Couldn't find exactly wat I was looking for in ALL of Tacoma... but Joint Rivers had it!! Was my first time going here, and I will definitely come back, as well as tell my friends & family!

All of the staff here is super friendly and helpful. The second we walked in we are greated and very quickly helped to find exactly what we're looking for. The staff is all very knowledgeable and will to take the time to make sure you get exactly what your looking for and have the best experience possible.

This shop is modern day hybrid of a shop. Products there is great and even though some products out of stock I’m not mad at it. People (Customers) have to have some courtesy for others and I get it it’s like a market get it while you can but people have to understand weed doesn’t grow in a day and that they’re a retail shop for marijuana and have to wait for their vendors for their products. Other than that staff is very hard working and patient while tending to others. Managers and management are great and understanding. All in all great shop and products with great staff =5 STARS in my book.

Visiting from out of state, their machine wouldn't scan our IDs, and I guess the receptionist must've been illiterate too. Then the manager straight up lied to our face and said it's illegal to let people from out of state in. Went to several other dispensaries instead without a problem. There's a great dispensary 2 miles away where they are much more friendly and helpful

I personally think that it is a wonderful store. The staff is very proud and very helpful to me. You can also get the most of your dollars in the morning 20% off or so. Heck yes. That's a deal breaker. You can bet o will continue to be a patron of joint rivers. Thanks for the wonderful service and great personality.
