This is the second location I've tried. I love Cambridge and Needham is just as nice. The staff is always polite and helpful.  The product just as good. I do wish they would increase patient hardship to something over 20%. At that discount your really not saving compared to going to Cambridge and getting 10% and special discounted options.  And having to make an appointment really isn't a big deal.

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes shopping here a fun experience. This is the second Sira Naturals location I've been to and both locations are clean, easy to find and parking is not a problem. Their menu had a good selection to choose from and this is one of the only dispensaries I've been to that sell honey sticks. Love it!

Out of all of the dispensaries I have been to over the past couple of years, this is by far the worst not only with the products that they carry, but the staff and facility it's self. I have been there twice and both times different staff members have been very rude, annoyed, and don't seem very interested in helping people. Their flower is sub par, the edibles Are literally useless. The prices are almost double two other dispensaries in the area so if you are looking for a good deal this is not the place for you. I figured I would give them a second shot because it's been a while since I was in there for the first time, but with the same results I am not sure that I will never go back again.

I have experienced the staff only as helpful.  The dispensary itself has the highest thc content available.

Unfortunately, I did not even get to visit this place and honestly, don't want to. I called to check in and see what I needed in order to come in. I was advised that it was a medicinal center only and I would need a card. Since I am from out of state but was in MA for a couple weeks, I told them that I apologized and didn't realize it was only for medicinal purposes. I then politely asked if there was a recreational location they could recommend or point me to. The guy just hung up on me. Completely rude. I get it - maybe they get ridiculous calls a lot but I was being super polite and I have my medicinal card just not in this state. There was no reason to hang up on me. I've been to so many dispensaries and this was by far - the least inviting. No thanks!

The guy at the front door, really needs to 'wake-up'. There were two of us arriving at the same time. The other person before me obviously couldn't stand and she had to ask for a chair in the hallway to fill out paperwork. Then he took forever with her id's and while he took forever with that, I asked for a chair. He continues to tick tick tic on the keyboard taking forever, and I am leaning on the front desk. I had asked if I could have a seat somewhere while waiting and he said sure, you can sit when she's done with the chair.The guy is totally clueless, so I said I have a hard time standing for a long time, can I please have a chair too.Then finally....he 'awakes' and says hold on. He continues to tic on the keyboard filling out things. He finally got a clue and got me a chair. The place has plenty of parking outside, but not one chair to sit and fill out paperwork. Yet they have a hall inside with lots of chairs and not one person sitting there. What I found totally bizarre, was that I arrived at the same time as another person and walked in at the same time as the other person. The guy at the front door, insisted I go outside again, yelled at me and said...go outside and ring the doorbell. Bizarre system, so I had to leave and come back in again. At least Neta in Brookline doesn't make you go in and out. There's just a guy at the front desk, whereas at Sira, he yelled at me to go out again, ring the doorbell and wait till let in. Totally bizarre.The people inside were super helpful, Katja and MJ.I say super helpful because one of them told me where to go to look for what I needed. The selection is kinda limited.If I go back and they change the set up or the employee outside I will update my review, but it's ridiculous to wait so long, standing for people who are unable to stand for long, like people with obvious tremors.

This place has an unprofessional, cruel staff. I was harassed beyond belief yesterday by an employee for his amusement. It lasted for about two minutes in a confined space and was one of the most ridiculing moments I have ever experienced. Picking on someone with a disability is not funny or cute, it is horrid. Your staff should  be reassessed and trained or fired. You are a medical facility not a bar. Please hire people who uphold state regulations.

I have no complaint about the Siera Needham location. I've always made an appointment, and have my list ready. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I really like this place, and the products are great. I used the app ways to find the place, it was pretty easy. I'm a regular customer since I discovered this place.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA SHOULD NOT HAVE WEEDSImagine being so bad at growing marijuana that you have a whole section of your menu dedicated to strains loaded with seeds. Not only that, they don't disclose it to their customers.I got 5 different strains and they ALL had seeds. I called and asked about it and the guy said it should''ve  been disclosed to me upon purchase and that the managers have told employees about this before due to all of the complaints.When asked why they don't disclose that the Sira House Specials ALL have seeds on their website, he says that he agrees with me, but it's out of his control.Sounds like Sira has a wonderful management team. They're deceiving patients by selling cannabis with seeds in it. I originally obtained my medical card for my migraines. Seeds give me really bad headaches so I can't trust sira to provide my medicine to me.I'll never come back here again, especially because it's needham which is a plague on this planet.

This is one of the most professional dispensaries I have been to. It is really cool because it is in the basement, and so you follow a set of arrows to find the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, large open area with comfortable sofas on which to sit. They have a huge selection of accessories including lighters and pipes. They sell concentrates in half grams so you can mix and match. They usually have a great selection of edibles and infused products like honey and sugar. Oh and they offer a 20% discount to veterans! So to all you veterans, this is the place to go (or the one on Mass Ave.).And they are open till 9PM, which is very convenient.

Sira natural charges a fee for using debit cards but does not let you know your bank could charge you an ADDITIONAL fee (even though they know it might) because they say your bank already should have made you aware foreign atm machines could charge additional fees. They do this so you proceed with the transaction rather than you saying no to purchasing from them with a debit card because you might get a fee charge twice. Bud tender with long hair doesn't have a medical marijuana card.. therefore he couldn't recommend any of the products they sell.

Great product at good prices. They are opened until 9P which is the latest in the Boston area.Staff is knowledge about cannabis + their products. They have great KIEF + Bubble Hash

I used to love this dispensary but they no longer carry anything. They have only 2 - 3 choices of flower, practically no edibles--their menu is dried up, along with the last flower I bought. This is a shame. Even though they say they are medical, I believe they are selling their product to Adult Use dispensaries and have forgotten about their medical patients.

I have been a customer of Sira/Somerville I can't say enough about the staff that I've had contact with. Not only have they been extremely helpful in suggesting certain products for my medical issue. I want to, especially, thank Cara, Janelle & Rob for their caring. The comfort of this dispensary always feels as though I'm at a resort. Comments have been made, by others too, that address the space. Thank you!Lillian B.

Visiting Sira is always a lovely experience.  They really take time to answer my questions, and sometimes even including other staff to make sure that the issue is throughly addressed.  They also have a great rest of products, and everyone appears to be friendly.  I always leave a happy customer.

The customer service at this place is on point and friendly. I think most dispensaries are especially medical ones but Sira in Somerville is always number one. I called once to see if I could bring my dog in because I didn't want to leave him in the car. He's a service dog anyways but I don't like to make people uncomfortable. They were all for it said even if he wasn't they'd want him in there. His names monkey so shout out to all his homies. I'm from northern Cali and smoked big in the 90s all humbolt county Sonoma county chronic. Coming here was a culture shock. Route 90 and Jimmy's choice has been super dank. Apple fritter by Jimmy's and everything especially the skywalk er and animal cookies from route 90. Kudos to your grower. No bad salt after taste and always super terry. Jimmy's too. And every Sira concentrate I've ever had has been the best I've had out here. I will always rep their concentrates when I'm feeling froggy on a Sunday. Great service here pass out high fives and loves smoke till we die much love.

Weak product at a more expensive price. I hope they improve their products or go out of business. Now that we have more choices in the area, we shouldn't support a place that provides substandard product at premium prices. Go elsewhere. NETA, Ethos, Rev Clinics all blow Sira out of the water. Try them instead.

Unlike other places you have to go there to find out what the price is. Too much of a pain to go there for nothing. I will stick to going places where I know the price and what they are selling.

The wait is over! Iv been waiting for this location to open and it finally has. I went in for my first time the other day and I was glad I did. The staff was really welcoming and nice. The selection is pretty good and growing, get it! They have a lot of flower strains to choose from. The concentrate menu is limited but again I'm sure will grow with time. If you live in the immediate area like me it's absolutely the place to go. I think I found my new go to.

Best dispensary in the State. They use small humidor packets to keep the flower fresh where every other place has dry bud. They offer discounts with a punch card and very friendly staff.

Got 1st edibles from there. Very tasty. 1st time I've have anything from there. Don't live in MA but someone mailed me a few things. Very satisfied!

This place used to be great now they're cheap and they suck. Prices are way to high for what you get. The pre rolls are smaller than they used to be and more money?

I am updating my review from a four star last year. The menu options have decreased...the new cbd caramels taste awful...the preroll price just went up by 25% for no reason. Sad because this was my go to place. I will be looking elsewhere in the future. It's clear they are gouging their patients.

Unfortunately, this fake medial dispensary only cares about recreational smokers and money.  Removing products that patients need because it is not profitable is absolutely crap.  Enjoy your money.I will buy my kief at NETA, they at least care about the patientsAll the good stuff they make gets sold to other dispensaries.  Used to be very good

I love Sira naturals and this location is great. It's super clean, extremely organized and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this location for more than a year and am always pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable and great the employees are. There are always have deals going on, there are price cuts, a pretty great reward program and a hardship discount, recertification savings Today Ian helped me and he helped me locate my favorite strains, helped me find new strains to try and helped me apply my recert savings and use some of my reward points. Ian was super knowledgeable and taught me a fun fact: OG in a strain name means ocean grown. Wild. Ian could definitely tell I have social anxiety and he made the entire visit such a pleasure. Visiting Sira makes buying mmj a fun time. Thanks!

I was a frequent and loyal customer until one day, my girlfriend and I visited and she was physically hit in the face by the security guard. We called the police and the police confirmed the incident via the security footage. Not only did their staff attack us, but they banned loyal customers from receiving their medicine. Traumatic experience.

They have 3 different locations I do believe but you can only get points at the one in Somerville.... Which is so silly.  1 of the trucks broke down for delivery.. You think they have enough money to get more than one truck by now. This has been going on for 2 weeks so I don't know what mechanic they're dealing with to fix their trucks but they need to change. They didn't let people know, they continued to send out messages about sales but didn't let you know that a truck was down ....Now they're limiting the deliveries  times... THAT SUCKS.... Finally put up a notice  Letting you know there's a certain times when you have to place a delivery a window and if too many people have placed orders you're out a luck. And then when you go to place your order at 1:30 in the afternoon they're not accepting any more deliveries. Summerville is very high on the pandemic list. What they need to do is have the point system and sales at each location it's just not fair delivery from each location   Bringing in  the money come on...?

Do not use their delivery service! You will get cartridges that are leaking and 1/2 filled. And if you don't live in Somerville - you're in trouble. You have to return any mistake that Sira makes to the Somerville store. They don't mention that fact.Extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. I won't be doing delivery business with them. An

Buy your flower elsewhere. They now charge higher prices depending on the TAC of the flower. What once costs $45 can now run you as much as $60/eighth.  Spent $55 for an eighth of their "reserve" flower and received mostly leaves.  Bought a gram of wax and received a product 15% less than advertised. (See pictures) Workers recently unionized and are now soliciting tips with every transaction. Each visit here is getting more expensive while the quality is steadily slipping. With so many other great options in the area, I won't be coming back.

I visited this location because I've tried Sira Naturals products at different dispensaries and wanted to visit their home dispensary. Finding the building was difficult and parking was not easy either. The staff was not very friendly on the phone but when I arrived they were friendly over the counter. I tried, Jimmy's Choice Ethos Chem OG for the first time and wasn't impressed by the trimming of the flower or the date that the flower was packaged which was over 4 months ago. Surprisingly, the flower tastes very fresh and the effects of the medication are impactful and potent. I didn't see a hydration pack in the containers which just completely shocks me of how fresh the flower smelled and felt to the touch. I also grabbed two go to items that I already know and always love. One is the unflavored tincture and the other is the sativa moon rock.

Great deals. Easily one of the top selections for best prices. But... What  is  the point  of having  online  order  ahead  if you serve all the walk-ins first? It kills customer loyalty. As I stand here in a 15-person deep line for pickup (that has two registers) and watch everyone walking in for a walk in order (five registers) get served right away because there isn't a line, I regret everything lol. Please consider reorganizing your in-store experience!

They have a large selection but until this last time I went I really didn't care for their service. That was until Ian! So professional and courteous and best of all knowledgeable!!!!! Definitely an asset to Sira!!! So for him I'll go back more often. Otherwise just like any other dispensary not a bad place to shop.

I called the Cambridge location to make sure their website was up to date with what they had in the store and a guy answers and literally didn't take the time to answer my questions and said he had a patient he'd rather take care of and told me to look at the website and told me goodbye and hung up. I'm shocked this place has so many great reviews when they can't even provide simple courteous customer service over the phone. Garbage customer service at this location.

Label your store correctly. If you don’t do rev sales and don’t explicitly say so everywhere relevant, don’t be surprised when people are flocking to you with the idea that they can buy your products. Misleading.

Reason for bad review is the Bubble Hash that was sold here for $27/gram. I loved it. Was a great deal. However, for the last month or so, it hasnt been on the menu. Instead, its on Patriot Cares menu for $70/gram. Makes me think if Patriot Care offered more than $27/gram to corner the Bubble Hash market. We all know Patriot Care couldnt produce a quality concentrate if their lives depended on it. If this is so, and it is appearing as such, both licenses should be lost. The level of greed is disgusting! You shouldnt allow PC to charge $70 for a product that you once charged $27 for especially when PC is incapable of producing the quality product on their own. Unless I see the Bubble Hash back on your menu and your quality product off of PCs menu, I will never be back. Not another dime.

I paid $207 for the flower but never had the chance to pick it up because 1001 Massachusetts Ave. dispensary is closed. salesman by name Jupul Hudson told me over the text message that if I send them screenshot of the payment I can pick it up so after I did send them the money and screenshots they stop responding and I never got my flower

If you hit up this location, ask for Santiago! He not only helped me with my order, but went an extra step to really see what I needed and made additional suggestions to add variety to my regular products, which I took his recommendations and stocked up. Thanks again☺️☺️☺️
