I've used the delivery service two times and both times they were fantastic. Jamil T delivered to me today. Jamil was punctual, professional and made the transaction effortless. I wil definitely b using there services again. Thanks guys u rock. Lauren?❤?
Great customer service! It was my first time at the Fresh pond location and it was very smooth. The person who helped me (forgot his name) was very very patient and very knowledgeable. He made my experience very pleasant.
Flower is always fresh, rewards program is second to none, and the customer service is on point. On my last couple of visits I have been helped by Chellie, whom I find warm, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I would love to see Rev expand their already solid flower menu a bit. The addition of Mile 62 is nice step in the right direction. But they still get five stars because this just me being a "variety" type of guy. Keep the vibes positive Rev.

Shoutout to Ari B. for constantly reminding me to use my benefits, because I constantly forget (and for having good snack recommendations to pair). I've been helped by most of the Rev Crew at this point, and it's always a fantastic experience. Alex is always able to figure out what strain I'm in the mood for while simultaneously balancing the transactions and holding conversations. Shelly never gives me a bad recommendation, and knows what's going on at all times. Not to mention, the security crew (whose names I should know by now) constantly hit the perfect mark on communicating what the store's precautions are. Despite the high number of dispensaries in this 10 mile radius, the staff of Rev keeps me coming back for more.
