I have had five back operations fused from L3 to S1 and my hips. My last operation was 18 weeks ago.  I don't take anything for pain except tylenol. But when the weather gets bad I needed a bit of help so instead of opioids or more cortisone shots I went to visit this new and wonderful place. The staff was so amazing, friendly and knowledgeable that I got an oil that I can rub on my back to help with the pain. David and Cassidy guided me and explained everything so well. I can't smoke anything because I have asthma so they understood that and guided me to this rub. I recommend you to visit and learn about products that can help you that don't have the side effects like other medications that your doctor's prescribed.  I also got some oil for my 16 year old lab that will help her with her pain and take her off the other stuff that damages her liver.If you haven't been just go look and learn you just might be pleasantly surprised.

Nice dispensary. Very much like a jewelry store when you walk in. Lots of products. Very pretty.

David V. is so helpful! His training in traditional medicine as a pharmacist makes him  knowledgeable regarding the interaction medications may have with medical marijuana. I came in to get medications for a friend who suffers from trigeminal neuralgia and left with a very effective treatment to prevent her attacks. All staff are very professional and helpful.

Synchronicity Holistic is amazing! The shop is gorgeous; you feel like you're walking into a luxury spa. The staff is so knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, it feels like you're chatting with a friend. And, they usually throw in freebies or samples! Synchronicity Holistic sets a high standard I've never seen another shop beat!

I just want to say this place is amazing! You get premium deals and everybody that's helping you is super nice they go out there way to find what you're looking for regardless if you want to sleepy or hyphy high! Have to stop here if you want to get some good good!!!

This place is gorgeous! The work done to make this building as beautiful as it is left me breathless. The service however was not desirable. Valentina had a major attitude and made it clear that I was not "fancy enough" for her establishment. I won't be coming back, nor will I be telling my friends to go. Big Sur is not as gorgeous but much more inviting!

I wanted to see this new dispensary but after walking by and talking to the nice security guard I decided to skip. For starters, it was empty, not a soul around and the decor and the lab coats the staff has to wear is strange. Just seems to miss the mark. This shop might sell cannabis but it seems like they are trying too hard. Place is uncomfortable. I like to support all local businesses but I am going to stick with Big Sur Cannabotanicals. If you want the best service, best flower, best prices and all around great experience, head just around the corner.Also on a side note, kinda weird and shady that they would build a cannabis shop right next to one that has been there for a couple years? Two stars because the security guy was very kind.

This was my second time purchasing from synchronized. My first time the gentleman was extremely helpful. My second visit I unfortunately was helped by Samantha who was extremely rude. I would rather go stand in line at a dispensary in Seaside then to be treated by such bad  customer service.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and help I got at this new store SYNCHRONICITY HOLISTIC.  I am getting older and am having certain changes happening that I'm not happy with.(Aches and pains)  The staff are knowledgeable in everything and helped me discover a few fabulous products  that I had previously no know about.  I was never a cannabis person before but I am now learning about all the health benefits this magical plant has to offer. I love that they actually have a medical staff there to assist you including a pharmacist.  They are set up to be instructional...I am looking forward to some of the learning events they will sponsor. I would highly recommend this store .

I was very impressed just approaching the front of the store it was so beautiful and inviting and for lack of a better word hope ‼ these folks care so much and are there to help people figure out the best path using cannabis to help their issues with their body or sleep or whatever is ailing them... There is many no pressure staff available for all your questions there are wonderful rooms for privacy to sit and consult with them if you have any concerns or questions and from what I understand they are going to be offering many educational workshops type thing People can learn and make their own decisions about what could be best for them... Most dispensaries do just that , dispense... these folks actually take the time to talk to you such caring and compassion like I have not seen ever,  even in a doctors office‼ I highly recommend synchronicity holistic's to anybody who wants to feel warmly welcomed and safe and secure knowing that you will get the answers that you're searching for,  not to mention of relief from whatever ails you.‍

First off, this place is beautiful! It looks like a high end retail shop! But more importantly, is the attentiveness, customer service, and connection the owner and staff make with their customers. This establishment also brings something that no other place does.. a pharmacology approach to the world of cbd and holistic health. They have a pharmacist on staff who is kind and caring. He went out of his way to follow up with me over the phone to ensure the product i purchased was helping me. They strive to find a holistic approach to wellness for their clients. Valentina, the owner, was so lovely and i connected with her immediately. She encouraged me to try a specific product that was not what i originally went in there to purchase.. she felt very strongly that this specific product would help me with my anxiety, mild depression and stress. She was caring and compassionate. I look forward to visiting the shop again and trying more of the products they have to offer.

I was amazed when I walked in the door. The actual store looks like a fine jewelry shop, but don't let that fool you!  This place is somewhere you want to go. I have always been treated with the greatest service and biggest smiles.  You walk in the door, they greet you. Then they take you to your personal shopper. That person answers all questions, refers you to items you might enjoy. The quality of the products is top of the line, you will not be disappointed!  My go to place!!!

Woowwwwww!!!! Talk about a great experience especially for our first time here. Jennifer greeted us and created the best atmosphere for buying cannabis for newer users. We didn't feel intimidated nor pressured to buy anything. Instead, Jennifer educated us on cannabis and how it best suites us. Carmel is my wife and I's vacation spot. Being from Los Angeles where most people who work at dispensary's Do Not Know What They Are Talking About...it was such a pleasure to speak to knowledgeable  Staff that is Actually well informed. Beautiful Store, Great selection and Good Energy not Pompous at all:)So glad I stopped by during my travels

I went in to Synchronicity again today and the gals told me about a BOGO flower deal they had going on. I always appreciate how they are willing to help me play a sort of virtual Tetris if you will, helping me select which combination of products I can purchase and still stay on budget. I left with a Kurvana vape and the BOGO candescent flower. They told me about a pleasure party Feb 7th where there will be lots of product education. I will be back for the party! I love my fancy cannabis store; my favorite part being that they price match!

I visited Synchronicity Holistic for the first time today and i was amazed at the beauty of the store as well as the knowledgeable staff.  Jennifer is wonderful! She answered my questions and gave me recommendations that I have found very helpful to help manage my pain relief as well as my anxiety.

Ive been smoking for 40yrs, This shop sold me the same chemical infused fertilizer they calln' premium flower. Black ashes indicate high levels of grow chemicals which make peoplw sick.It is most all MJ shops' potGrow your own or run the rick of serious illness from chemical in the pot.Fig Farms .. One if the worst ..

Thank you to Jennifer for helping me and my friends find exactly what we needed during our girls trip to Carmel! Jennifer was so knowledgeable and had such an upbeat personality that made our whole experience amazing. Great selection of bud, found a new favorite  @drinkcann ... a Cannabis infused social tonic that is AMAZING. I recommend the Honey Lavender :) Thank you Synchronicity, we will be back !

Upon entering, I feel like I'm in a classy salon.  Clean, bright, modern. This dispensary is all about the glorious, medicinal uses of cannabis as the owner has had MS for a number of years and discovered cannabis for herself and, gratefully, shared it with others.For those of us wishing to simply get a little 'lift', I also can recommend their products.  The selection isn't as 'vast' as other dispensaries locally, however, their products are all 'first-class'.

The worst product ever and they acted like real jerks when their disposable pens didn't work...never again.

Found this place through Yelp while in Carmel over the past weekend, super great spot! High end feel, high end prices but it was well worth it. The guy who helped me out took his time explaining the options, I just wanted to get in and out but I appreciated the help. Would highly recommend to anybody around Carmel/pebble beach area!

I'm so sorry, I'm blanking and I don't want to be rude), you get an amazing person to person, personalized experience from people who honestly enjoy their job, and honestly want you to have a good experience both in their beautiful boutique shop, and afterwards with your Cannabis/CBD Products. The owner, Mrs. Valentina V, is an amazing good hearted person who diligently pursues products because she honestly believes in the origins, brands and products, she clearly loves her job and it's beautiful to hear about the history of her store from both her and her amazing family. I would 100% recommend this shop, both for beginners who would love to learn more about the products they're purchasing, and experts who are looking for quality edibles(very vast edible arrangement), quality Live Resin, Bubble Hash etc. I would say their Flower Selection is one of their less varied sections, though of the flower they do have, it is very quality and well chosen flower in my experience. They have deals as the week goes on, and reward return guests well. 10/10 a great experience all around

Jen listened carefully, asked lots of questions and guided us to the PERFECT combination and amount of products. She gave us a couple edible drinks and told us to go watch the sunset with them and let me you, we haven't laughed and had so much fun in the longest time. My friend told me it felt so good to laugh hard like that again and it nearly made her cry to release all that joy and to feel so light again. We can't wait to go back and see Jen again, we completely trust her instincts!

This is by far the best establishment of its kind I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Not to mention the place is gorgeous, classy and inviting. Fantastic aesthetic! It feels like you’re walking into an art gallery. Even better than the atmosphere however was the costumer service. Stephen is really knowledgeable about the products and is patient in sharing his know-how in a way that even nugget newbies will understand. He really goes out of his way and it just seems to be the culture of the company. A little pricey but hey it’s California what do you expect. Make sure to bring cash!

There is a health focused approach here that I appreciate. And the prices are very competitive with anywhere else on the peninsula. Very helpful staff to answer all of your questions in a pleasantly relaxing atmosphere.
