My first visit to a legal dispensary. Excellent staff experience, many selections of varied flowers and thc products. I enjoy(ed) it there and have been back a few times.

Go see Dylan at the Division store if you want the best dispensary experience you could possibly have!

Update 4.7.21: Stopped in 2 locations today; this one and Empire. While there, I saw a sign addressing medical "discounts". First, it was no surprise to see the no-tax "benefit" of being a medical card holder needing to be explained as not a discount. It's not. We are not required to pay taxes. Not a discount. More importantly, I want to address the ACTUAL discount that Substance generously provides for OMMP cardholders. This is awesome and NOT required. Did you know that some places right here in Central Oregon actually charge medical customers MORE? Yep. It's so they don't have to do math, really, but they are allowed, according to the OLCC, to set prices however they see fit as long as the store pays the taxes on recreational sales. Be thankful; it's easier, and anything else may ruin this blessing for all. Thank you Substance, again, for your generosity. You've Bloomed Well indeed. Original Review: Awesome selection, friendly, helpful staff, more than fair pricing, and takes care of it's medical roots...5 stars! This place started as Bloom Well... I still have one of their original jars they gave us... It has maintained that local feeling and had never forgotten it's medical roots. For this, I now tip my hat in this and the sister store on Empire as my favorite Central Oregon Dispensary. While many other places have moved away from the people that carried them into existence, Substance remains a loyal friend and true... Kudos!

Our little hidden gem, always great experience here. And all locations. I love telling people about this place, everyone who is here are fantastic. They always recommend great stuff, and if you are on a budget you can definitely find some amazing deals. I love Substance!
