Olivia and the other folks at the counter were so informative and kind with my 79 year old mom, who wanted something to help with the pain in her leg that wouldn't make her too woosy, and didn't know what her options were.  She was just great, very knowledgeable and also very kind.  Have a Heart is true to its' name!

Great store with friendly staff and a wide selection of weed, plus edibles, cannabis oil, etc.

This place is great!! Very helpful staff and a great assortment of products! There is plenty of parking and they have tons of daily specials.

Still only one star, and NO response from these folks. Here's an update:If you look at Vuber's products online, you'll learn that my battery unit is for low viscosity oils.  That's the reason Have a Heart's own oils didn't work with my Vuber.  Did Kay or anyone else bother to know this or have enough product knowledge to not sell me two incompatible products? NO.  If you read my reviews, maybe your staff will now know not to sell some other rube these two items so they can return home duped by unknowledgeable sales staff.  Better for your business, right???  It's all about selling your customers something that lives up to expectation.  How did I learn this?  Since I now own two useless pieces of Have a Heart's inventory, I gifted the oils to a pal who owns a different battery.  Presto.  The oils worked great, tasted good, etc.  That was a good freebee for my pal, but still makes me a cheated customer.  To get repeat business, know your product and not just dupe people with your 'it's all good vibe.'  Next visit to Bothell, I'll be going to another dispensary nearby where the staff actually knows what they're selling.  Peace out.

This spot fell off, ok prices, but staff is wack. No thanks, I'll buy the same weed elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, well stocked, and reasonable prices. I LOVE THIS STORE! It was my first time there this weekend - and they offer a first time discount. Will be back soon.

Came here today for the sale. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and was helped right away. I was in I was out and on with my life.

I've written 5 star reviews of this dispensary in the past. I've constantly told family members and friends to go there and they did. Ive been spending thousands upon thousands of dollars at this dispensary for multiple years, so this is why I'm so upset because this business used to be a 5 star establishment. But this is not a review talking about the positives because of the negative experience I had today. I went in for there sale today, I bought $123.00 worth of products. The women helping me at the counter was brunette wearing a ponytail and spandex pants, who loves to call grown ass adult women girlfriends and because of her reputation. She kept calling me girlfriend when she was talking to me, while also ignoring me and smirking which I thought was really weird at the time and still do but now it makes sense to me. I've been a long time consistent repeat customer. I tip every time almost because I come in so often and have had some really good experiences there. A few people were  in line behind me, and I don't do well in crowds. So I was trying to rush to get out the door while she was taking her time. I gave her $140.00 she took my money gave me change and my reciept and I left. When I got right outside the door I looked down to count my change when I realized she had only given me $6.00! I swiftly went back into the store and went up to the counter and told her she had given me the wrong change and that I would like my money back. When I told her she had only given me six dollars back her face got all disappointed and then she looked up at me, I explained I wanted my money back and that I needed $10.00 more. She then pulled out ten dollars super fast and gave it to me, all huffy. That's what made me then realize that she knew she hadn't given me the right amount of change and that she was trying to steal my money, and  handed me ten dollars. Why I believe that is how she acted towards me, with a lack of respect, but also she didn't ask to see my receipt which I had folded up in my hand with my change. I was sure that she was going to see my change and receipt but she never did. I'm glad she gave me my money back with out hassling me but it shouldn't of happened. & I get it accidents happen but the way she acted, her body language, and attitude. Also when I gave her my $140.00 she said it out loud and then said here's $16.00 back. So she purposely told me the wrong amount of change given back as well. I've never experienced that here most people who work here are knowledgeable and are helpful. As a person with a medical condition who needs this medicine, I want to be treated with kindness, and respect. Also when I spend my money with a company so often and tip I'm paying for a positive experience.  I don't want to feel like I'm being taken advantage of and stolen from like how I did today. I really hope some how this can be made right.... & that the manager will keep a look out for stealing and theft & will give better training on how to talk to customers.

I don't live as close as I do to a couple of great Dispensaries by my home, A Greener Today & Herbal Nation in Bothell, but HAHB ALWAYS has what I'm looking for and can't find elsewhere..HIGH CBD, LOW THC strains..a great variety as well. Thank you Have a Heart!

Decent prices, kind employees, great products. It's always a quick easy in and out whenever I stop in.

I have been to this location a few times. The first two visits were fine, nothing to write home about. They had weed, I wanted some, I bought some. The reason I am writing this review today is because I visited this location last week and the business was "practicing social distancing" due to the risk of COVID-19. The door man insisted all patrons stay 6 feet apart. That is perfectly reasonable and super important.What was not reasonable was the doorman's continuous attitude, yelling at the customers, and the fact that he himself, nor the entire staff, DID NOT PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. The doorman took my ID and got within 1-2 feet of me twice. When I was inside he insisted that I step up closely to the counter, which forced me to stand about 1.5 feet away from the gal at the cash wrap. I told him I was not comfortable getting that close. He responded by mansplaining about not being too close to the person standing 6ft behind me in line and that they disinfected the counter so "it's fine." Well, how about making me get about 1 foot away from the staff on the other side?? Are the pot employees immune to contracting and spreading an infectious disease because of all the weed they smoke?? Am I missing something? Furthermore, the weed was super dry and they clearly did not take pride in their product's display. The doorman not only insisted on bragging that their location is doing about $30,000 in sales per day, but that they have not re-stocked the display in weeks. All the while, maintaining a distance of about 1-2 feet from the customers during a state wide 6 feet social distancing standard due to COVI-D-19. The staff at this location is coming face to face with hundreds of customers every day. I was so uncomfortable at how close the staff was to it's customers'. This dispensary is minutes from my house, however, I now plan to drive 10-15 extra to bring my business elsewhere.

So they took down my review this place false advertise and sells .004 dime bags that's false advertisement and against the law I want the have a heart owner to contact me right now on this issue. Rachel and short long hair dude are extremely violated my rights and need to be fired if you have any deceny you lost 20000 a year from me fix it have a heart owner than you if you want my service. I spend 20000 a year only top shelf bud and I have never been treated so god damn poorly in my life. I want an answer from the have a heart owner at once if they are firing these two employees because they are losing you serious money and I'm a business man if you care about business and money they will be fired ASAP. You as a have a heart owner need to weigh out every single bag when you recover it because that's shoddy business and illegal and it is illegal to take this review down when everything I said is true. This review will stay on here or you will be hearing from me. This store falses advertises and nobody should come here if you want to be screwed. So have a heart owner contact me right now if you don't want bad reviews on your shoddy business

Carvel Lloyd is the man! He always helps me out with whatever I need and always is super nice. You keep rockin it CARVEL! I have never had a bad experience here. I look forward to see my have a heart buds!

First time in awhile, not Have a heart anymore. Partners split. Super convenient location. Very nice service ?

Unfortunately everything changed except employees when they switched ownership. I have fully stopped going here. Super bummed Have a heart is gone.

Great store! They always have what you need and if you don't know what you need they have answers about what you should get. Owners are awesome employees are even better!

They have a great selection, friendly staff and have taken excellent steps for virus prevention
