I called to find out why there was a price jump from the one time I went to the second they couldn't be bothered to answer a single question on the phone, they wanted me to drive past many Cannabis stores 20 miles round trip just ask them a question about their punch card system. I have one and have been in there several times and I still don't know what the punch card will do for me. How many grams are we required to buy for 1 punch? I'm not going to drive that far just to answer a question. Worst customer service I have ever come across.

coming from a few hours away and never been to this dispensary before so i was stoked to go in and see what they have. but unfortunately i forgot my mask at home in a hurry so i figured i would just buy one at the first places me and my husband stopped. went inside and asked if they had masks and the front desk lady very rudely said no and that it's not there job to provide mask to the public and i can't be in there without one, so i said of course and my husband waited outside and i used his mask. her attitude totally ruined my experience and i didnt even want to look around i just ask for a joint and left.Everyone who still has a job during these times are dealing with the mask situation, even myself i work in a place where no mask means no entry, and people forget or misplace there masks all the time it doesn't give me a right to be rude to them, and the owners response to these reviews is lame only standing up for there business, apologizing for what happens but then also giving the bad experience an excuse as to why ,so it's ok.

State line has an awesome choice of flower & other herbal needs, and the people are very nice and very knowledgeable in their field

This has always been my favorite store. Sunday I went in to purchase a 1/4 ounce of weed. I knew it looked short so I weighed it at home in crescent city and it was 2 1/2 grams short (the weight of the container). Called store and Moon said I needed to talk to manager (sarah). Sarah said to come back in and they would take care of it. When I got there Sarah said they can't give away free weed. I said I already paid for it and she refused to make it right with me after me traveling twice from crescent city. This was all over only 15 dollars worth of weed. That's how much she respects her customers. Update: Thank you Mike. Mike is one of the owners and he bent over backwards to make things right with me. I will continue to patronize their store. He has renewed my trust in Stateline and I now give them 5 stars.
