I've been coming here a couple weeks now, and can say this is one of the best dispensaries in the valley. Clean. Straight to the point. And the workers here are always amazing. They also have discounts that beat out so many places. THIS PLACE DOES NOT RIP YOU OFF. But, they set you up for a enjoyable day. I get the Dosist pens here - and those are life changing. I'm pretty sure they sell all of them here. Highly recommend the bliss thc-plus pen if you want that jack herrer feeling. Arouse is also a great daytime pen.  So much more great stuff to check out here!!Can't wait.

Read the real reviews on here and believe us when we tell you the quality sucks and they do.not care about your reasons why you need consistency with your medication! Disappointing is an understatement. The one budtender I liked moved. The others are nice but the quality is incredibly inconsistent, often very dry and off with the weight. Overpriced for the quality and disappointment.

They just raised the price on the only thing I would go in there for.. I'm pretty fuckin bummed about it.

I've been coming to coast to coast for years for the Sasquatch and service lately it's been very dry and to me they should not even be selling the Sasquatch if it's not up to quality I'll be back when it's fresh thank you

Maria who worked the night shift today was super helpful. It was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and helped me choose my products. The place is super nice and clean and I really like the customer parking too.

Very nice experience starting with the guard opening the door through the POS. Rep was very nice and helpful. Prices were very good as was the selection. No problem parking.

I had been coming here for a couple of months, and it was usually a good experience.  However over the last couple of weeks I've had several problems with them. First, they sold me a cartridge that was 33% off at full price. Secondly the cartridge they sold me did not work. Even after I bought a 2nd battery from the shop thinking my battery was the issue, but it wasn't.  When I tried to return both the cartridge and the new battery I bought, they would only give me store credit for the cartridge but not the battery.  Then they proceeded to advise me that the "discounted " cartridge they had sold me had to be used with a specific battery.....which conveniently they did not carry. Very frustrating.

Excelente service however limited selection and extremely dry product. Disappointing!

Longtime customer, thousands spent here over the years.  Nothing is perfect and although these guys sell high quality  product imo, sadly they fall on their faces at my expense as has been my experience.There is a huge issue with ordering, inventory management, and getting the curbside people to follow written instructions.  I've had several curbside orders that were botched because of the aforementioned issues.  I don't recommend against using these guys, I would only strongly advise that you call them to ask for a live check on inventory and whatever promo they are advertising.  Don't get hoodwinked.  You have to be very clear and methodical with their people.As an example:Today(11/19/2020) they are using "clickbait advertising" on the company website; "20% off when you buy 2 3C store brand eighths."  After ordering, I was frustrated to discover It only applies to specific strains.   This is misleading crap! Order cancelled.Found that out because I heed my own advice and confirm everything in advance.  The danger with this place is the false advertising. Whether or not intentional, it is misleading. If I cancel my order I'm still out the time and hassle.Approach with caution and set your own expectations accordingly.

But tender did not know anything!!I left empty handed..... so I think I will go back to my first place. I can see that they were much more customer service oriented. That's all I will say.

Things are really different now at Coast to Coast.  The employees are really nice now and very helpful.  Not sure what happened (hopefully they read the reviews) but this is now my "go to" store.

This place is so legit and amazing! All great bud tenders and they comply all the way to the BCC so that's great to know they'll be around for the long run. They're even complying with social distancing. 6 foot spread out waiting spaces and curbside pickup via their website. Place is super amazing always!

This was the first dispensary I have ever been to and was uneasy to go in there alone. All of that changed immediately as I was greeted by the door attendant. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. I have been experiencing some pain after a leg surgery and wanted to get some cbd lotion.  The guy who helped me was so wonderful and had recommended a lotion he used after the amputation of his leg from a motorcycle accident. It turned out we are both from Philadelphia and he really took the time to explain the different products. I forget his name, but he really represented your company well and I have spread the word on the benefits of the products i purchased. Thank you for making an intimidating situation very enjoyable.

The quality of the product here is great they offer a wide selection on edibles, flower and cartridges. The bud tenders are always helpful and really nice always happy to help you find the right match for you. They also offer great deals like their spin the wheel option on Wednesday's.

Way too expensive! If this is your club I feel bad for you! Cana and divine are there and give this weird thing called "deals" coast to coast has ugly people and expensive product. NEVER GOING BACK!

Went back today now that the state ordinance has passed and everyone was wearing a mask. The shop had installed a hand sanitizer dispenser at the door as well. Employees were friendly as always. I'm very happy and grateful this medical and recreational cannabis pharmacy is safe for vulnerable individuals to patron. The steps CCC took will lead to far less unintentional viral exchange.

So i came to this shop as a ftp and when i was waiting in line i got cut off by someone first of all , i said cool ill wait for the next bud tender , so she called me up and i asked her about waxes , she had no clue about it , she didnt ask me if i liked indica or sativa , or asked if im into shatter or batter or diamonds , nor she talked about pricing , she was clueless , she wasnt trying to be a good customer service representative at all !! So i got 2 grams of wax and a 8th of bud , the bud is very dry , it crunched into dust after i broke it down , very hard and crunchy buds! And also the wax was very old , i dont taste any thing close to diamonds that i bought . ! You guys really need to improve your employees and also your selections ! Very poor shop . Find someplace else !

Found this place through Weedmaps. Checked their Yelp reviews and paused, but they were the closest dispensary that carried what I was looking for and as a business owner I know that it's impossible to please every single customer. I placed my order online for a curbside pick up, but decided to go inside and check the place out. The girl at the front checked me in, gave me a black card that said "first time customer," and told me that someone inside will be able to help me. I go inside and there is a line of 6 customers with 2 budtenders assisting them. The line was moving at a good speed until one of the budtenders (big white dude) decided to be difficult with one of the customer who had a heavy accent and they were going back and forth about Wheel Spinning and that he can't get 20% off on this but can get that instead. The budtender kept on telling the customer that he doesn't understand what the customer is saying and instead of explaining and NOT ASSUMING that everyone knows how your Wheel supposed to work, he made a whole spectacle. At that very moment I wanted to walk out, but hey, it's COVID time and we are all stressed  out, so I wait. 15 min later it's my time, I approach the counter and let the girl know that I am picking up my order to which she responds that I have to go somewhere in the back. Seriously??? I just spent 15 min in line for someone to tell me that now I have to go somewhere else? Why was this not said when I was checking in knowing I was a first time customer? I left. I don't care to return. I don't care to give my money to a place with subpar customer service.

Came here super early because this place is open soo early 6:45am! Got there around 9am. Checking in was super easy, finding the place was a little sketchy but once we found the lot it was fine.Once we got in we were greeted with high energy and super friendly staff. Being a first time costumer we recieved 15% off our order. I also read about the Sunday special which was buy 3 pre rolls recieved the 4th for 1$. Michele helped us and she was so awesome! We enjoyed her energy and had a great experience overall.

This dispensary is top notch.  The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all their products. Their weed is all grown by them so know exactly what you are getting. I run a weed tour business and have visited over 150 dispensaries in the LA area and this is definitely one of the best!!!

Personally one of my favorite dispensaries.Some staff can be nice and they do know what they are talking about. Usually some workers in different dispensaries don't really care they'll just be like "hey how are you what can I do for you" then seriously that's all and they'll ring you up. But Coast to Coast hasn't been a  disappointment. I especially love their edibles. I put 4 stars because of the parking that's about its prefer a bit more spacious parking lot.

Now that everything is recreational it's so hard to find great pricing and options in general. This is probably the only recreational store front I've been to yet that still has special promotions and deals. Makes up for the shitty state tax  all the tenders are very helpful, informative, and always make the extra effort to form a connection with each customer. Def my go to spot now.

So I signed up here today...First off, super friendly. Everyone was nice and welcoming, as my GF and I asked them to give us the run down on their shop. We were strictly looking for concentrates, so bear that in mind...The Illuminati Nug Rug is the bomb Made by an extract company outta Malibu called PureEssence. It's straight legit. I got 1.5g's for 60, that's just the price, not on special for first time, so at 20 for 0.5 of awesome shatter all the time...Sweet! ...And cause it was Wednesday I got to spin a wheel of prizes for spending over 50 bucks...Ended up getting three packages of Gummy candies that actually look awesome, and supposedly each package contains 150mg of thc.Now for being a first time patient i think I was supposed to receive some specified weed, but they were out? So we had our choice of top shelf, anything we wanted, and they gave us each a gram for first time patient deal. We also each received a a tote bag that contained a handy lanyard(which i'm currently sporting). It's discreet as the Coast to Coast logo doesn't look weed related..So it could be for virtually anything. A mini Bic lighter with some hemp wick wrapped around it, plastic grinder, pad of stationary paper(note sized), and some magazine.All in all, I was thoroughly pleased and surprised at the professional nature of the staff and shop. And that Illuminati Nug Run shatter is straight legit. Fantastic. Nicely done, guys!

I love this establishment. I was introduced to this place as a new patient; this being the very first collective I'd ever been to. From the first step in the door I noticed the cleanliness, some of the tech and was assisted quite quickly.  Once I was let in I was blown away by the unique and smartly designed layout. Windows allow a peek into the grow room not too far from some captivating art pieces. These two things instantly made this my favorite place, albeit it was THE ONLY collective I'd been in. I pretty much had to be goaded into the showroom which was right around the corner. I visit frequently. Over the last several months I've made a guest appearance at other collectives and can honestly say Coast to Coast set a very high standard.  Their prices are decent, they have a nice selection and have a selection of the day at a bargain. My experiences here have been favorable. Out of all of the 'tenders, Karina is a favorite. She's knowledgeable about the product, easy to talk to and a beautiful young lady all around. She's top notch for sure. Nikita is also legit. He's a cool 'tender just the same offering great insight. I tell everyone about this place.

Let me start by saying that Coast to Coast has some of the best flower in the valley and I have been a loyal customer for several years, refusing to go to any other dispensary. The staff has always been chill and full of good vibes. I have always looked forward to going in on Wednesday and spinning the wheel and always look forward to some sort of prize. I will even spend extra just to spin the wheel. I have gone in for the past 2 weeks and have landed on 25% off edibles, well this would be great if I took edibles and if edibles didn't make me feel like crap!!! It use to be that the bud tender would give you the option for a preroll or grams in place of the edible discount. That was a great option for people that don't take edibles or VAPE. I don't understand why management has gotten so petty about the wheel. Definitely making me look at other shops in the area. You can get 3C flower at other shops with better deals! What a shame but as you get bigger you cut back on your loyal customers and become petty... Hope this gets fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really love this dispensary. They are always adding new fun features. The front desk girl Jackie is really awesome too. Girls are friendly and look like they really enjoy their jobs.

Sadly for this dispencery the place has good bud, a good atmosphere my boyfriend and I have spent thousands if dollars there and can confidently say the service has gone way down hill, you are bot greeted anymore as all the bud tenders are too busy having personal conversations, would not even walk to me at the counter and made me walk to her. After getting the order proceeding to pay the card machine would not read a card (that regularly has problems scanning at this dispensary because their systems) preceded to argue saying to get a different card and would not enter it as that is what they always do.

I called at 9:30 pm and asked if I can still go to the shop before they close to purchase a pen. He specifically told me that he takes his last customer at 9:45pm. So I rush over and get there at 9:43 and called him to open the door and he told me they are CLOSED! Really? That's exactly why I called and asked if it's ok for me to to get there right before 9:45! I understand of you close on time but when a customer calls and asks tell them not to come! Thanks for wasting my time!

I was just here today, despite the negative reviews. It's a great place. The young man that checked me in was very nice and pleasant. I forget his name, but he has killer eyelashes. Once inside I was surprised. I love the layout.  It's so clean and bright and what looked like a big selection. Plus they have a grow house! Sadly, they don't sell plants. The young man that helped me, Steve, was very helpful.I will be back.

I have been to this place at least 5 or 6 times. The prices are fair I have never seen them rude or disrespectful. I will admit today they were more interested in what to get for lunch than helping me. This is why I'm giving 4 stars...every time but this time that were overly nice...I can forgive one bad experience...if you want a go to a legal place to buy your meds then CCC is you the best place to go to

We are visiting from Colorado and we're just SO pleased with the people here and our experience! If we weren't leaving in a couple days, we'd be back here in a heartbeat! Everyone was friendly and helpful but the gentleman that helped us has shoulder length blonde hair and was just so helpful and funny while he was helping us and the prices are also un-beatable! Thank you coast to coast collective for making our California experience even more awesome!!

The flower is always fresh, staff is super friendly and they treat you like FAM. Girls are cute. Guys are cute. And they love my dog, Fiona. Which is HIGH priority.

My fave dispensary. There was a blonde girl at the front - idk what her name was but she was super sweet! The people are very helpful and the setup is very clean and modern. I love that they carry all my fave edibles. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

This place is a valley and OG smoker staple. It's a sleek cool designed shop with INSANE BUD. When I mean INSANE, you've never seen bud so super consistently colored, cry-staled, fragrant and potent. I've been going here since I got a med card at 16 and have NEVER (literally) NEVER had a bad strain from them. There bud is so distinguishable in quality that you could pick it from a line up almost instantly, this being said from someone whose scoured CA for a match and haven't found close yet. Inside they are helpful but not overly into have small talk or long discussions, which is fair, it does typically always has patients inside (never too long of a wait tho even on busy days. Medical wise they know exactly what to give if you say "my back hurts or I want one for sleep" and I've always been satisfied with the effect. Maybe lacking the bells and whistles or smooth talk of other places but that's because there professionals who have been running a storefront forever and give your truly professionally grown buds, as a consumer it cannot be beat! Just make sure you always bring REC if your medical and ID for everyone always and show up at least 30 min before close if it's late (door seems to be locked at the :45 mark)

Coast to Coast used to be my go to place. I drive from Ventura county to purchase their top strains. Today was a complete disappointment and sign of utter disrespect.I have gone to them a total of 3 times and spent over $900 dollars with them. Today I went after getting a new recommendation, which I verified myself online not 30 minutes prior to arrival, they had issues verifying me and asked to see my ID. I provided them my California issued consulate ID, which they had allowed me to use the previous three times, this time they refused to take it which makes absolutely no sense.My ID has been accepted by many collectives in the area and delivery services. Now that they got new managers they're trying to change rules they fucked up on. Now I get the raw end of the deal? I truly don't understand how a compassionate care establishment will so blatantly disrespect their members and forbid them from spending money with them after already allowing them to do that. This isn't the end of it.

been to this place a few times they charge weird. like 12 dollar grams wtf do 10 or 15 and the girl bud tenders have a stick in the butt. lighten up just smile be nice and prep my weed.

The one thing that sort of rubs me wrong about Coast to Coast is how arrogant, snooty, fake and cliquish most of the budtenders are. They're all weed snobs that need to come down off their high horses. And strangely, it's mainly the female tenders that suck. Most of the dudes are really cool! You should pretty much expect crappy, fake customer service if you go to this dispensary.

This is the best place I've found in all of SFV. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable about the strains, and I've never really waited in a line here. Steven is super dope and always helps me out with great new recommendations on strains. I basically won't go anywhere else anymore, this is the only place I can rely on for consistent prices and great buds

first of all, the shop is nice but the girls are ugly. second, i was there yesturday and i witness a patient disrespect the guard and try to assault him.  the guard try to kick her out she made a big deal , the guys at the shop  apologized to her, im like WHAT and the collective told the guard that patients come first. Wow. First time patient deal sucks. Expensive. And the black girl is rude

Yesterday 6/22 I finally decided to get my rec after 15 years of smoking . Always wanted to see what's in the dispensaries. All my friends were telling me go to Coast to Coast. So I do . I walk in and no greeting at all . I signed all the paper work and told them my gf referred ( she was present as well ) ... I go to the main room once again no greeting . Remember it's my first time in a club . I don't have a clue what all this new era stuff is , so my eyes are lit like a kid in a candy store . It would have been nice if I gotten a tour of the shop. The bud tender didn't know jack shit about flowers , being showed the boo boo stuff and tell me it's he best , HAHAH, I know my stuff it's just funny to see others selling you shit cuz they think you don't know ! To top it all off the bud tender over charged me and we asked 3 times "what are the deals on thursdays?" Her numbers were not adding up at all in order for it to be called a " deal"  . After I left me and my gf called back to get the price break down . They couldn't discuss prices over the phone so I turned around went back explained everything . The lady at the front gave me my money back and handled it in a professional way and hooked me up with a coupon . Shop was clean and to be honest I like the setup . But what a shitty first experience of going to a club for my first time . And seemed liked everyone who worked there was stoned off there ass. Not a good look when your talking to people who work here and hey are stuttering with blood shot watery eyes and can't even think straight . I'm hoping when I do come back things will be different . You guys can't advertise your prices then when I'm in there it's different or the bud tender doesn't know their shit . By all means I'm not hating , im just comparing it to what my friends told me how cool it is here .

This place is what other collectives aspire to be. Clean, comfortable, affordable and professional. I was super impressed right from the start. The quality of their productswere amazing. If you live anywhere near here or are driving through, I highly suggest youstop here, you will not be disappointed.

i went and got a gram of the tahoe og and it was all dried up !i called and ask if it was on sale because it was dry and they said no .but if im going to pay for something and im not happy with it i should have the option to return it for something that is good not dry!its like if they had it in this bag for awhile and they sold it to me !

One of the best shops to go to. Nice ambience, great vibes, and probably has one of the Best sativa strains in Casey Kraken. Never gets me down and always keeps me focus. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to find something new, something positive, and maybe something to experiment with.

I've never been to a dispensary that pisses me off so much, let me expand; So I go into the place like usual like I have the past 100 times previous, I went in and was like, "hey what's up, I'm just a returning patient" (the usual) the girl on desk looked at my Rec then my passport(I brought my passport because my girlfriend who out of town had my Cali ID by mistake) and the woman on desk proceed with, "have you got your California ID" I rolled my eyes obviously, and explained why I don't have it, and the fact that I've been to this place countless times in the recent past; The fact that I couldn't even be registered to the this place without once showing my Cali ID surely must be enough, I mean come on its common sense; My name is on the official document from the doctor, the same form of which MATCHES MY PASSPORT ID NUMBER with the ID number on the recommendation, My PASSPORT the most official Document I own! I had the proof all there with official ID and my recommendation slip!!! Please tell me further more why you needed my Cali ID after being there countless times prior. Also I CANT!!! I CANNOT Even get a Doctors Rec without first proving I live here, so why I need Cali ID at the dispensary(or any for that matter) is totally BEYOND ME! So thanks for wasting my petrol and mileage for no reason.With these pathetic rules.Easier getting weed from a wheel dealer then these guys.They SHUT AT 7:30pm TOOOO EVERYDAY!!!!! Twice now I've wasted fuel and got to the dispensary just after 7:30pm and they wouldn't let me in, PLEASE TELL ME WHY???? You say you are open till 8 when you clearly are not. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING! I'm not the only one that has been caught by this trap they have, this time management has let other customers down too, because just so happened others were wondering why it's shut so early when I went, the time it was closed early. This place has decent weed, sometimes it's shit they are up and down must be honest, don't be fooled by the professional front they give off; These guys are straight up hustlers!!!

I have been coming to this dispensary for a couple of years and I will always come back. This really is the only place I go for my medicine, everything is very clean and extremely potent. You get what you pay for, which you cannot say about any of these other shady collectives, especially in this area. The flower is super high quality, there is a huge selection of pens and concentrates, as well as a delicious assortment of edibles. I always feel comfortable when I come here, I don't get a weird feeling like they are trying to rip me off- the people who work here really care about their patients/guests and it's obvious- everyone is smiling and high energy. This review is specifically to call out Maria, for being the most genuine and helpful person I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with! She knows so much about the flower, when you ask her specific questions about it she can recommend what she thinks is best. She actually recommended I try the Coco Dulce (been going for that Gelato- ooh so good!), I usually go for a heavy body and mind feeling, but this was such a spot on recommendation to mix it up and get a different head change- while still feeling the therapeutic effects in my muscles! Not only that, but Maria is extremely outgoing, friendly and understanding, she always checks if I have a discount so she can apply it and get me the best deal. I don't feel weird talking about prices with her, she makes me feel like she really understands my situation. Thank you Maria for being so awesome!!! And genuinely thank you to Coast to Coast Collective you all are making a huge difference in this community keep it up!

WATCH OUT FOR THE BAIT-AND-SWITCH!I checked their website before going in and found a couple good deals on some lower-end weed for $120 an ounce. When I went in and asked for it, the woman at the counter claimed to not know anything about it and immediately proceeded to start showing me much more expensive weed (super rude). The bait and switch was super unethical. I had to repeatedly ask her about it and even had to show her a picture of their website on my phone before she would even go check, and low and behold, she magically found the inexpensive weed deal I had come in for.

This was my first visit to C2C, stopped in for a friend who was in town. I have next to no knowledge on what to buy/use. Lewie was such a great help and so nice about explaining everything. I never felt nervous or embarrassed. Really awesome first visit. Thank you!

Jackie - reached out to your store staff twice, explained my complaint in detail, specifically the additional card charges that appeared on my bank statement without my knowledge ... and they said they will pass a note and convey the message to you, you have my phone number in your system as a customer. Yet I never heard back from you!  This is horrible

Been to Divine and Atrium and decided to come here to see what they have. I was helped by Lewie the budtender and she was super sweet and very informative with all of the selections. I will definitely be coming back soon. The best word to describe my experience was "homey." Thank you very much! Will tell my friends and family about this gem of a location.
