Out of product again. They never have anything in stock. They call you and say they just got a shipment but when you show up it's already gone. Obviously they don't order enough to fill their shelves. They don't have an adequate Supply for patients to be able to go in and get anything. The only kind of Vape they have is flavored like bubblegum or sour apple or blueberry or some crap like that. I am not interested in flavored Vapes. If I was I would probably be going to a nicotine Vape. That is not why I am there. I am a cancer patient and I need a good product to help me with my nausea and pain. To me this store seems totally unprepared, and unaware of what the customers want. I am looking for organically-grown pesticide-free concentrates. Nothing with funky flavors. I have not an 8 year old kid going to the dime store for candy. This was my third a bad experience at their store. The first time they sold me a bunch of pre-filled vape pens and they did not tell me that cotton candy was flavored like cotton candy. I thought it was a strain. My fault for not being better educated but they also did not educate me while I was there. If they told me it was flavored I would never have bought it. On my second visit I was told that they did not have the product that I was looking for but it should be delivered within the next few days. I got a call yesterday saying that the product was in stock and when I went there this morning an hour after they open, it was already sold out. Like I said, obviously they don't know how much to order or how to keep an inventory so the people can satisfy their needs. I gave them another chance since it was the closest dispensary to my house, but I won't be going back. Good luck to you in the future, I'm sure there are plenty of people who are looking for the type of product you sell, but for serious users that need additional help, this place is not the place to go. I would not recommend this place to my friends. If you know someone you don't like, send them there.

Kailie, Alissa & Britney are amazing!! Amazing place with tons of educational opportunities. These girls have taught me so much every time I come in for my prescription. Service with a smile, charisma and great attitude. Curaleaf is amazing but these three ladies make this establishment what it is. Thanks ladies

New, clean and professional-looking space with product displays cases, schwag (shirts and alike) and gratefully, a location on the Collier border.  Disappointing full THC inventory though (in my experiences CL has a hard time meeting demand, especially during BOGO 50% off promos).  To that comment, I stopped in randomly in hopes of cashing in on a super bowl promo only to discover they only had ratio (CBD/THC) products in stock.  The rep was kind enough to sense my silent disappointment and suggested I call back in a few days as they were expecting a delivery.  I called as suggested and was advised by a lovely person named Brittany that by Friday they would be expecting a few deliveries (specific dates aren't disclosed for security concerns).  A day later Brittany called me (without my request!) to tell me that the Bonita location had the products I was after and that she would take my order over the phone to hold for pickup.  I was blown away.  Full disclosure, I find CLs vapes a harsh and cough-inducing, but effective and Brittany and the professional staff at Bonita deserve high praise for their cannabis-stigma-defying customer service efforts.  Also, CLs went 2.0 on their branding and vape battery (looks good, better battery/pen), but bummed they didn't implement a means to differentiate between Sativa, hybrid, Indica cartridges.

Good selection and great service. As with all Fl dispensaries it is a good idea to ask about any possible discounts. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I've been working my way down the list of dispensaries in the area and Curaleaf is by far the best one I have shopped at. The staff are friendly, service is FAST unlike the others and they have a rewards program, also something I haven't seen elsewhere. I love this place!

I met Brittany at Curaleaf. She has helped me try to work through the meds! All the crew is great there!

Friendly staff - very professional, modern decor. Small selection due to regulations, but they work for now. The new mints are great. Had a defective item and it was replaced. Florida in general has a shortage...so you can't exactly stay loyal to one. I go here first. Never any long waiting times.

I have always had such a great experience at thr ft myers location....but here the lady at the front desk has ruined my experience 3 times before it even began.she is the ruddest person ive ever seen in ANY DISPENSARY.! She makes u feel very unwelcomed and talks.to u like.your stupid...amd its everytime! Its completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

I have been to this location 3 times the staff  do a fabulous job everyone that works here seems to be very well informed on all there products.I will continue to use them for my medication The new live resin vape pens are worth the extra cost.

I'd rate 5 stars for the staff. 2 1/2-3 stars on pricing.  I can get an ounce of better bud on the streets for $225.  Curaleaf, it's $380.  Most of us with a medical marijuana card are on social security disability and on a very tight budget.   The vapes they have there are good, I'd pass on the "loose flower" as they call it and find yourselves a dealer on the street.

Great products.Staff was informative and polite.Very organized and many great selections ofdifferent products found here.Shop there early when they open in the AM to avoid a wait.It can get busy thereWill return and I am already a repeat client.

Today was my first time visiting Curaleaf, I have tried other dispensaries in the area, and let me begin by saying that this place has taken customer service and product level to the next level. Harry my Budtender will probably be the only dispensary employee I will ever go to from now on. The difference with him versus Curaleaf's competition is astronomical. First, they are knowledgeable on what is and isn't in stock. Whenever I ask Harry a question he did not make me feel like I was an idiot unlike all pass experiences with other places. When I wasn't sure which product to choose he would ask me what I was looking for and gave me factual data explaining why one product was better then another. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy more then what I needed. If you want a experience that is not only comfortable but exceptional then I strongly encourage you to visit my Budtender Harry at the Curaleaf in Bonita Springs... I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed!!

I went into Curaleaf last night and I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience that I had! In particular Alyssa, Stefan, and Valentine did an amazing job. Not only did they have great product knowledge but their level of customer service is far better than any other dispensary I have ever been to. There is something really special about those three as they truly make you feel good about yourself and your medicine with all of their positive vibes and knowledge. They were quick to greet me with a big smile and make me feel right at home. I was given amazing advice on the products and to tell you the truth I really couldn't be happier with what I took home. KEEP IT UP YOU THREE YOU GUYS DESERVE AN AWARD FOR BEING AMAZING!!! #MuchLove

Don't waste your time here! My husband is a combat veteran and needs his cannabis in order to stay off the crap the VA throws at him. We placed an order several days ago for delivery. Called three times and never get a return call. Finally, got someone to answer today and they said his order was still there in the store. So we attempt to go there to pick it up (bad idea for two disabled folks during covid) but then there's a knock on the door. Surprise! It's curaleaf! Wtf? Ok thanks. Not sure we'll be rushing back to give you our money again. Heads up, Curaleaf... there are some of us that use your products as MEDICINE. NOT JUST FOLKS LOOKING FOR A BUZZ.

This is 100% my favorite dispensary in Southwest Florida! It's the farthest away from my house but I go there the most. They have amazing deals and Dylan help me last night with an online purchase and was very helpful. I wish I could give him a tip! Thank you for everything keep up the good work!

This is the worst dispensary in the area...I am visually impaired, have bipolar and PTSD.i ordered online for delivery and was supposed to wait a few days for delivery. They sold my products to people shopping inn  the store and canceled my delivery. I had to call when my delivery didn't come to find out. So, I placed another order and I was sleeping. They had an incorrect phone # , even though I had given them my # several times. So they left. When I called them, they said it would be another week. I was having a breakdown at that point. Previously, I called to add something to my order and they cancelled it instead it's like they don't realize we are medical patients and don't take it seriously.

this store is the best!! delivery same day.no charge no.minimum..great friendly people..great products..used to go to biggest one .but poor service now..you wont b disappointed here!!!!

I've been to pretty much every shop in town and frequent them pretty regularly, I rarely come to this location just because I live in San Carlos park. Im typically at the other location in Ft Myers, but I have never had a issue getting into the system to be brought inside to make my purchase.A sole member went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, Aja. She brought me aside, helped me with my order and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was given a little hassle for me not being able to be found in the system, but brushed it off and handled the unnecessary confrontation that happened. The other worker made me feel very uncomfortable, like I wasn't legitimately up to date with my card or trying to sneak in. Later to joke about it because I was found in some void where some customers files get found, I just want to give another kudos for AJa being able to handle this confrontation very maturely while making me feel welcome and taking care of my order. Also making me aware of their awesome deals they had that particular day, I will definitely recommend coming to this store. Product is top quality, as long as Aja's there she'll take good care of ya!

I can honestly say that today I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, what a knowledgeable team! They made the wait seem like nothing. My complements to the staff and the management team you all are doing an amazing job!

This was The third dispensary I've ever been to, And it was the best experience I've ever had. THANKS STORE!!! Let me tell you about Vinson, He's knowledgeable, outgoing, He's got a popin personality, And he grabs your attention real quick. He let me know everything he was doing He made me feel apart of what was happening. He made the experience for me. BIG shout out to my bro VINSON!!! Thanks bro!!!

First time here had a online order I was informed was ready to pick up however when I got there two walk ins who came in after me were taken back first. Only about 10 minutes of waiting and to my delight my order was corrected for a buy 3 get 2 offer. The reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is because this poor employee dealing with what seemed to be a difficult pt was at the front check in counter as we customers were checking in... Just doesn't look good especially when this location seemed to be plenty staffed or this conversation should have been taken to the back. Overall pleasant experience and I'll be back for sure.

Since I been there the people are always still genuinely very friendly and nice. I like there flower strains. The one thing i would like to be able to do is grab something extra when i have a pickup order. Other than that Great place to go! "To owner I tried the email and it didn't work" Thanks anyways. I want to say Matthew is a Friendly and good salesman.

Left a lovely 5 star review about 6 months ago. That is now changing to a 2 star. Currently I am very sick and am on bed rest. So to be respectful of others I did a "curbside pickup" at this location. I was put on hold for over 25 minutes before someone even took my name. I watched every single car pull into their parking lot and leave before my name was even taken. If you can't handle curbside pickup than don't do it. I waited over 30 minutes before I was finally seen. Given every generic excuse in the book. This is how you treat your patients? This should be a 1 star review. At one point I literally walked inside still on the phone. Someone behind the counter saw me and finally picked up the phone. I truly believe I would've been there all day if I didn't walk in. Yes I had to walk in sick and contagious just to get my name taken.
