No go, this place wasted my time. Is customer service just non existent at marijuana stores?  How about hiring professionals. Forget about asking questions, they seem to be bothered by that to the point of eye rolling and sighs. Why cant I find a dispensary that has adults running the counter? Why can't I find a dispensary that doesn't make me feel that they are doing me a favor? Why do I feel that I'm somehow supporting organized crime? Darned glorified drug dealers with no true retail business knowledge running these places using strip clubs as a model not a pharmacy.  Won't be coming here again, ever. What these places don't get is that you can get the same pot at any other dispensary, customer service you can't ( real customer servicIe not on the path to stripping young girls working the counter that don't know squat about the medicinal purposes of the product they are selling).

No stars for this place! Their hours say they close at 9pm on Fridays here on yelp. But when I showed up they said they close at 8pm. No good guys, just drove 15 minutes for nothing:/

I was referred her from a friend because they have a large hash section and give free gifts with 1st time donations.Where to start... the guy i saw when i walked in was HIIIIIGGGHHH not friendly at all. then i get to the back, not a hi nothing i asked a simple question and he couldnt answer any of them. one young guy was knowledgable so i was able to make a purchase. Delta 9 concentrate top shelf they say. and a 1/8 of $45 only cause they had a 60 cap!!! whoaThe hash was the worst ive had. the flowers were okay. NOT A FAN OF PREWEIGHED GOODS!! no no no will not be back. KM is down the street for hash and Delta 9 and Green Horizon for all else and cheaper... btw no free gifts for my donations older guy says "we dont do free gifts every day is a special" more like everyday  is "special"

Buds a lil too expensive when other places cap at 40. Cheapest they had was 40 an 8th and that was only one option. Pretty much had to ask for my free joint for being a first timer and I had to ask for my friend who was with me and referred me. Oh and the joints were smaaaaallll! Wtf? Idk I mean the buds are good but they need to up there deals if they wanna compete. I drive down to Studio City Caregivers and the deals are amazing and they cap at 40 and you get free edibles, kief, and the joints are double the size. Just sayin.

I couldn't be more happy this place is back! All the staff is gorgeous girls, and so knowledgable with what they are talking about. You tell them what you do and don't like and they know just what to suggest! I've never been disappointed here! I highly recommend this dispensary for great  flower, verity, and the service! The best in the valley by far!

This is the dispensary I normally go to.  They have a good selection of weed.  There is usually a few top shelf choices.  I also think they are very good about consistency with the weed.  If you buy a certain strain there one day, come back in a month and buy it again it will look and smell the same.  There shatter is high quality but kind of costly.  They do usually give small discounts on the shatter though with 8th donation 10 bucks off normally.  It does get busy but they have enough employees to make it so you wont have to wait to long.  The staff is much more helpful then many other places ive gone.

I used to think very well of this place (I deleted a five star review to post a more accurate and current one star review).I live in West Hollywood, and until today I had thought that this place was worth the trip. I have been proven wrong due to inaccurate order filling (three items I went home with were wrong), inaccurate math (I was overcharged, but this was corrected when I went back inside from the parking lot before heading home), and poor customer service (I called back and was left on hold for over nine minutes, only to be told that it would still be longer for me to speak with the manager). Additionally, and this is a more minor side note, while fulfilling my order, the worker had to inform me that several of the items that I requested (and which were in the display case for sale) weren't actually in stock. As someone with a background in loss prevention it makes me question when they took their last inventory.I would not have continued to drive 45 minutes to an hour each way just to come here if my previous visits had been like this. I didn't recognize many of the staff from prior visits, though ironically the guy who handled my order (and presumably the person who made so many mistakes with it) was here on one of my prior visits. If my previous visits had been like this, I would not have babbled like an idiot to anyone that would listen about what a hidden treasure this place was (I know of at least two people who said they were visiting based upon my referral). It is just sad that the management didn't take any of this seriously, or respect me as a customer. I realize that I am not in there frequently (my last visit was in August I believe) but when I am there, I am patient and polite, I spend a decent amount of money (my bill today was $224) and I ALWAYS tip the bud tenders regardless of service or how much I spend. So, yeah it feels discounting when the manager first tries to screen my calls (I was asked who was calling, after I said my name and that I was a customer, I was put on hold again and then asked why I was calling, then the 9 minute hold began before i had to hang up), and then won't even listen to me say "hey I love your store, but I was given the wrong items, will you please ask your employees to be more careful next time because I drive too far to be able to easily turn around an exchange it?". Since they can't bother to listen to me for 30 seconds or even give me what I paid for, then I won't bother making the two hour round trip just to give them business. And I will no longer serve as a walking billboard for their business. It's sad, I liked this place.UPDATE ___  I called again.  I got a lackluster, non-caring response from the manager Will.  I asked for the owner, and he said the owner doesn't come in (If you are the owner and you read this, please contact me).  I am instead reporting them to the county for giving out the wrong medications.  Maybe that will make them care about customer service.  I didn't ask for any money back or any preferential treatment.  A legitimate "I'm sorry" would have gone a very long way with me.  Maybe if the owner gets a new management team and better training for the staff, other customers in future situations such as this can get that apology.

Been coming to west valley for a while now! They always have great product and a wonderful staff! The prices and selection is unbeatable!! I will be coming back for a while!

Unfortunately, WVC was raided and has been shut down to my knowledge. They were a good dispensary, but I cannot give them 5 stars, because they do not weigh products in front of you, which has led to not getting the full amount I paid for.

Have been back multiple times since the 4th of July when I wrote my initial review. This place is just awesome. Im in love with the og's. The cap is comfortable and the selection is large. Still loving the free j. Always good to have something for the journey. And yeah...the chicks are still hot.

Absolutely Awesome place. My first time going there today and everyone was cool and friendly. Asked me my name. Welcomed me to the family. I got some bonus goods with my first donation. All in all a great experience.

Got short changed $10. Pointed it out then "oh, sorry bout that". Wouldn't mind but the kid behind the counter takes the cash and gives to someone else in the "vault" who hands back the product and the change. You'd think at least of them could count.

Best meds in LA !!! WHITE DIAMOND is my absolute favorite!!! You can't find meds like this anywhere else!!! The staff is always friendly. The meds are always reliable. I highly recommend this place, I'm glad they're back on the map!5 stars from me for overall greatness!!!

I had got alaskan thunder fuck for my ftp deal with a free gram on top buds were truly a gift from the earth hands down some of the best I've seen or had for a while ... Don't live close by but will be back

I want to give this dump 0 stars or less. long way to go so I called ahead looking for a specific product, clones. when I asked about selection or price I was told that they couldn't say anything but that they had them. so I took a chance and a half hour drive. you couldn't even call what they had garbage. they had 6-8 puny, anemic, sticks. what leaves were there were sick and wilted, and diseased. the guy actually tried to sell them to me. then he said," oh, I can have another tray in tomorrow". what a freaking joke. don't waste your time on this place.

THIS PLACE RIPS U OFF. Always under weight. And the dont give u what u ask for. Not just me but others have confirmed.Ipurchased an alpine catridge. The tender knew it was bad. I said I wanted a new one. The male manager said he gave me a new one. I asked him to produce the new packaging. He wouldnt. It was a lie! when I got home it was faulty. Never has an alpine been faulty let alone 2 of them.  The straight up stole my money and lied to my face. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGIAN. THE MANAGER IS A COWARD AND A CON ARTIST.

Go where the Porn Stars Go !!!I've  seen more then a couple adult Film Star there. Knowledgeable Staff. West Valley Caregivers have the most beautiful bud tenders in L.A. All their Top Shelf is $40 all day long. The Black Mamba or San Fernando Kush will satisfy any Heavy Indica smoker. They have a great selection of Waxes,Oils, and edibles. Nobody likes to waste time, do yourself a favor, go here first.

Ive been here 2-3 times already and would give 5 stars if it wasn't for their check in system. I am medical and my friend is Rec. the security guard could NOT  figure out how to check her in. He spelled her adress and name wrong every time, then when did get it "oh I'm sorry I have to start over because I typed it all on the wrong line.... (copy and paste???, but he wanted to start over)  (although she declined to give her adress as you don't need that saved for REC usage) from the passport in his hand... and wouldn't let her in until he did it. She's 24! 10 More min pass and another girl comes over, I'm upset, she's upset, so my friend just tells him to stop and DOESN'T GO IN. Super super off-putting..... especially if I'm a medical patient waiting over 15 min with no line to just walk in the door with No other patients inside either. I I REALLY DONT WANT TO SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE BECAUSE OVERALL I LOVE IT HERE. Just that's a huge deterrent when I am picking up after work or have a any kinda time restraints. WITH THAT BEING SAID THE SELECTION AND PRICES ARE AMAZING! Most of the other staff is super helpful as well! I wouldn't say everyone knows a ton of medical (a few do though) but they are great on knowing the products which is even better as a consumer to know what your really getting. I've gotten several oils, carts and bud from them. The oils and carts had no issues (worked with a battery fine and for dispo burned all the way through). I also picked up there homestock? Of Blueberry Cookies (1/8th for 25$) and it was EXCEPTIONAL! Great smell, Awsome color, really fresh, perfect high! Will definitely be back ASAP! Plus they have a lot of edibles and smoking gear (papers/pipes/bongs)  Just give yourself some extra time to check in! Although I hope they fix or refine the system ASAP!!

I dealt with Lisa that last few times I came... awesome advice.  I loved the kosher kush so much I drove back 200 miles to get a couple more ounces..  hell I bought them out..  thanks Lisa...

Used to be a decent place but they recently got rid of their happy hour so now they are just another overpriced dispensary. Not a great neighborhood so I'm not sure what they think will drive in business without a happy hour. I wonder if the owner realizes that there are dispensaries on every corner now and that the black market is booming because the state got greedy with sales tax.

Ive been coming here for a few months now.. lots to choose from and consistent products - any issues ive had with cartridges they've gladly exchanged some dispensaries wont so thats a plus. Everyone is friendly - Javier helped me today super friendly great customer service.

Came here to write a review because it wasn't working on weedmaps. This has consistently been the best dispensary for me. I have never had issues with parking in the back. I am always greeted with friendly people, I have never felt uncomfortable here, I always look forward to coming here. The selection is great and the service is always what puts the biggest smile on my face. At other dispensaries I've been uncomfortable because dudes hit on me and I'm really just trying to pick up some weed. Let me live. I can walk right in, tell them my price range, and they simply give me options without trying to upsell or harass me. This place is the best!

Heard about this place from a client. Very nice assortment of most things cannabis related. Sleek, clean display and very helpful staff. I appreciate the packaging of the products. I'll definitely return to check out their happy hour and to enjoy more of their offerings. Their prices are great and I was given a punch card for some sort of discount after 10 visits. Not too far from me and convenient hours. I'll be back.

This place is the new spot from now on! Vibe was chill. No uptight help like most dispensaries around. They don't push you, super friendly. They made a long term customer with me that's for sure.

This place is where it's at now I'm not going to do any comparisons but if your looking for it to be in stock this is where it's at they had Gary Payton but only by the gram but I wasn't going to complain they had some great pre rolls and the gummies by nipsey hussle was super fire the hospitality inside the store was warm and they made you feel catered too I would definitely check back in with this place when I'm in LA

Very clean, and a great assortment of stuff.Shout out to the guy with the beard, I think his name was Dan. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back because of their great assortment and great staff. Their prices are also great!I will definitely be back.

Love this place! Beats their competitors at the Winnetka Bowl because they take credit, better variety of trees, & better customer service! The girls were extremely helpful and sweet. The price is reasonable and affordable. I was looking for a small table top tree and the one at the Winnetka Bowl had one set price of $32 and $42 for all their smaller trees. I came here and found similar trees for a price range of $19-29. I purchased a cute noble for $23 with the stand. The employees were helpful when I wanted them to straighten the tree on the stand and were pleasant about it.

We moved down to LA for northern CA a few years ago and found this place by chance. They carry our favorite kind of tree and we’ll be visiting them every year fir as long as we’re here.

We got our tree here this year. The selection and prices were wonderful. I hope they will be here next year, I will be back for sure.
