The chick check in was so rude she asked for IDs realized that we were from out of state didn't  say welcome,  thanks for coming. What she did say is "The city of Buchanan does not care of you drove four hours to get here" and "you're here 30 minutes before closing so I doubt if you'll get in" how's that customer service???!!!

Crappy service. I've been here several times and they have my identification but wouldn't let a friend of mine pick up my order.

I drove three hours to this location. Arrived an hour and a half before closing time and put my phone number down. When I go back inside they said they can't attend me because it's already 9pm (closing time) and I explained I been there since an hour and a half waiting. They really didn't give me a least one chance and yeah, I had to drive three hours back with nothing... that sucks. It shouldn't be like that. You already took my phone number, etc. I been waiting for an hour and a half that means 8 hours I wasted to go to your establishment and couldn't get anything... Not going back. Stuff like this makes me wanna quit smoking weed.

I only have great things to say about this dispensary! They have amazing prices, plus deals all the time. Your first time there, you get a preroll for a penny. All the employees are super nice and helpful. They're all knowledgeable about the products and the deals. The waiting area is nice and has an atm and a restroom. They also have some kind of points system but since this was my first visit I'm not exactly sure how to use the points yet. Highly highly recommend!

A nice dispensary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Compared to others in Buchanan, though, they have a much more limited selection and their prices are higher. Worth a visit, though, if they have something you need that no-one else does.

I had been visiting Illinois dispensaries since February and it has been exponentially more expensive than my visit to High Profile today, even when only buying shake. This was my first Michigan dispensary and I think I already found my staple. I will definitely be back!

Decent product but not top shelf. Very affordable. Best deals in South West Michigan. Super friendly staff. Can get VERY busy. I always order online and pick up curbside. Super easy.

Pricey but almost like Denver. Uncommon varieties at times.
