I went today for the first time and accidentally confused myself about the pick up process until I already made the ride out. I spoke to Kim on the phone, as well as two of the security members outside. Each of them made me feel so much better about my mistake and I was assisted promptly. The product is great so far as well. I will absolutely be recommending to anyone who will listen!
Overall pleasant staff, but cost is a major issue, especially on the medical side. Hard to justify $50 for an eighth when quality ranges from average-good. $55 for an eight just bc it's a new strain is horrendous. Pretty clear they care more about bottom line than providing for the medical community Edit: So the strain prices are creeping up even more, with more options available at $55, and newer ones at $60. Incredible disappointing.
I would say this is probably the dispensary that is most like conducting business at any reputable business. Professional and knowledgeable staff that can help you determine which products are best for you. The convenient location and speedy yet friendly service makes it a quick stop and your out the door with appropriate products for your needs/desires. Prices are average compare to other dispensaries in eastern MA. Have not been disappointed and would certainly recommend for both recreational customers and medical patients.
Great peeps in their prices are too steep with taxes. Top grade stuff. Fast efficient and best pay cash for the 3 dollar atm charge and if your bank charges too that's extra 6 bucks add on
It's a dispensary, it's dank. Long waits if you don't reserve ahead online. Edit:. I am reducing my overall rating from 4/5 to 2/5 because of the joke they call customer service. No one picks up the phone there, and the voicemail is completely full. You'd think that they would empty their voicemail or pick up the phone during their working hours. Other than that, their website to reserve ahead (the only way to place an order at this time) consistently fails to allow you to order. When emailing their support, you will not get a response until days later telling you to use the website again. Beyond these two major issues, I have also noticed an increasing amount of seeds and stems in their product. Reducing the overall quality and weight of what you are purchasing. At this point in time I cannot recommend spending your money here. Just buy weed illegally, you'll pay less, get it sooner, and get the same quality stuff.
