OVERPRICED TO THE MAX. You can drive literally 15 minutes farther to find better product for less money. Drive to Good Chemistry to pay 186 AFTER tax for the best product in Denver. Star Buds wants 480 PRETAX for inferior product. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Also any dispensary that has a tier system to charge you more is a ripoff. I felt insulted and like I was being scammed. Obviously taking advantage of the fact that they are the closest dispensary for anyone in Douglas county. Really gross.

Jasmine was absolutely amazing. Friendly. Knowledgeable and very informative. The staff was so down to earth and didn't make you feel like you were buying anything illegal. It was like buying bud from your bros

We drive out to Denver area every month or so to pick up, and this was our first time at this place. Pretty chaotic inside and out, but the prices are what brought me here. Once inside I picked up my mobile order of the "special" kind (they have shelf, premium, special, and shake) and paid roughly $150. I opened the bag and it's literal shake in here, maybe 1-2 nugs out of the entire OUNCE. Had I known I'd be taking a two hour drive for shake, I DEFINITELY would have gone somewhere else. That being said, I don't feel very good about my purchase now, and not sure if I'll be back again.

The best selection and best service! They are always stocked up too. Love the staff! It's the only place that services my area too

This pandemic is not a joke nor is the mask mandate an option. You've lost a customer due to this.

Every time I've been there I've received the best customer service ever! The bud tenders are always polite and greet me with a smile. Awesome Top Shelf flower. Purchase points and discounts toward your next purchase. I'm there once a week and, to be honest it's like Christmas every day! I'd recommend them to anyone needing a good quality dispensary. Newly remodeled, has handicap accessible parking, clean and sanatized, employees wear masks, and usually remember me!

First time here in the state of Colorado and I can vouch it's One of the best shops on Colorado. Great bud

Starbuds is the Starbucks of dispensaries. Super expensive for absolutely no reason. Save yourself 30% and go to another dispensary

Service is always top notch, friendly, attentive, and fast. Ordering online allows me to get in and get out in under 5 minutes.

This dispensary cheats people. More than once, I have received MUCH less than a gram when purchasing. I weighed the last purchase and it was barely 0.5grams. Content of strain is not on receipt (IF they give you one) or the jars. There is no information available to the buyer. They don't even give you a bag to carry out your purchase.I wish I knew where to report bad practices for dispensaries.

Manager Marcus is not friendly or nice  gave me a hard time for no reason For asking two questions why the sign says credit is OK also Been having a hard time with drying out turning into dirt style you can't split in 2  to keep it from drying out

First time visitor from DC. This store lacks in customer service. We went in and we felt rushed. The budtenters weren't necessarily happy to be there nor willing to give you information on the product. We had to pry information on the product out of them and I personally left with an indica that contained NO THC. I don't understand how you work in this industry with no customer service skills.

My go to! They have daily specials, friendly staff and great products. Wide selection of buds, wax, edibles, vape.

This dispensary has very clearly laid out markers for social distancing. They accept debit cards! And the lines move pretty quick. One of my favorite spots to re-up! Plus there is a huge selection so there's lots to choose from. My favorite part is still that they accept cards and it's not just cash only since cash is dirty.

Super clean. Good social distancing. Happy to shop here! Was specifically looking for a certain product and they had it in stock. Better yet, they give a freebie for leaving a review.

First time visitor last night. Virtually no customer hospitality here. Our lady budtender put me off with the first interaction. Then I came here and read the reviews, so now it makes sense.Don't patronize this place. Force them to clean up their act.

I'm pretty surprised by the low reviews, I've been going here a while and haven't had any issues? Never had a rude bud tender, though some are definitely better than others. It can get very busy but they are enforcing the 6 feet rule so I appreciate that. I do wish they had plexiglass partitions, but maybe it wasnt possible. Can't comment on pricing because I don't really have anything to compare it to, but they're the southern most dispensary until Colorado Springs...they serve a LOT of people. Be mad at the dumbass voters in Douglas county who killed any hope of competitor by voting against allowing dispensaries to open there.

This place is nice, with a good selection, but their prices are absolutely terrible.  Worth an extra drive next time.

I think the things that strikes me most is the unfriendly staff. Every dispensary I have walked into has some of the friendliest people you will find anywhere; not this place.

Wanted to give this place a shot being new to the neighborhood. The convenience has been nice by ordering online and all, but the product is questionable, especially the amount. First visit my ounce probably had about and 1/8th of stems and leaves. Well.... I went back hoping it would be a different experience. This visit it was 3/4 of buds and a 1/4 of straight up shredded leaves. Smoke and mirrors! Potential customer, you have been warned!

Emily is wonderful and well versed in her "weedology". She told us all the specials and never made us feel rushed. We'll def be back!

This place is either a joke or I'm just really spoiled where I shop!! I only went here because a friend said it was the closest to us and almost closing time. First off, no receptionist and a huge line! Then, when you enter, you're greeted by someone who if you want flower, you get to join a cabinet with 20 other people  Only words I got out of the guy helping me was "$30, $40 or $50!" Once I made the selection it was time to wait for a register for at least a good awkward 4+ minutes. Ok besides all of this.... the weed SUCKS! I knew it immediately just by the way it looked but I was already there! Confirmation came when I smoked it... dry, tastes  & the high is not the sativa high I was looking for... Waste of $40 bucks! Never again!!! I don't take the time to write reviews often... this deserved it!!

I have been a long time starbuds customer I have been going to the Arapahoe location since they opened. It used to be good but now it sucks. Prices recently changed but only the top shelf which is a bunch of bullshit because for 225 dollars you get you get a shaky ounch full of stems and seeds with little baby nugs you can barely make out to weed. And this is their top shelf I'd be terrified of what they consider Lower shelf weed must be all seeds and you have to grow it. Oh and be sure to look at your sticker on your product because I can guarantee what the label says it tests at is considerably lower than what the budtender told you it was at. All in all after 3 years of going here tonight was my last experience at this joke called a dispensary TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This place is horrible. Save your time and your money. Not only is this place way over priced and hits you with processing fees and only accept debit cards or cash .. they also have a very cocky staff, why, I don't really know, maybe cause they are making so much money..  they are also very rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I even gave them multiple chances but left totally feeling ripped off, and they always seem to be sold out of stuff and their disposable pens are absolute garbage, they don't work and taste so bad, like they're already used. And when I tried returning their pens all their tender said Is too bad and there's nothing we can do and we know it "f@cking sucks" Thanks for ripping me off and not trying to make things right.

Hummm?  Used to have good house cartridges but the last two I purchased were beyond awful.  What happened??  Otherwise, good service, long lines and decent Rec prices.

This was literally the worst dispensary I've ever been to and I've gone to many  dispensaries in CA, OR, WAS, NV, AZ, and COL.Terrible selection but worst of all the horrible nasty deplorable customer service of the workers here. I recommend altitude Dispensary on Colfax in Denver if you want great flower and friendly service.

Good people who want to help you.  At times lines can be a small pain, but that's what happens when this is closest shop to the burbs.  Love that they show pricing with tax included.  Just makes for a better experience.Keep it up y'all!

I like the dispensary but horrible customer service over the phone. I called to check my order and the guy was not helpful and all and disconnected the phone on me. I will rethink visiting this location.

When I ask you to point me to your best strain and you show me a strain that's 15% THC and smells like pulled weeds in a trash bag you instantly lose credibility with me.

Starbuds is terrible. Flower is decent but WAY over priced. Every bud tender I've dealt with across the  company is always unfriendly and makes you feel like you're bothering them with questions. There's plenty of mom and pop dispensary's that are way friendlier and offer the same tier of product for half the price

Starbucks is the only place I go for marijuana, mainly because of location.  I'm not sure if they are competitive in price or not. I have needed butter and every time I've gone in they have not had any.

Right next to my work so it's nice to be able to get off and come here. Staff are always super cool and they play good music

Usually I have a good experience here and the buds are good. However I came in first thing Sunday morning and the selection was very poor! Most jars were basically empty and even the top shelf buds looked bad. I asked if that's all they had cause the selection seemed poor and she said that was all they had. As I was leaving another bud tender was bringing out more jars full of buds. The bud tender was not helpful and sorta rude. Wish I had a scale at home to check but I'm pretty sure I was shorted. Oh well tho I used my points for $50 off so it's not like I spent anything but now that I've used my rewards I probably won't go back. I'll drive a little further to find better prices and buds from now on.

I stopped into this location on Arapahoe, which I have been to multiple times. after standing in the lobby for 20 minutes you finally go in and get to stand in lone for another 20 minutes . I approached the counter and was asking questions about flowers and was rudely told to move from the counter by one of the employees his name was Bryce his customer wanted to look I stepped over and he said move away from the counter I told Bryce I'm shopping as well .. His attitude was soooo poor not only was he belligerent and cocky but his behavior was egregious. so much so I said i'm good I don't need anything ..His reply good leave...I went there for convenience but guess what I guess this is par for the course with this dispensery from the reviews I read their attitude not only sucks but they short people and charge way to much money.. Again so it par for the course to add poor service from a jack ass.

Great, great place.  Very competitive prices, lots of inventory of everything including flower, concentrates, toppers, pariphinalia, edibles and accessories.  Friendly staff, clean and new.  I love their $5 half gram mini joints, it's the perfect little inexpensive treat.

Nice people, solid rewards program and great service, so why 3 stars? I drive up there about three weeks ago to get what I need and it's out of stock. Ok, no big deal. The person helping me suggested next time to call in and make sure they have the product there before I drive over. So I decided to take that advice and just a few days ago I call up there and ask for a specific product and if it's in stock, and I get a "yes" literally right after I ask the question. My assumption with the quick answer was that they had plenty. Well... I drive up there and guess what? No stock. I love this place a lot and the people are seriously awesome, but between the two stock issues I've had it tells me that either A) this location is very busy and it's hard to keep stock in, or B) they just said they had stock the second time without even checking for me. Time is precious in this life, and I don't have time to be told incorrect info just to drive all the way up there to find out what I was told isn't correct. As much as I like this place, highly unlikely I'll be back and just stick with Euflora since they have always told me accurate info/stock so I don't waste time driving around trying to find what I need.

If you want pot. They got it. It's a smaller store. I thought their CBD was kinda on the expensive side but I haven't gone to many stores. People were helpful but maybe not super knowledgeable about what I needed personally.

Bought 1g of sativa and 1g hybrid (lemon haze? And purple voodoo). They were both sold as "top shelf" and priced @$15/g however the high and quality of the buds accurately represented low mid's-type quality. The taste was very off-putting and the high was not 'top shelf' worthy. Customer service and knowledge from the bud tenders was great, however. Beautiful interior and friendly staff to greet you at the door. Please fix quality/price accuracy, that's the only downer.

I always recommend Starbuds I tend to go to the location on a federal & I will.This staff is rude, not helpful, I had to dig to get my questions answered, it was busy and loud the lady was rude because I talked louder so she could hear me then asked me not to get mad.. Gave me attitude like this is all I'm going to show you because you talk loud and can't hear.. screw you take a chill pill.. first time I have walked out.. I can't give you my money if you are not willing to make me feel like a customer and more like a burden.Worst spot no selection no service

Nice new store, friendly staff... but I wont buy flower here anymore. They allow all customers to smell the flower in their containers!!  If COVID is tested from the nose.. don't you think hundreds of ppls faces in what you are going to inhale is a health violation?  No thanks.

This place is way overpriced and takes advantage of their location being on the Douglas county border. Time is money. They know the pretentious people of Parker and Castle rock don't want to drive to the sketchier parts of town so they jack up the prices. Drive 15 more minutes north to medicine man

I'm such a noob when it comes to this stuff, and I'm actually surprised at all the negative reviews citing poor customer service. I found everyone to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Once I parked in the large lot out front, I got my ID checked and was immediately assisted by one of the budtenders.I can't remember his name, but he made lots of suggestions for edibles and was patient with my indecision. Never did I feel like he was rushing me, despite all the other customers bustling about. Payment was easy, and I was out the door, happy with my purchase of chocolates and gummies.Personally I love the larger dispensaries because it makes me feel less anxious with more customers around. Then again, isn't that anxiety why I come here? Haha. I love that Starbuds is conveniently next to one of the dance studios I go to... bonus points!

If you smoke marijuana in the state of Colorado this place is NOT the place to buy it. I've been buying and smoking marijuana in the state of Colorado since it became legal. THE PRICES HERE ARE LITERALLY THE HIGHEST IVE SEEN SINCE IT BECAME LEGAL . $120 a quarter is what it cost for the best shit you could get when it was illegal and not regularly available during prohibition. I recommend shopping around because you can literally find the same quality for half price from others dispensaries. Absolute RIPOFF. You can get double the product for the same money at a dispensary on Broadway all day everyday. I uploaded a receipt to show you that there is similar if not better weed out there for cheaper.

Great place to buy cannabis.  Bud-tenders are knowledgeable.  The inside of the store has a hardware store look.  Professional.  Nice collection of edibles.  Social distancing is still in place.  Parking lot is available and easily accessible.  They have a member program.  They were busy but organized.  Good name to boot!!

Worst customer service. I've been there like 5 times and if you have questions, simply go somewhere else. Their whole goal is to rush you in, and rush you out, so they can maximize tips. They have no interest whatsoever in hearing your questions or making suggestions. In fact, it seems like you annoy them if you don't already know exactly what you want. So frustrated this last time that I'm never going back.

I have shopped at Starbuds for years now when I've come home to Colorado. Recently for my birthday I decided to grab a few carts since I am home for a week. I spent over $200 on carts and asked multiple times confirming they will fit the 510 thread battery that Starbuds sells themselves. I asked the employee three separate times before buying since I live 40 minutes away (one way). Well after spending $200 and driving over and hour and a half I got home with three carts that don't fit the battery they sold me. I went back the next day and the employee was unable to get her manager twice. The manager offered me a 25% discount on a new cart that would fit my battery. I would've bought a battery for my cart but they were sold out. I was sold a product after asking the salesman multiple times wanting to confirm they'd fit, a product that does not fit. The carts that I bought, that I cannot return, I can't smoke since they don't fit my battery and they don't even sell a battery I could use.I had the choice of walking out with products I can not use after two trips out to Starbuds, or spending MORE money on a cartridge for the pen I already have (which needed to be replaced since it was broken lol).  They offered to give me a free pen but I leave before their next shipment comes in and i've spent almost $300 (more than what I budgeted) for ONE cart and a battery. The manager not actively attempting help resolve the problem that was created by their employees mistake,  was a concern as well. I think I'll be going to another dispensary that actually knows their products next time. Hopefully can get the battery before I leave or next time I'm in town.

I still think that the ladies are absolutely 100% beautiful and sexy. And I want to update my review,  because I constantly get provided  with Great service and polite staff members. Anytime I go to this dispensary, I know certain staff members are are very knowledgeable. And Honestly anytime I go in here these guys are having a great time doing their job.I like to go in as well because  the chicks are so freaking sexy. I just like to talk to them because the are cool and I Really enjoy what they have to say. I display so much respect for them, so they can understand what a respectful man can treat them, and "handle them" like I CAN. Thank you guys for so much great cannabis and an amazing atmosphere to add to it. If you are coming to Colorado can I go to this dispensary. And by the highest quality yeah you will not be disappointed. I recommend this overall dispensaries.

I previously gave this place a great review, but today FOR THE SECOND TIME I saw someone come in without a mask. And not one employee said anything to the maskless person. I said to the employee helping me "I thought masks were mandatory" The employee told me they've been told by management/the owners not to enforce the mask policy because it will cost them business. Well, not enforcing masks has cost you mine. Allowing people in without masks is wholly irresponsible during this pandemic. I won't be back.

Starbuds is great. Prices aren’t super cheap, but not crazy expensive either. They have different deals each day of the week, like Wax Wednesday, Phat Tuesday, etc. Great selection, quality products, the service is friendly and helpful. An overall polished experience.
