I really enjoy the help of the lady and the manager here very helpful I have had a good experience with there own topical it helped my chronic pain .that makes me a happy camper

I have a problem with this dispensary because they require a "script" from a referring medical marijuana doctor which MedMen didn't ask me for as I presented my medical marijuana card. They are foolish to want a "script" as it is inconvenient to ask for it when all they really need is my card that has been inspected, detected, and elected by one of these "phony" marijuana doctors!

Purchased a high THC Topical Lotion, only to find that after 3 usages (2 pumps each time), nothing more would come out of the bottle.  When I put in my order with the pharmacist (on the phone during the pandemic), he said this product was technically expired but should be fine, and  that I could get a  replacement if not.  Well, it's clearly not fine but now I am being told that this is not due to it being expired and I can only get a credit for half the amount of the purchase because it is partially used and that is "corporate policy."  Interesting that their pharmacist is saying things that are not consistent with their "corporate policy."  I won't purchase from them again.  They are stingy and this product is defective.

Long time customer of the Manhattan location, decided to switch to this location and it's been nothing but trouble. Placed an online order and received a pickup email from Crystal Zhuo informing me my order would be ready after 4. Get to the location at 3:58 only to be told they're closed. Mind you my skin color is brown. Go back to my car and they're letting a white lady in to purchase her order. I don't tolerate racism in any form! I served my country diligently and should definitely have been treated better than this. No longer will I be doing business with this company, I'll spend my money elsewhere!

For a company that has millions of dollars to open a space like this and obtain licenses their business practices are quite poor. I received a message on my voicemail from their receptionist indicating the tinctures were currently buy one get one free: So I commute all the way there only for that same receptionist who left me a message say they never had that promotion. Okay so I buy two bottles anyway, apparently they were spiteful since they gave me two EXPIRED bottles. I called and told them the bottles were EXPIRED and they said they couldn't do anything about it and being that I paid cash, unfortunately I couldn't open a claim. I never felt so disgusted in my life. I'm literally better off throwing away my medical card and getting it off the streets.

This place is great. A majority of the staff know their product, they're patient, friendly & helpful. The product is expensive but this has less to do with them as an establishment & way more to do with NY's restrictive system. I wish their 1:1 tincture were more affordable but it is a quality product & better in many ways that what's available at other dispensaries. There have been some hiccups over the months but they seem focused on ironing them out, and time has proven they're doing so successfully, if incrementally.I'd like to give a particular shoutout to Kristina at the front desk. There's no problem she's unable or unwilling to tackle. She's smart, compassionate, thorough, capable and determined to help where she can. It took her well over an hour, several phone calls & a lot of calm persistence to fix a problem created by my Medical Cannabis prescriber. He screwed me over, made an unbelievable mess & she cleaned it all up. She didn't have to do any of it but really helped me out.

Wide range of products but the quality is mediocre. Nothing about this place stands out. The representative helping me was inexperienced and easily irritated after I asked a second question. Customers should be able to ask about their medicine, especially if they're not as experienced with medical cannabis.

This weekend had a bizarre experience with the super unkind and condensing staff. Wish I could give them zero stars. If you care about customer service and basic compassion stay away (and know it's cash only unless you want to use their in house payment method which is not compatible with many banks and which they won't tell you about in advance even if you literally ask.) the store manager tried to intercede at the end but it was to little to late. Note to Chip: Staff should not make fun of folks to their face. I repeat at least wait z5 minutes for folks to leave before rolling your eyes and laughing. I'm still in shock by how cruel they were. And robert repeatedly saying "cash is king" was bizarre. It's 2021, find a way to express that without sounding like a creepy robber baron. You have tons of options in nyc, literally go anywhere else. Do not support a hateful business that treats customers with so little respect. I've never written to a corporate parent but I think Robert & co and the abusive way they spoke to me leaves me with no other choice.

My one and only visit to Columbia Care was fine. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently and, I believe, correctly. I purchased a disposable vape with 50 doses for $35. Just before I handed them the money I was told that the battery in the vape was only good for 2-3 weeks. Obviously the staff has been told to warn customers that the vape is third rate. I wish they would sell a better product.

This place is so expensive that it doesn't make sense!   I brought a vape cartridge for about 70.00 and it wasn't even a half a gram.  I brought it on Thursday night...it as gone Saturday morning!  I didn't even use it much...maybe only three times a day on Friday and the same for Saturday!  Citiva's Cartridge is a half a gram and lasts for at least five days!  Don't buy from Columbia Care...they are only interested in making over charged, addicted Zombies!UPDATE:   Chip...Your product is good, however...there is not enough product in the cartridge to justify the price ($70.00 for way less than a half a gram.  Plus...The cartridge will last you only two days if that)!  What will happen is you get addicted to their product (because it is good) and you will start running back and forth  every two days to support your expensive, now needed, vape habit!  You'll probably start selling your rent money, robbing Peter to pay Paul, etc...etc!  This is like buying liquid Crack...don't do it!!!!!  If the amount of product was more substantial, then this would be a great product!  Why would I buy an half used vape cartridge for $75.00? (That's what it looked like when I purchased it!).

I felt very welcomed by the staff at Columbia care when I visited their store. Crystal Zhuo took care of me during my visit and helped me discover different options to treat my pain. She guided  me on finding the right ratio of CBD:THC I needed to help me. She also gave me detailed information of the strains they had available and even answered some random questions i had about the turpene profile of the flower.  Their store has a good variety of products and I even noticed that they receive new strains and products regularly online. I felt their products were decent in value and they were pretty effective too. I highly recommend their disposable vapes as they are very convenient and the effect is intense as well as immediate. I would definately recommend this place to anyone who wants a personal experience at a dispensary with quality products.

Had an amazing experience at Columbia Care. I had actually never visited a dispensary in-person and was blown away. It reminded me of an apothecary than a traditional doctors office or worse if you've visited any dispensaries in Vegas with armed guards, etc.They were running a discount for new customers and also a buy one get X% off and walked out with a great THC cream for my wrists (too much damn typing) and a couple other products. The on-site pharmacist was really helpful and guided me through the process.If you're in the area and stop by, it'll be the most pleasant part of your day.P.S. and all of their CBD products are tested in their lab so you can be assured that the amount of CBD they claim is in the bottle is actually there.

Good products. High prices for the small amounts that you get. Only good thing for me is that it's walking distance

Seemed really nice for first order, I called and wanted to speak with the pharmacist but was told no.  The person was short when I asked a question and annoyed.  That's all we can do.  When the delivery was scheduled they called with a time frame and I asked if I could have my mom take delivery. She said no, which I understand. I then asked to change the time and was told if I change anything, there is a 20 dollar cancellation fee. I asked for a manager since I wasn't cancelling and someone got in and just said it's corporate policy.  Not nice customer service at all.  Going elsewhere.

Great store, great staff, and the weed is very good. I would recommend if you have a medical card and live in brooklyn.

I've visited the location in Manhattan a few times and  I like using their 1:1 topical lotion. Its a little pricey, but it works. The consistency is thin and doesn't make you feel greasy (relieves moderate pain and muscle spasms). This location invited all current patients for a CBD tasting and yoga class (such a nice idea, right?).  I arrived early in order to check out the space and compare what items with the Manhattan location.Here, the space is totally different than its sister location, in a good way.  Standards were definitely intact, the staff was just friendly and the products were the same,, but the space itself is beautiful! High ceilings, modern minimalist decor..... a definite cool Brooklyn vibe, yet it was still comfortable.  The calming music set the perfect atmosphere for relief. As for the event, it went very smoothly.  The yoga instructor was fantastic and all of the cbd products we sampled from the vendor were nice. Thank you Chip and Robert! Hopefully this will be a regular program for your patients.

Such a great place.

Don't ask them questions about products unless you don't want an answer or you want to see their head explode. Please don't get high before you work. I arrived at 9:58am, 2 minutes before they opened, and was made to wait outside in the heat because the computers didn't boot up until 10am. Walked in at 10am to air conditioning and seating that had been there 2 minutes before. They let me walk out the door with out purchasing what I had intended because they couldn't tell me how to use it. Zero stars.

The flower here is horrible. They charge the highest prices I’ve ever seen for a product that is super super dry. It seems like they have a quality control issue - like they will still sell you flower that has been sitting on the shelf for wayyyy too long. It’s pure shake at premium prices. I brought the issue up with the staff and they said that is how all of the flower in NY will be because of regulations. That is untrue - I have been to Verilife in the Bronx and never gotten a pile of dust like I have at Columbia Care. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want to enjoy your smoking experience.
