I visited Starbuds today for the first time today and I will definitely be back. My budtenders name is Vinny, and he was very knowledgeable and has great energy. He's very friendly and taught me a lot of things I didn't know. I'm excited to go back on my birthday this month to take advantage of their birthday month discount. The place was very busy and the wait time wasn't long. They have a ton of product and a lot of variety too! Definitely check them out!

This Place is Great no need to shop elsewhere. The shop is well stocked with a great variety of products and it's Deli style. They run specials everyday, the prices are very reasonable and they also have a point system with fun incentives. The Staff couldn't be more helpful. Chris was my budtender and his recommendations were spot on !
This is the best dispensary in the state of MD, HIGHLY recommend visiting this place and ask for Yasha...he's AWESOME to work with!!
The Bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Specials and the points always save me money, and my Birthday discount made it really HAPPY!
This place is great. Big rewards for customer loyalty, great specials and the staff is wonderful. Yasha was particularly helpful on my last visit. Highly recommended! ;)
Starbuds is by far... The best dispensary I've visited and will probably be the only one I go to. The staff and manager are A1 and the product is always fresh and not (dried-out) like other places. Also the ability to mix and match is a no-brainer if you ask me. If you're a medicinal cannabis patient and you quality and reasonable pricing... Go to Starbuds and join the rewards program. Thank me later.
Stefan was extremely helpful in explaining what products to buy to help my anxiety. It was my first time ever at a dispensary,Stefan made the entire experience painless.(unlike my other first time). They have a good selection of products and I will definitely be going back again...Thanks Star Buds.
I think I've found my new go-to spot! They have daily specials, decent prices, great quality, and the bud-tenders are awesome. After all the formalities of checking my paperwork, I literally felt like I was visiting an old friend. This was my third time visiting a dispensary and I'm glad I followed my instincts. I'm so sad I can't remember the name of the bud tender that assisted me, but he was AWESOME!!! He was able to steer me in the right direction and had great strain recommendations! We even talked about edible recipes. I definitely recommend visiting.
This has been the best place in Baltimore I've been to so far. Stefen has been a great budtender since I've started going to the store. He's very knowledgeable about just about everything in the store. The fact that they have deals all the time is definitely a plus. I love dollar joint days
This is my place for buds. Awesome deals and awesome rewards program. The Budtenders are the best as well. I last worked with Collin and he helped me find what I needed with the best combination for my budget.
Not really sure why they allow children behind the door but I had to wait outside in waiting room Toddlers we're running around in the back and our teenaged daughter is permitted in the back, even though previously we we're told I was allowed back with my husband. Seems backwards.
I've been to a number of dispensaries and "The Buds" is the best. It's a deli style operation, with Jars and Jars of smell before you buy golden, sticky, hairy deliciousness. You can't touch them, but the smell does it all. Buds, shake, gummies, oil, pre-rolled's, pain relieving CBD creams, all offered to you by a knowledgeable, friendly, very friendly and happy staff! GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't beat these guys around town, between the selection and variety, there isn't another place that you need to shop at. Best part is it's deli style, so you can see and smell what you get before you buy. Plus if you go there enough, the rewards program goes up to a Ford Mustang.
1.75 and 1 gram of flower for 30 dollars! One gram of concentrate for 90 dollars. One gram carts for 100 dollars. $200 dollars Oz's of shake! Some very steep prices. Today one gram of gold is selling at $48 dollars, to put those prices in perspective

I've visited this location at least three times now. Each time I visit it's quick and convenient. And it smells amazing as soon as you walk up to their door! My budtender Alex was super helpful and informative. They let me know what deals were happening that day and of course I ended up buying more than what I originally planned lol. They also have products here that they don't have at all of the other local dispensaries yet, which was a definite plus!
Love this place I see Antonio his vibe is so calming.. I recently started going here and I love it they have the best selection around. If there are any problems with your weed maps order they will do what they can to help. Which is cool a lot of places do not do that! Come check them out!!! Also they do answer the phone if you have any questions.
Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I'd give it no stars if that was an option. I bought a 265$ vaporizer from here, it doesn't work correctly. All it does is get hot and taste terrible, so I took it back. Well, they wouldn't take it back. No returns. This was also literally a week later. I would've gone sooner but I left to go out of town and couldn't do it until today. The owner Megan told me it's their policy to not take returns. I told her that was never explained to me and there was nothing on the receipt that said it was a final sale. -Let me pause right here. Had I been informed that I wouldn't be able to bring it back I wouldn't be here writing this. But I was not informed and it was nowhere in writing.Now, mind you Megan admitted to me that they need to change the receipts to say, "All Sales Final" or something similar, and make sure people know they can't return it. She then said, "Well I couldn't take flower back after it was purchased! Can you believe that? There is no comparison between a medicine that you ingest and a machine, that's just absurd. Of course you can't return the medicine you consume! Pitiful attempt at an excuse analogy.Now, remember I said that she admitted they needed to make that clear to customers? Yea, then in the next breath she told me there was actually a sign by the register! This is after she just admitted they need to make it clear that you can't make a return. At this point I couldn't even believe I was having this conversation and the absurdity of it all just made me angrier and angrier! So I was lied to, treated like I was crazy because I wanted to return a 265$ vaporizer that didn't work, and talked over as I tried to explain how crummy it is that she wouldn't let me return it. Wonderful. This is how they treat their patients! AbsolutelyOh, I also told her that I was not just going to go away and let her get away with treating a patient this way. Then she tells me I'm threatening her. Yup, I was threatening her because I said I was going to complain to the BBB and the MMCC and write a review. That's not a threat! That is what you do when a business is completely in the wrong but refuse to do anything about it. What planet does this woman live on? Unbelievable. Needless to say I was thoroughly offended by her accusing me of threatening her. No Megan, this isn't a threat. This is what people do when a business treats them this way. She also admitted that if she was in my shoes she'd be pretty angry. But I'm threatening her. Ok then. In the spirit of full disclosure, by the end of this conversation I was so angry that I was having a very hard time controlling my temper. I was furious when I was told over and over again how sorry she was, how she would make sure people knew about the policy in the future and -most importantly- how she was sorry but she couldn't help me. She also continually talked over me when I was speaking. She did this five or six times until I started talking over her. Then she told me how she'd never been treated this way and I'm just so mean and terrible. Well sorry Megan, when you have no idea how to take care of your customers that's what happens. I'm human and I'm angry. And let's make no mistake about it, I was completely justified in being angry. She had my money and she had just washed her hands of it, that's what it boiled down to. I think I was perfectly justified in being furious! I was shaking I was so angry! This is just terrible customer service. You won't take back a 265$ vaporizer so now you've lost a new client that regularly spends four times that in a month. That's just bad business no matter how you shake it. You lose a little when you're dead wrong and then you make it all back and more because you now have a loyal customer. Obviously Megan isn't familiar with how that works. You also don't tell the customer that they're justified in being upset but you can't do anything about it. Again, had I known the sale was final, had Megan's imaginary signs that appeared out of nowhere actually been there and said the sale was final, and had the receipt also said it was final we wouldn't be here. You know what you do as a business owner of a medical facility when faced with an issue like this? You make it right this once and make sure it never happens again. I even told her I'd take 200$, that way we each would've given a little, but no, Megan can't do that, even though she owns the business and understands how crummy the situation is for all involved. Look at my review history and you'll see I never do this. This time is the exception. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau and then to anywhere else that will listen. Sometimes you just gotta stand up for yourself no matter how unsavory it may feel. This all could've been avoided and yet here we are. So thanks for nothing.
Love love levels this place. Very friendly and upbeat staff. Everyone seems to be very knowledge with regard to product and the specifics of each.
Almost got Into a fight with the manager! Really bad customer service! The staff is very friendly but the manager he needs to become a leader and lead by example!

There are so many other better places to spend your hard earned money other than this mediocre establishment. My first visit September 14 (evening): First day getting my MMCC card so I rushed over to the first dispensary I could find which was Starbuds..the line was out the door but that didn't stop security and two of the budtenders from getting high in front of the black employee door upfront..Poor etiquette! On my second visit (2 weeks ago) it was early morning, the dispensary had just opened and the parking lot was EMPTY so I just pulled head in to the parking lot at the front door. Their front parking lot does not have lines on it so it's basically first fit, first served..I was inside for about 5 mins because I did an online order and after getting my medicine I went back to my car where I was confronted by a short, bald, black dude with gold glasses asking me if that was my car and I told him yes as I went to get in my car. He then proceeds to tell me that I can't park there and that I'm blocking two other parking spots (On a curb, no access) and that I can't do that. I told him "I'm trying to move now but I can't move and talk to you" as I go to sit in my car and close the door the security guard grabbed my door and continued to tell me how I couldn't park there next time. I told him "If you were at your post then you would be able to dictate who parks where" and that he needed to remove his hands from my vehicle. He stood there staring at me through my tinted windows so rolled my window down and told him to move or I would call the police..of course he then moved and stared at me as I drove away. Yesterday on 11/22/2020 I called to get some details on two Indica strains because Star Buds halfway puts stuff in the system so you can never see the ingredients to compare Myrcene or any other important information pertaining to your purchase. I got (I believe this is his name, given to me by Brandon) Bryan on the phone..I began to explain my dilemma and he cuts me off and blurts out "Do you know how much longer this is going to take, it's getting pretty busy in here and I can't just stand around on the phone helping you out"...WOW!!!! I immediately hung up the phone but then I remembered I didn't catch his name because they don't introduce themselves when they pick up the phone. Upon calling back I spoke to one gentleman and asked for a supervisor and I swear he put the phone on hold and came back pretending to be a manager named Brandon. I explained all these situations to Mr. Nonchalant Brandon and his response was "That sucks, sorry that happened"...after talking to a wall I told him "I see you're not interested in what I have to say and I believe my concerns are falling on deaf ears so I'll just end this conversation, review you online and keep my business at Blair Wellness".For this to be dispensary filled with potheads their attitudes surely aren't as uplifting as the products they sell. These employees are young, rude, inexperienced and not knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Also, BEWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! The 3.5 are not as they seem! Weigh every house pack you buy‼‼‼‼Side note: Another reason I called yesterday is because how do you have a 20% sale on special flower but never indicate what you consider special flower???? If you make that clear maybe it'll cut down on some of the phone calls on that particular day.
Good Friendly service. Appreciative of Dispensary Associate thoroughly hearing me out in my medical needs. Decent setting outside dispensary area with security on duty & organized setting inside between entrance area and shopping area.
Wow,, I only go to Starbuds to buy my medical marijuana,,and on AUGUST 5th...The Budtender Vanny went above and beyond to help me,,,with the extra rewards that no1 else ever told me about. But VANNY she wanted me to know about special days to get a 1$ pre roll. And gave me a card with her name on it...Thank you Vanny! Your the best! And I hope your my budtender all the time,,even though all the staff is great! I've had my license since May 2021,,n I'm just now getting extra rewards becuz of VANNY! Ask her about extra rewards....she has no problem walking over to grab a card or maybe a vape holder...THANK YOU VANNY!

Star Buds has been nothing less than amazing. I always order online & they get my order ready in less than 60 mins. If I order in the morning or right before they close, they always come through. The staff is amazing & their security guard Kenneth, is literally a life saver. Such a great establishment. I highly recommend.
Always a good day when visiting my friends at Star Buds. However, now turning to there connoisseur buds , was an 1/8 limit which was fine because everyone got to share. Now the accountants want more money, no discounts and no points to be used. Ask the accountants what there patients accusation fees amount to because I am sure patients are going elsewhere. . My point say at 2000 I am able to get a 1/4 for $5 and $250 to spend any which way I want. Always nice when rules are changed to benefit the rule changer. Hope they take a second look at their no pricing detail.
This is hands down the best dispensary. Customer service excellent. The selection is excellent. The deals are amazing. The point system actually makes it worth spending more money! I’m so glad I decided to give star buds a try! I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases. I love the fact that every time I come in the “bud-tender” never rushes me and always make a great suggestion. Keep up the great work starbuds!
