Super cool place! Staff is friendly and prices are awesome!

Substance Empire is now officially my favorite dispo in Central Oregon. I used to go to Plantae in Madras and Bend a lot along with Green Knots but discovered this gem. I love that have the member rewards points for each purchase and they're easy to rack up. The employees are always very knowledgeable of the products they sell which I really love because believe it or not I've gone to dispo's where there are people there that don't smoke and don't know anything about what they're selling and that drives me up a wall. Everyone here is super friendly and their prices can't be beat! I've found full gram carts for my dab pen always on sale for like $15 and they have never been a disappointment always so good. Love this place they are my main squeeze

Does not honor pricing on Dutchie. Long drive and wasted time over their "mistake" they claimed they could not honor the price for "legal reasons" there is nothing illegal about honoring a price with cannabis, I worked in the industry for a long time. 5th Element is the best in town. No offer to sell it at cost or anything else? Just a yeah thats too bad.

Absolutely miss coming to this location, went in there the other day and I see one of my favorite budtenders, Amanda, although everyone who is here are fantastic. They always recommend great stuff, and if you are on a budget you can definitely find some amazing deals. I love Substance! I will always send people to anyone of the locations.

My favorite dispensary, I started smoking a few years ago to help with my PTSD and getting sick daily from a past ED. and some people at different shops were rude to me when asking questions or trying to figure out what I might like more. But y’all are always SUPER nice and help me and don’t talk down to me when I ask something and I more then appreciate it, thank you from all of my heart for being helpful and nice and sweet. It makes me less scared to go inside and talk to anyone. Y’all are the best! Everyone who helps me is so nice so I’m thankful to everyone :)
