I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Beyond / Hello. Kind and mindful staff, great selections, and they always seem to be running a promotion. I’ve found that a lot of dispensaries seem have this low-key undercurrent of acting like a corner dealer who has paid the cops to look the other way, and that’s a kind of icky way to paint and treat the patients paying them for medication. B/H Bethlehem constantly seem to be on top of their stuff in an industry that’s developing products exponentially quicker than the access to information to parse the benefits and risks of each item. B/H employees are a wealth of insight and seem happy to share it, where by comparison, I have been on the receiving end of literal eyerolls after asking for a comparison of two products at another local company. Overall, I’ve found constant great customer service at B/H, along with a comfortable waiting room setup, and fantastic accessibility options like their website and curbside pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to direct people to their business for anything that pertains to navigating through the fog of the both incredibly necessary and healing, but increasingly problematic PA MMJ industry. Shout out to Tim, who recommended a salve (that I wouldn’t have chosen myself) that cooled off my arthritic pain in under 20 minutes. Thanks dude.?

Best dispensary I have been to. The prices are competitive with other dispensaries. The staff really knows there stuff and can help with any questions I have. If they don't know something they always have a pharmacist on staff who does. The products are always changing which is awesome to try a bunch of new stuff.

I can’t begin to say how happy I am with this store. The staff is always extremely happy and pleasant to work with. The store is impeccable and clean always and the products are top quality. Selection is more than ample. They even offer curbside pickup. I am trying to think of anything negative in my experience with this store and can not come up with anything. Would have given a sixth star if possible. If you all at Beyond/Hello read this all I can say is keep doing what you’re doing!

What can I say? Beyond is a great dispensary. They have some great sales and an amazing rewards program. I also use the location In a West Chester, Pa. Both locations have served me with quick knowledgeable service at competitive price points. One thing though, I use the West Chester location mostly. It’s sometimes a long wait. But they do have free WiFi so it’s not that bad. parking lot is a bit tight too. All in all check out beyond. See what you think!
