This place used to be the shit, I'd swing by at-least once a week, and everyone was awesome. Recently though, they've gotten sloppy with weight measurements, had a couple of batches of moldy flower, and the "J for a penny" deal only works when you ask multiple times for it, even after redeeming. Today however, was likely my last visit... I walk in announce it's my birthday and ask if they have any deals. The guy behind the counter says, yeah, we give 10% off or a J for a penny. Cool, can o have the 10% please... his repose, "oh, sorry, I can't do that this early." What the hell? So I ask for the J for a penny instead. He charges me for it, and forgets to put it in the bag. When I asked about it, it was like a huge chore for him to grab it. Seriously Green Heart?! Work on your customer service/loyalty. I started coming here because they were great, but the way they've become, I think I'll just start going to Green Dragon next door.

Fucking criminals Worst joints in the city! Broke one open not a single trichrome the weed had been heat treated and totally dried, out they zapped every bit of goodness out of it, and then rolled up joints that tastes like a joint rolled out of roaches. I bought five 1 gram joints for $25. You seem like an amazing deal until you realize that you're smoking tumbleweed.

Well against my better judgement and even after reading the reviews I still went 2 times.  The bald owner is a ghetto rude bulldog!  It's a shame that someone with this attitude is in charge. Dispensary's are a dime a dozen, don't give this company another dime!And yes they do sell mold which the State needs to be aware of. **Across the street there are 2 more dispensary's without wannabe owners**

First off, if I was reviewing just a flower it would be a five. Unfortunately sometimes when spending the money you work hard for, there's an employee standing between you and great product. I feel this is critical, Perhaps the most critical aspect of any successful business. People expect not to be sucked up to but just decent service and to be treated as one would like to be treated. After I decided on my purchase, I attempted to pay with multiple visa gift cards, One with $50 and one with $47.  I then planned on paying the remainder with cash and leaving a generous tip. If I get good service I tip, period.  My mother, and countless other single mothers, survive on them.  Long story short I was told they could not use multiple visa cards on a purchase. I've done this many times recently so I questioned the decision.   I explained they were gift cards and I could understand not using different credit cards or debit cards but these were just gift cards.Once I was told I could not purchase my items,  I had waited in line for 20-30 minutes due to incoming snow storm, I told them...."well, thanks a lot", and I went to leave. I didn't notice the supervisor was at the counter on my way out. I asked her the policy and she informed me I can make the purchase I was glad because I didn't wanna wait in line again at another location. On my way back into the room I accidentally knocked a T-shirt from a display with my with My shoulder, I was wearing my motorcycle jacket and it was padding an extra thickness,and that's when the rudeness kicked in.  I did not get the employees name but she was the only girl working in the back who was not the supervisor on 3-12-21,   approximately 6:20 PM.  She told me to please stand back in a very rude manner. I said I'm sorry, what am I doing, and then I realized I had Knocked one of the T-shirts off the  display.  The supervisor returned to the room to check me out and the young lady turned to me and said very loudly, in a small room, a very small room packed with people, that if I did not like their service then I can leave the store and go somewhere else. I looked right at the supervisor,  who seemed as confused as I was as to why I was being treated this way, and I asked her if I was being rude in someway. She said I was not and offered to check me out instead of having the other employee check me out this is an employee who, for no reason at all, was involved in a transaction I had going on with two other employees. She was very rude to me for no reason and the fact that there are many, many, many, many options for this product, people usually shop where they deliver on product and service. Most people I know shop at a location where they have personal relationships with the bud tenders.   They have been stellar at this location for the last 56 times I've gone there, you see they just bought out green heart.  The reason for taking my time tonight is to let upper management, within  LOVA, on East Quincy, know they have an extremely rude employee there without the ability to deliver on service.  The female Supervisor at the front desk checking people in tonight, 3-12, Turned it around. It is amazing, the difference in experience and employee quality in regards to service.  Even ensuring me would feel welcome the next time I shopped.  If it wasn't for this young lady the only thing that would come to my mind if I was thinking about shopping at LOVA would be how unwelcome I felt there.  Spent over $200.  Also want upper management just to know that the supervisor just a decent job add customer retention.

This business needs help. Went back in today, couldn't find anything decent that wasn't 45 an eighth. Just isn't worth it. After getting stuck with crappy weed on several occasions from this store, I have decided to move on. There's just too many places to get good weed for cheaper. Also they seem to weigh short with alarming regularity. I think they weigh to the lowest end of the variance allowed. Not good. They have definitely cycled through the market share here.

This place is amazing. It's actually quite surprising when you walk in the front it's seems like a very tiny place however once you walk past that door it's a whole other world! They provide such a variety to choose from. Of course your traditional flower and vapes,along with different fruity and coffee drinks and even ice cream! Green heart is an incredible place. This place has a very comfortable vibe all of the employees are absolutely amazing, all kind and all knowledgeable ! Angelica assisted us and she was incredible. She took her time and really explained and demonstrated for us, very thorough!Also check out the specials they are running. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Came in today to use my birthday discount and Sarah was very helpful- it was her birthday as well! She was very inform about their products and was able to answer all of my questions especially about vapes. I was totally blown away by their deals too- 1 pack of gummies and 2 joints was really reasonable and not to forget the penny joint for my birthday. Can't wait to try the joints- thank you

Green Heart used to be a pretty good dispensary until the new management and staff took over. Their products are now overpriced and the bud is not as good quality as it used to be (lots of stems). The new staff is rude and act like you are breaking their backs by asking them to do their job. They also charge $2.50 for all credit card purchases. After being a customer for 3 years, I think I will use the two other dispensaries within walking distance from Green Dragon.

I consider myself somewhat of a regular here but man when I went to purchase some shatter I was very disappointed. I felt like the bud tender didn't really recommend any of the strains she seemed a bit lost. So I purchase some shatter called "Magic" it was disgusting, smell, taste was repulsive. I have never in my life have thrown away shatter before but I did this past week. Stay away from that strain not worth it!!

I am a Colorado Native and have been to countless dispensaries,  I have never felt so uncomfortable awkward and just out of place at green heart I don't think their staff is professional at all. Compared to the place right next door the Green Dragon it's just uncomparable I don't see green heart lasting very long! Prices are way too high for weed that is not that good! I would highly recommend you go anywhere else but the green heart

Don't waste your time here, just go to the green dragon next door and save yourself the hassle of the waiting room and the rude unfriendly staff... Besides green dragon is way cheaper!!! I went to green heart today only because there was a really long line at green dragon... The short guy that works there was baked STUPID!!! I had to repeat myself three times on everything I said, the kid was rude as fuck and their eighths are close to double that of green dragon.... And when I told him I was going next door, the little fucker scolded me for it! Lol.... Thats just business kid, green dragon is way cheaper, way more convenient cause there is no waiting room, and the staff is way more friendly... I'm done with green heart for good...

Went to this dispensary. It was disgusting. I had to sit and wait in the waiting room to go in. It's small and cramped - was a car wash at a gas station. The weed sucks and it's expensive. The people who work there are rude an unhelpful. My friend told me someone got shot and killed there a couple months ago. I googled it. It's true! Not going there again. That's for sure.

Rude, rude, rude. I was attempting to use a Leafbuyer coupon that was available on the site the day I went into the store, 5/6. The coupon said it expired that day, 5/6. When I tried to use the coupon I was told it expired the previous day, 5/5. When the problem was brought I the attention to what I assume was the manager on duty, I was told the expiration date means that is the date the coupon is no longer available. She was rude when I attempted to explain that an expiration date is the last day that a coupon can be used. Expiration dates on Leafbuyer have ALWAYS been valid through the expiration date, as any coupon or product would be. Common sense. Will not return.

I have never personally been into this place, but my girlfriend came home the other day absolutely disgusted with customer service and the management. Security guard highly inappropriate with comments. She felt uncomfortable enough to come home and vent to me and she deals with dispensaries day in and day out. Can't tell you about the quality or price of this place, but I can tell you there are some serious staff/image issues with this place.

Always loved coming here for the Airo pods at a good price for the quality! But one time I did think the security personnel was a little rude in the way they told me where to repark my car. I can't complain. He has been very welcoming and friendly ever since. Some people have bad days!

Do not fucking come here ...I didn't catch the budtenders name but whoever he was he was shaking his head while grabbing product I was asking for? He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain a deal I saw on cannasaver....I then showed him my phone at checkout and he was like " yeah bro we don't know about every deal that's on there, this is the first time today that I've heard about this deal" ....like really??? I tried to explain this to you not even five seconds ago but your dumbass wouldn't even let me talk without interrupting me ....LOL Oh well off to friendlier places with better product....

Dont go to this place with a coupon. They have all kinds of b.s. excuses about what the coupon says and what they say is available to use the coupon on. The coupon simply stated 100 milligram edibles for $15 with NO OTHER DISCLAIMERS. They have many edibles that are 100mg but all I can get are gummy worms/bears/rings? My friend was in there the other day and got cookies with the same coupon and they had those but I couldnt have those either? First they said its the rules then said it depends on your relationship with the place and budtender. I thought the purpose of coupons were to bring in business not drive it away. Some tall blond with multi-color hair had all the answers and told me to take it or leave it. Upon that very disrespectful comment, I chose to leave it. I left the drink I was going to buy on top of the coupon item and plans to look at and purchase flower behind as well and my friend who was going to buy at least a couple things walked out too, saying she was pretty rude. I guess they can afford to let money walk out the door. Forget making anyone happy and thinking about potential return customers. The few dollars that they may have lost on the coupon was more important to them than happy customers apparently. Real classy! NOT! That girl needs to brush up on her customer service skills and learn how to talk to people.  Too many other dispensaries out there to put up with that. Too bad too because it was convenient to home and they take credit cards. So now you decide if you want to, "Take it or leave it"!

I really cannot believe I'm leaving this review I never thought I would leave a Yelp review against Green heart but here I am. I have been a customer since Green Heart opened and I  have stuck with them all these years.  even after the horrible murder of the security guard when many were too afraid to go in there. I became close with the staff, turned many people on to the dispensary, and thoroughly enjoyed my visits especially hanging with art and art Junior it was nice that they were always there having a connection with the patrons. I must say however the last 2 months has been an extreme disappointment. I know Lova started the process to purchase green heart at some point in this year and though I've noticed over the year many different changes coming along, the last two months has been a nightmare. in the beginning When Lova took over, I'd have to wait forever because the systems were never working correctly, one time I had to wait almost an hour because "the new Lova system" literally would not print stickers for pre-rolled joints and the staff was frustrated as they didn't know how to fix the problem but per state law couldn't let me leave without the stickers. not a big deal I understood with a new company comes the little bumps in the road. I understood there were a few little things to iron out. It was annoying but still my go to dispensary and I tried to stay patient. in the last 2 months every single time I come to make a purchase the systems are down, no credit card purchases, ATM is down no cash available. I have to drive across the street against traffic to the 7-Eleven to use the ATM and then drive back to make my purchase I'm talking the last seven or eight times I've had to do this. Lately the pre-rolls are rolled with about half an inch left at the top. The other day I was in there in a gentleman to come in specifically to buy a specific strain looked online saw the menu showed it in stock but when he went to pay after he had already driven up the street to get cash the budtender told him sorry our menu is wrong we don't have it he then had to drive back up the street and get more cash to pay for what they had I could tell he was extremely frustrated as well. Even I've been able to pay with my card, (rarely when the systems are up) I have to pay an extra $2.03 but if I pay with cash for the pre-rolls I only have to pay an extra $0.03. do you know how annoying it is to dig out pennies? By  the way, yes they make us dig out 2-3 pennies to complete our transaction.  I hate that I don't recognize anyone in there anymore after so many years of knowing the staff and feeling welcome. I honestly don't feel safe now that security is gone I loved that they were always paying attention to who was outside who was around our vehicles and who was entering the building at all times. Since they left the girl at the front doesn't even pay attention to what's going on sometimes even forgetting to tell us when we can go back.  I'm sorry to say but this last time when I drove up and saw cash only once again, I went across the street to The competitor dispensary right next to 7-Eleven and made my purchase there it just seems like such bold disregard for what the customers want considering there's three dispensaries all within walking distance of green heart. I chose to purchase at that other dispensary because I just didn't want the hassle of going back to Greenheart after chasing down multiple ATMs to find some cash. You know,  after work when I'm just trying to go and make a purchase I am not trying to drive all around to find cash because the ATM and the credit card machines never seem to work. It ended up being way more convenient at the other dispensary I settled up there and headed home.I don't typically complain honestly and I'm not afraid of change but one thing I was really worried about was the corporate feeling taking over my little neighborhood dispensary and that's exactly what's happening. it's a corporate feeling now. I feel bad for the two people that I sometimes recognize in there from before because know they get yelled at Daily because all the dispensaries take credit cards and Greenheart has now gone backwards and doesn't.  it's a shame I was really hoping this wasn't going to happen I've followed the Lova team since they started buying up and merging dispensaries across the Denver metro area. I felt confident after reading the westword article made by the Lova owners last year and their mission was to keep the experience the same for all the regular customers so nothing changed but more opportunity was presented. well this is my note to Lovaco: Greenheart is not the same  I no longer refer people there  I no longer enjoy going it's nothing like it used to be. I now dread going there becauseI know there's just always going to be some kind of hassle and frustration and it's just not worth it.

Cancelled my online pickup order after a few hours on 11/15/21. It was marked ready at 5:42p and cancelled at 8:01p... They close at 9:45p! I can't find anything about time limits anywhere. It said to call the dispo if it was a mistake but they don't pick up their phone or return voicemail. I barely even left work when they cancelled it. They wasted a bunch of my time. I ended making my purchase at a different store a few buildings over, they've been much better to me there than LOVA. Whatever the time-frame is to pick up your stuff, I'm not sure. They don't seem to outright say what the time limit is, not on their website or WM- but it's TINY. I'm not sure if you guys realize how order pick-up works, but the way you're doing it now makes no sense. I've been shopping this location since 2016, between rude/creepy employees, selling me an empty j tube, and now this... I am personally not shopping here again, they've had too many chances. Waste of my time.

The flowers here are good quality. I placed an online order. When i arrived they were out of 2 of my 3 choices, no problem. The underdog urkle was great. The Glue was good. The other was good (bubba or pure kush? I can't remember lol). All in all I was very satisfied with my purchases from LOVA. Will return. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because their website did not show being out of stock on my original selections of :OGKB, and Jetfuel OG when I placed my order successfully. Happy customer none the less. Thanks guys

I went to Green Heart--now Lova--for years.  Today I switched!All dispensaries are NOT THE SAME!These kids are altered when they wait on you!They make up new policies, like today, with me--the little pip-squeak clerk told me "I just learned that in training"...??!!  Really!  Lova reminds me of the early days of dispensaries here where all the clerks were kids, partaking and acting very immaturely and unprofessionally.That's LOVA NOW!  GREEN DRAGON is right next door!  This is our new dispensary.  Multiple checkouts, no altered kids, great product, quick in and out, and they're very knowledgeable!

They have an employee here who's name is Curtis. Because him and his girlfriend would fight non stop in my house with my ccildren I finally had them leave and when I did they tried to retaliate by getting my kids taken away and putting edibles in their food. When I called the store to inform them of what happened they said there was nothing they could do well here is what you can do fire him for putting children's lives at risk. Don't have someone who is like that working for you. It's poor poor quality and I hope everyone sees this.

Was one of my favorite dispensaries when it was Green Heart but everything has gone down hill since it became Lova. They over charged me $300 at one point, which they eventually refunded after I called them out on it. Their fees are constantly changing but they will never tell you about it, bud tenders know nothing about weed and are basically guessing anytime you ask a question. Menus are never updated even though they are quick to tell you to check the menu when you ask what they have, and don't even get me started on their delivery sans service, they literally brought me an open pack of cookies and bragged about how good it was, WTF?!?! This might have been funny if it was part of some stoner movie plot. Feels like a bunch of stoner kids are running the place, which would be ok if they knew what they were doing...

Friendly staff and fast service.  They are still social-distancing.  They have a great variety of Cannabis.  On Wednesdays they have a discount on edibles.   They are starting to get edible product that distinguishes between sativa and indica which is important to me.  They also have decent prices on cones for those who smoke.  Orders can be placed online.  Parking in the back.

Just stopped in after calling and talking to a super helpful gentleman only to get the gentleman who tried to tell me they didn’t even have shatter or wax right now. Well, he finally went to the back after the other guy said there was shatter in the back, he came out, read me 3 names, I said bring me the 2 straight sativas, not the hybrid...you guessed what he rang me up for and gave me...2 hybrids, only for me to barely get to my car and realize it, I turned around and told the front desk only to be told nothing they can do. Well, if your staff had listened in the first place and gave me what I asked for, you wouldn’t have had to worry or do anything, however, I’m now stuck with 2 hybrid shatters that will give me a migraine if I even try to smoke them, so that’s extremely helpful and awesome customer service. I don’t care if I have close to 4,000 points built up with Lova, I WON’T be back to a location or company that has this horrible of customer service, I’d rather pay more to know someone is actually LISTENING to my order and not just there to take my few dollars I actually had to treat myself this month. Absolutely ridiculous!!
