped me out today and she is awesome! So glad I checked out PureLife!!They have daily deals as well as a monthly special table and happy hour!

I paid for an oz, they gave me half. Complete ripoff. Prepackaged, they don't weigh in front of you. Then they tried to bury my bad review on Weedmaps by posting a five star review multiple times from the same account.

Excellent dispensary with a wide variety of flowers, concentrates, edibles and topicals.  They offer great prices and specials and have a terrific staff who really know their stuff.  One of California's best dispensaries!

I've been primarily going here for almost two years now and my review would have been five stars for the selection, value and quality of their products.  With that said, I have been on the hunt for Gorilla Glue #4 for some time now.  I missed it a couple weeks ago and when I stopped by earlier in the Week for happy hour, i saw they were selling grams of GG4 for $5.  So I picked up my vape cartridge and a gram of GG4.  The bucket my gram came out of clearly said GG4, but when I got home the label on the gram said GG1.  SWINDLED.  Seeing as I have felt a change in the place the last few months, and 1/1/18 all herb is legal in CA, I may not go back to my favorite shop, cuz they tricked me, and it wasn't Halloween.

$5 tax on $20 1/8, not to mention they charge you $1 for a stupid bag.  You are better off going somewhere else, anywhere else.  Not to mention the little twit behind the counter got a little indignant with me when asked about the tax.  Good thing I am friends with plenty of growers.  Back to the black market for me.

Best shop in the Valley!!  I live in Tarzana and still drive to Chatsworth to Pure Life.  Huge variety, great pricing, great specials & happy hours.  I probably drive past a dozen or more shops to get to Pure Life.  Always worth the drive.  I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Soooo good! Nice staff who are there for all of the right reasons.  Incredibly low donations.  Even for vapor pens. I love this place!

You guys are great. Every time I come back, everyone is super helpful, friendly, and inviting. They answer every question I have, and always know what is best for me and their recommendations have all been very solid.

So I don't know his name but the guy who takes the money was supposed to give me 25% for going during happy hour and this dude ripped me off didn't even give me 20 percent off it was supposed to be 60 and the guy charges me 51! If you are going to put a special up for happy hour don't rip your customers off! Make sure to check everything before you leave they only care about money!

Tried to charge me $15 tax on a $40 order even tho I have a recommendation. After I corrected them they charged me $5 for this plastic bag holder, and say I have to bring it back everytime or will get charged for it again? So now I've paid $45 for subpar weed, not worth more than $20 an 1/8th. Go anywhere else, please. This place is beyond commercialized. They represent everything wrong with the weed industry. Their happy hour weed is ALWAYS garbage- headache waiting to happen. I used to love this place, I don't know what happened over the past year. :/ new management? Idk, but please go back to you old ways. And invest in paper bags.

This dispensary used to be my favorite place to go. But since the laws changed the staff has been unfriendly and unhelpful every time I go. The guys that work there are extremely unhelpful and never seem interested in what i am looking for. I will never coming here again there are way better options than this place. Don't give them your money.

This dispensary is great! The people who work here are so nice. Alejandra (at the front desk) is SO friendly! She really makes it a nice experience every time we come here. Sydney is also very nice, as well as Chris (and others we've dealt with). They have a lot of variety of tinctures, flowers, edibles, topicals, etc. Awesome happy hour prices. The place is clean. And they are knowledgeable in the products they sell. Always a pleasure coming here! Thanks!!! ;-)

Over all wouldn't recommend .From inconvenient first time patient registering To extremely high prices plus tax on topAnd in between the small popcorn nugs you getFor the high price and of like complete regs shelf quality product.. save your selves the time and go somewhere else

Do Not Order from this company.  I tried a sample of the cbd oil and recieved a very small bottle to try.  It didn't work and I called within the 7 day trial period.  I talked with a very nice girl that said she would cancel the order and I would not recieve any more product.  Then I look at my banking account one day and they charged me $118.00.  I called them back again telling them that there was a mistake.  The woman was very rude and said "to bad",,,she would not credit my account as she said I didn't call in time.  I have not recieved and product but am charged $118.00  Everyone be careful when you order from them.  I am totally upset and hope no one else has this problem.

If you're looking for one of the last few places in the valley with a range of quality cannabis for reasonable to high end prices, make sure to find this place hidden in the warehouses of Chatsworth!It can be a little hard to find, but it also makes it nice and safe while being discreet, because you have to drive into a cul-de-sac where the dispensary is. Really like the moves they've made to ensure safety throughout quarantine while still keeping their doors open. This is one of the few places in the valley with legal weed that can be below 30 dollars before tax! Tax is definitely a killer but it's the standard 34% across the board so there's not much else you can do about that. However, they did mention a happy hour during certaim hours for 15% off to help curb those taxes a little bit. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and had great recommendations with various flower and products I didn't even know about. Will definitely be coming back here!

I really hate to leave this review. The staff is all so nice. They are super friendly and are really trying. But.I used the ATM and my card info was stolen and this really ruined my life. They consistently close 30 minutes or more before the advertised time, by consistent I mean they close early more often then they stay open. I hate to predict this and say this. But management is a bunch of monkeys. Incompetent zoo animals that need handlers. And I wish I could compliment them for being clowns, but this place is the circus and the whole side freak show. Owners - you have to fire the entire management. You'll see that most the places I leave similar reviews for are actually no longer in business. They didn't listen. You're next or you don't listen. Clean house.

I called earlier to put stuff on hold 2 things of shake I arrived and paid for my stuff the lady mixed up everything she thought I wanted 3, I wanted 2, so then when she was taking stuff out of the bag she must have taken out 2 of them on accident and left me with 1 even though I paid for 2. But they were very professional and they gave me what I paid for. The next day with no hassles. I continue to come here for the quality on both spectrums, product and customer service

Great location, plenty of parking, great products, selections and super friendly staff.

Happy hour specials are the best after 4 pm. They always have a good selection of $20 1/8 flower and edibles...specially their vegan and paleo cookies. Carts are also fire, now they got Raw Garden, but those fly off the shelves! Will keep coming back.

At first I was a little turned off about this place because I couldn't look at the product nor can I walk the store to look around before my purchase. However that being said, the 1/8 was awesome and reasonably priced. There is a lot of competition out there so I don't say this lightly; I'll be back.

Was my first time here....... I didn’t get my bud tenders name but I will next time. I have “A Lot” of health issues !!!! Lupus, spinal fusion w/ 8 screws 2 rods, torn MCL, and Quad tendon ......... that’s just the beginning. I explained quickly my health and then described what I was looking for. I needed out of my head and my body to relax. I needed to feel less pain and desperately needed sleep. He was knowledgeable beyond my expectations. Friendly and caring. I went home that night and my life is now forever changed for the better. I’ve tried in the past before with no success. I’m in less pain and actually now look forward to bed time. I actually can sleep without pain. Thank you for taking the time to truly understand your craft.
