First and only dispensary I've been to in Oregon. The first time experience was enough to have me coming back for two years now. The staff is friendly, and patient. They will answer any questions, and try to match you up with whatever you're looking for. The store is very clean and all products are on display.

West coast is by far the best in town! And I always know there’s a smile under those mask! Best Customer service ever

Went in as a secret shopper & the sales associate was very snooty throughout the entire interaction except for the initial hello, & then proceeded to make up OLCC regulations just to be difficult & unnecessary. Their billboard claims to have the best prices in town, they infact: do not.

Rude and Overpriced Waited in a short line for a long time to be treated very disrespectfully. I don't mind the high prices (highest we've found in town locally) but these ladies did not seem to be enjoying this opportunity. Very condescending. Most of the flower was older and smelled like hay. We went with the dealers choice on a Cartridge. Avitis is good but we will not be buying from here again.
