When you pull up in front of Charm City Medicus it is a beautiful and redone building. And it isn't just beautiful on the outside it also is in the inside. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Also they had so many products to choose from. I didn't really know what I needed or what I should get but the staff helped me figure out what I needed. I felt very comfortable while I was there, and I was very happy when I left because it was such a great experience. I will definitely be back to Charm City Medicus. I would definitely recommend coming here!

The first time I walked into Charm City Medicus, I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful the lobby is. Books and a TV with tutorial information. I stocked refrigerator with water, and a coffee maker. Everything to make the client feel comfortable. When you go into the back, you are treated professionally, and with a medical care you would expect. Every single person I've gone too, and I think I've gone to everyone there, are absolutely wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of the budtenders, and the reception area. They usually don't get the respect they deserve.

Update : So today I went to Charm city clinic to return a vape pen that didn't work. I will admit I felt kind of on the defensive side because of my previous visit. Thinking they are going to give me a hard time but they didn't. My weed rep today was Ben. I explained the issue with my pen and also told him about my bad previous visit. He was very emphatic and apologized,  he  assured me that  wasn't norm  vibe and made every effort to answer all my questions. Ben was polite, patiently answered my questions and restored a little faith  in this location that I felt was lost. Employees attitudes can ruin a business's reputation. Management should constantly be monitoring  employees customer service / patient service skills. Had it not been for my return, I would have NEVER went back, but  I did, and a good thing. Not fair for a whole business to be shamed because on employee hates her job and wanted me to feel her misery.

Treats you with dignity and not like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Great client service. Others treat you like they are doing you a favor. Like you owe them for being there.Charm City. A+ in customer service.

Location is easy to find. Plenty of parking. Security was courteous. The flower is on point. My two favorites this week - Sour Gorilla, & Carolina. Both strains had an earthy dankness to them  All staff have treated me well. The owner honors Veterans with a discount. Consistently fresh flower at reasonable prices, & a menu that actually changes throughout the month

This place is amazing. Quality products and bud at lower prices then some other dispensary's prices. The staff is super polite and professional. They're well versed on the products sold. Knowledge on which products will work better for different illnesses. I'm a regular customer.

Overpriced. Understocked. Gave me the wrong product once and wouldn't let me exchange because I had walked out of the building to my car. Will force you to wear a mask.

Top dispensary in Maryland. Very nice place with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Daily specials and a wide variety of flowers, shatter, concentrates, and tablets will keep you coming back.

The bud tender was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. Half Gs for sativa carts are highly priced at $60 but the effects are top quality. Would have gotten 5 stars if the pricing was better. You pay for quality and that's what you will find here.

Staff there is very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about all their products. Always a deal to be had with the daily specials. Tell the staff what you're trying to achieve and they will give you choices to best achieve what you need. Above all the prices and discounts are the best.

Charm City is hands down the best dispensary in the Baltimore! What else can I say. Daily deals, reward points, super friendly and very knowledgeable staff! If you're reading this because you haven't been there do yourself a favor and stop by!

Only been there 3 times. I had 3 different bud tenders. They have all been amazing every time. Live this place. My new go to spot ❤

everyone there is always great but Ally is AWESOME!!! she always hooks me up with great suggestions and i was able to get a super great piece for a better price than any shop! i only buy glass from here!!! best quality and price!!
