Placed an on-line order yesterday with Sanctuary-Brookline, and picked it up a few hours later.    When I opened the packet a few hours later, I found the contents were not what I wanted, and not anything I could use.   Went back to Sanctuary today, and was encouraged by very prompt and friendly treatment.  They looked up the order, and found that I had ordered the wrong item.  Even though I had opened the packet, they exchanged it for the correct item,  and refunded the difference in price.  Seems to be a well run, customer friendly operation.

Multiple reviews on here conclude the horrible customer service by the unfriendly man checking ID's. Sanctuary needs to take a step back and realize that the first impression when you walk through the door speaks volumes for a company, especially in the Cannabis industry. This rude and objectively trivial individual is creating a bad experience for the community and needs to be addressed ASAP. Til then I'll bring my business elsewhere and advise all to do the same. Truly upsetting..

I am frequent customer of dispensaries especially Sanctuary but today was the last day I will going there. The cannabis industry is about the experience and atmosphere you create for the customer, and sadly, we experienced terrible customer service here. The security guard was so rude and dismissive of us, it was insulting. We are valuable customer, and we deserve to be treated respectfully. Truly terrible. I have never been treated so poorly in the cannabis/customer service industry.We didn't know we had to order online, we got there and the security guard was rude from the jump. All we said was "Oh, sorry, we'll order online, but we walked in last time" He goes " No you didn't, that never happened." We were like "What?" He was said "No, that never happened, not here." Sir, how are you going to tell me what happened? Then he proceeded to bicker with us and open the door for us to leave. We just got in our car and immediately took our business to Berkshire Roots, where we have NEVER had a bad experience. The security and staff are so kind and helpful. I would urge you to put your money towards a business that cares for, value, and respect their customers. I recently stayed near Boston for almost a week and used Sanctuary's online order to pickup several times during my stay. I had great experiences every time, the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The process was quick and easy and the products were impressive! I tried the flower, space dust, edibles, and tincture and was very happy with all of my purchases! I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

THIS PLACE FUCKING SUCKS. I buy cannabis with my out of state expired license ( October 21st) and I'm ALWAYS fine. Because the GOVERNMENT EXTENDED IT FOR 90 extra days due to COVID. But this place said ' no the deadline was October 1st.' HOW can that be possible if I showed them the PROOF that they are wrong? This place is unprofessional and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Tried this dispensary because I didn't want to drive to my favorite one and this one is walking distance to my house. They have very slim pickings which, to me, is very odd in the cannabis industry. I didn't like that I had to order online just to enter but  it; it's still a pandemic going on and they have to limit who all is in their store. The reason I gave 1 star is because of their charging process. I am used to paying with my debit card at the dispensary but I've never been charged a withdrawal fee; this is because Sanctuary's system essentially tells the bank you're making a withdrawal, not a purchase. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially since they do not advise their customers that this is their policy/process. I will not be returning here

Great service easy site and pick up options plus great products.My boyfriend and I are repeat customers. We first came when their pick up and such was more limited due to covid but their ordering system online is super quick and easy to use. They have the order ready often times in minutes. Security check is consistent the ask for ID about 3 times from one section to the next before you get to a cashier. Prices are manageable there is a variety in options, sizes, amounts, items for using etc. and the products have always left us satisfied.

Really nervous going in. Kinda freaking out but the staff was amazing. Gio helped me out and he was great. Made me feel so much better about my choices and helped me understand things I didn’t. So thanks!! Meant a lot that he was patient with me. Great service will be going back.

Great simple not too busy place to go for some of the best and potent flower in the area. The customer service is always awesome and it all starts with the amazing greeter Olivia! She seems to always have a great attitude and smile on her face when anyone walks in the door. Her vibe is super cool. Thank you.
