I've shopped here four times. In those 4 times, they have been out of stock of 6 items. Looking forward to a certain product advertised on their site, only to arrive and be told my first and second choices are no longer available. I will continue to go there due to convenience of distance. The hours of operation posted on google maps and google are wrong, which also posed issues for me. Hopefully in time, the operation will be managed more effectively.

Helpful knowledgeable professional and friendly staff. Nice surroundings. My Only issue is once you find a product that works They never seem to have it in stock anymore. Or it gets discontinued. Don't know if that has anything to do with the store itself, that's my only complaint otherwise it's all good

Great experience! Friendly and helpful staff.  Great consult with the doctor, who was very thorough.  Love the security and beautiful building.

This is a very clean, professional, and well-run establishment.  They have a good variety of products and the staff is always friendly and eager to answer questions and make recommendations.  They really make a first time patient feel at ease. Also the building is very charming and has ample parking in their own lot. I highly recommend this dispensary.

Ordered a cart at 3pm. Got to the dispensary 10 mins before closing and they rejected me bc I didn't get a confirmation message or email about my order and told me I was unable to get my medicine because I was supposed to put the order in 10 minutes earlier and now I drove 50 minutes here for nothing, def not coming back to KCR because of this. thanks for the great experience. Coronavirus is a big deal but it's really not something you decline a patient access to medicine for. Great experience here. Very clean. The curbside pickup is a little tough during covid but I understand it's chaotic given the circumstances.

Only been to the Hamilton rd/Allentown officeAbsolutely awesome staff.   Kathryn, Matt and the two Anthony R's are all excellent to work with and really try and help.    I am a disabled vet that had a penetrating head wound so when I look at the inventory online or on the paper at the store I get very overwhelmed.   So I have explained my pain and physical issues with them and they have helped me get relief

KCR is the best. Hands down. I've made it a bit of a hobby to visit all the dispensaries between my work and my home. There are quite a few. KCR has risen to the top every time. They have met or exceeded my expectations at every turn. The knowledgeable staff and the great sales make KCR tip top in my book. I have reviewed KCR on a few other platforms over the last year or so. Still the best at every turn. Check them out. You'll be a believer too.

Ever improving. Expanded selection of brands and has a consistent supply of high thc percentages.

Among the more reasonably priced dispensaries, but service leaves something lacking. Initially went explaining I was new to this, with no idea of the types of medication. Was handed off to a youth who seemed more intent to hurry me out than answer my questions. Wrote an email about my poor experience, asking for help, no response. Went back this year asking for help, and was told they have counseling by appointment. Maybe respond to your emails before I drive an hour, or tell me that first time a visit. No further help or answered offered at that time.

Today was my first time here. The lady at the front who took my information was very polite and swift. I was back and choosing my strains within 5 minutes of handing in my new patient registration. The sales person was also very polite and picked out 2 strains for me based on my interests. I do this a lot. I like to try new strains. The prices were some of the best. Concentrates at low as 35-40g which is a very good price, almost level with what the street price would be (pre legalization of course). I will certainly be returning. I recommend these guys as well as Beyond Hello, but I did have a much quicker transaction experience here at Keystone.
