Staff are always super knowledgeable of current inventory and are happy to help. Never had a bad time at pinnacle!

We stopped by here on our way home from vacation and had a great time. We were treated respectfully by staff. The staff there was very informative with all questions we had. Beyond this they had a very large selection of products for both Med and Rec side. Compared to other dispensaries we have been to, this is one of our favorites!

I have been here before and I'm a medical patient and they turned me away because I didn't have a printed copy but explained they do not give out printed copies anymore. I showed all documentation and have never had this problem before. Front desk worker was extremely rude and on a power trip! Do not go here! I looked on the government website and showed that they don't give plastic cards anymore!

Pinnacle is a great dispensary! The staff are always friendly and their inventory is usually well stocked with what you may need, online ordering and shopping makes things even easier. Price-wise they are in line with the others in town. One thing I will encourage customers to do is to make visually make sure your purchases are correct before you pay and leave. Michigan law does not allow for the return of goods, even when they are not what you ordered. They do often have waits that can last half an hour or more, so plan accordingly. And do watch for sales and discounts. They frequently have offers for everyone including daily, weekly and monthly sales. And the quality of their products is top notch.

This is by far the best dispensary I have been to! Everyone who worked on sat 5/22 was amazing! Chris helped us out and was fantastic! He knew all of the products very well and was very engaging with us. We had a great time from the moment we walked in until the time we came out, the whole environment of the store is great! I will (and already have) recommend this place to everyone!

My new favorite out of the dozens of dispensaries I've visited. This place is so nice, welcoming and comfy waiting area with cool murals and neat stuff to check out. This is how I always pictured a dispensery looking and feeling. Great daily deals, great staff, and the best part...great products! We can't wait to come again. I'd rather drive to Michigan vs shopping in Illinois where it's like going to a bank where you can't even see or smell anything. Michigan for the win!

Justin is a rock star in this girls' 1st experience in a Michigan dispensary. He was very knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and made quite the impression on me! Unlike the IL dispensaries, Pinnacle was clean (check out their cool restroom!?) and welcoming. Receptionist was nice with a kind smile, explained what could expect and informed me of my 10% first time visit discount ? Upon entering the inner realms I was welcomed and impressed by the nice arrangement & organization & variety of product. I never felt rushed and Justin gave me the goldstar grand tour of this small but well-stocked establishment. He knew the products and mentioned "specials" they have that I did not see on my research. Additionally, the prices were so much lower than what I was paying in IL, not to mention the lower tax! Finding this place on my Google search, I'm glad I did my homework & chose Pinnacle Emporium! They made an awesome 1st impression on me and will def have all my future business and those I can brag to! Great Job, Justin and Carry On, PE! ***Don't forget to ask about specials!***

Before even coming there, we called for information. Justin answered the phone and was the friendliest, easiest person to talk to! Very much made us feel welcome. Upon arriving, front desk staff was very sweet and informative. And when viewing the shop, Evan was very eager to assist. He was very patient and gave some great recommendations! Very friendly to talk to as well. Thank you Evan, for a wonderful experience!
