Honestly The Worse Service & Return Policy Ever Established. The Dispensary Wouldnt Let Me Exchange Or Return My Vape Cart & When I Asked If I Could Look At The Vape Cart Before Purchasing They Told Me I Couldnt Do It Unless I Purchased It. Mind You I Wanted To See It So The Same Thing Wouldnt Happen. Also When I Asked Which Vape Was Most Golden Colored They Specifically Said They Were All Like That, Didnt Care To Help Find A Proper One For My Liking. This Dispensary Definitely Doesn't Care About There Patients & Absolutely Doesn't Offer Any Good Products For Patients.

To all the returning customers I'm sure you can agree with me that the products are great quality and the prices and deals are great as well. To new customers, I'm sure you've all heard about the waiting. It can be up to 30 min or more sometimes which is not very pleasant. However, don't blame the workers so much or business. The people who come in usually have no idea what they want and take a while. The only reason this place is getting 4 stars instead of 5 from me is this issue with having the right labor and scheduling. Having two bud tenders on a Friday is likely to cause some back ups. Being open only 4 days a week doesn't help either. I will continue to use Rise as they always come through with great products and are always very nice to customers.

Dont let the other comments lead you wrong, RISE is a clean, fast paced, good quality cannabis store that really takes customer service to another level. While some people were complaining about the waiting system go anywhere else and your waiting double what you would here. I also saw a complaint about the dispensary not accepting old carts in exchange for new ones, hate to break it to you but NO ONE in florida does that unless the problem is found at the time of purchase so those people need to check there state laws and local store policies cause they are wrong, rise is a great store.

Excellent customer service. Bud-tenders are friendly and super efficient.  This is by far one of the best places to visit.

I absolutely love this place! The people, the atmosphere, the products!!! It's all awesome!! I live about a half hour away in Ft. Myers but it's so worth the drive.

The dopest!! I love the staff and the wide variety of products. Prices are fair for great quality meds. The flower is always fresh n not ashy.

The best dispensary i have ever been too. Our regular. We go twice a week atleast and the staff is always friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Very relaxed and laid back. The selection and deals are excellent and the staff make you feel like family.

Rise is my favorite dispensary. The staff is so very kind & helpful. They care enough to get to know the costumers & actually have conversations with them. Very relaxing, comfortable setting inside both waiting room & back room. They let me bring my little puppy in. He played & they had a huge jug of treats. They also had a water bowl down which I'm guessing is for other animals that may come in. These guys are ? awesome for real. Go check them out if you haven't yet.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing, chill atmosphere and great product with a great range of variety and prices! Always making sure the customers are comfortable and going above and beyond to make us smile. PLUS they're dog friendly!!! I only have good things to say about this place and the wonderful people that work there ❤️
