This place needs to learn what and who the customers are! Every time you go here this place cannot figure it out. As much as they charge for he dried up weed you think they could afford to hire people that have the customer services skills. They have 3 stores but cannot figure out how to be #1 for the customer. Only number 1 in night prices for old dried crap. Even the damn bus tenders are so busy over the girls they don't even see you. Every time!!!

Very disappointed. I bought a joint from them that had been switched out for a knockoff. Be careful with that place they a little shady, plus all of the positive reviews you see are fake just like the employees of this place

Bait and switched me one too many times. Placed an online order which was confirmed ready for pick up, got there and sorry they don't have it but they'll pick out something similar. What? Why did you confirm it was ready? The person helping me was clueless, in fact no one there could help me find something similar. Walked out, will never be back. Went up the road to the Muckleshoot for the first time, muuch better experience. I've been less than happy with the quality of what I got at EM for a while, today pushed me over the edge. Sad.

The store is nice and well designed. Our tender was kinda squirrelly, he reminded me of Stewart from the show Letterkenny. Early tweaker Stewart. Just remember, this place gets busy on Friday about 4pm. Good place, I'd  go back.

I've experienced & witnessed racism an discrimination against POC I would not recommend shopping here. It's a fake it until you make it system that may seem all nice but until you've experienced what me & several other have you may not understand. But In this light of day they should know what RIGHT & what's WRONG they just DONT CARE about US. . . ONLY $

Steve.. Does Evergreen market actually care about negative experiences in your business?? My complaint is similar to the other negative reviews, rude employees. I came in today and was outright ignored and left without service. It was NOT busy and there were at least 4 employees standing averting eye contact. it seemed to me that the girl who checked mine and my sister's ID didn't like how I pointed out that the bell ringer was taken off and went straight to the other employees and said something to them that ended up with them ignoring us.  literally. I called and spoke to a manager Shelby who proceeded to tell me I was at the wrong location, no one with that description worked there and ultimately that they were low staffed, getting me angry to the point where I cussed and she could hang up on me.  I will never enter your establishment again and will encourage all I know to do the same. I'm also going to add that we were NOT rude to this girl in any way... Its like you hire mean girls who look down on your customers

Buyer Beware. The THC levels for the Pre-Roll on the On-Line Menu are not necessarily accurate. I was told today that they do not update the menu for new batches. So when you get that 44% thc pre-roll that you ordered on-line home you may discover after looking at the label that it's only 34% thc. This has been going on for about 6 weeks that I know of.The products I've found to be discrepant are House of Cultivar "Naked Goldfinger", "Blueberry Goldfinger" and Tangerine Goldfinger.When a person orders on-line from anyone they expect the product they receive to match the product they ordered and paid for. They don't expect to receive an inferior substitute instead. Evergreen Market-Auburn is ripping off unknowing customers. If you can't keep the menu updated at least put a disclaimer on the website.

Went in today and on the counter I saw they're open on Christmas and at first I was a little disappointed because the idea of people not with their loved ones around the holidays sucks, however I read further and saw they are donating all profits from sales that day to a kids charity. Pretty awesome.Besides that they're super helpful and great customer service.If all businesses adopted their customer service tactics the world would be a more productive place. The Renton location is pretty awesome too.

Had a great experience here today.  The staff was super helpful in helping me decide which edibles and pre rolls.  Thank you Zack!  Also their store is so clean and well presented.  I think I'll try their online ordering next time because they were super crackin'.  Also they had a great sale today with everything being  20% off!  Thank you!

This place really needs to get their priorities in order... they never have good bud it's either 30 dollar crap eighths or a 30 dollar over rated gram... forget keeping what sells well in stock does this place even know how to order? Other stores manage to keep good buds in stock but this place and its sister stores are somehow just falling short every time... and I wouldn't forget to mention last time we bought from this place they totally got our order wrong and we got home with different weed than what we ordered....

I just want to say that this is a great shop. The staff are always helpful, courteous, and most of all patient when dealing with me. I don't have a cell phone so I call in to check if they have what I want. They have always been friendly and never rushed me. A special shoutout to Richie. Great employee and great customer service. I had him running all over the store to check on things and he was never less than helpful and friendly. I also love their discount program.

I asked a question it was answered so I walked away. He goes  "who tf ask a question and walks away"  never have I ever gotten attitude at a dispensary literally been here twice. I got another bud tender to help and we ended up going to his station (btw he's name is GIO) he has the nerve to still talk shit in front of me! And walks away..  don't be a bitch and walk away!  this service is what makes your establishment shit!!

It's convenient, most of the staff are knowledgeable... Just wish they would post prices... They have papers with most of the prices, but it can be confusing. Otherwise really nice staff and competitive pricing.

Knowledge- helpful and very nice.  They carry Ceres CBD topicals, my favorite.  Close to home, what more do I need.

This is by far mine and all my friends favorite 420 stop to be had. I'm standing staff with knowledgeable pouring out of them about the product in their store. Search happy outgoing personalities that is a pleasure to spend what time I do in there, which is often. Wide open well-lit open floor plan to is very inviting. I love the cleanliness of the space. This place is outstanding and I will continue to go back there and encourage you to as well.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 months dedicate myself to only buying from this establishment spending $100 every week and tonight I'll get there one minute past closing the doors were not even locked yet and they made a joke how I was too late by 1 minute and I just asked him if they can just let me get something really fast I already knew what I wanted and they told me now it was too much of a burden for them to spend two extra minutes helping out a loyal customer that spends as much as I do. Needless to say I will not be going here again

I was very excited to try out this market however I was immediately turned off by one of be budtenders there he made my experience feel like he was smarter better and I'm not a really intrested in my purchase. I thought the prices were a little pricey for flowers but hey to each it's own.

On countless occasions I've seen employees educate and excite customers, answering questions and making suggestions. Their enthusiasm is infectious! Always a recommendation, always on point. I love the ease and convenience of the pick-up window, though going inside for a browse and chat is recommended!Aside from location convenience (I typically frequent the Auburn location), great hours AND awesome staff...the selection is mammoth! I shop for concentrates most often and am always happy with the selection. They often have vendor deals and specials, which is always a plus! For this fastidious and curious stoner, Evergreen is second to NONE.

I came here from Washington as my first clinic , and the guy treated me like I was foreign while trying to sell me ridiculously priced flower. 1/8 for 55 . No way I would spend that, after that he became less interested in me and just pawned me off so I could get out quicker. Good selection, not personal tenders. Will go to kush21 from now on.

Perhaps I just stopped by on an off day. I usually shop at Clear Choice in Tacoma as they always have the BEST selection and best prices. I happened to be in the area and had heard good things about evergreen Market. I gotta say I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Staff were not friendly nor were they knowledgeable about the flower selection. Selection was TINY and product was not fresh. I bought an 1/8th that was harvested over a year ago . Yeah I know, I should have noticed that. But you don't really get to see your weed before you buy it. After your finished browsing the counter with flowers and have made your selection, they give you a ticket to go wait in another line with your product choice written on it. Where they grab your item(s) from behind the counter. The "top shelf" 1/8th i decided on was $48 and looked decent. I assumed the harvest date would have been fresher than what was in the display case. My bad for not checking. Bottom line- check your shit at the counter before you buy if you waste your time coming here.

They have messed up our order 3 times!  I have come home and had the wrong stuff I asked for.  They need to slow down, quit shoving your order in your face and not even let u put your change in your purse. We r not cattle.  We r customers expecting good customer service!They run u through like your a frickin number.  Slow down, double check with the customer they r getting what they asked and paid for.Horrible customer service.  Go to the stash box on A street in auburn. They have exceptional customer services. I will not b going back to evergreen market.

I had to update my 5 star review to a 1 due to the horrible experience I had recently. I stopped in to talk about getting a straight CBD product as my new job does not allow THC (sad face.) The guy that helped me out told me CBD without THC is useless and I'd have better luck going home and just drinking a beer and that I'm wasting my money. I knew in fact this was not true as I was taking straight CBD tinctures before I switched over to a 1 to 1 edible so I knew it worked without THC. He told me CBD was a huge waste of money because it's not FDA regulated (which is true) and anything id be taking is manufactured in the same way that hemp rope is made (which is very not true!) he told me to go next door to Mary Janes if I wanted to waste my money. I also want to add he was tweaking out/twitching really bad. So I wandered next door to Mary Janes and got some amazing products which have helped me immensely. I use CBD products strictly for pain control as I was in a bad car accident which left me with a bad back injury and I'm in constant pain everyday and CBD is the only thing that helps. If you are in need of CBD and can't have THC make sure you avoid Evergreen Market or go to the Renton location as they were more helpful. Such a disappointment as I used to love this store.

I am giving Evergreen Market 1 star because they messed my order up and the staff was pretty ill-informed about the products. There was a lot of "I don't know" answers to pretty simple questions. They left out 3 items and gave me one item I didn't order. However, the store was clean and the selection and quality was great. The bud tender also seemed extremely rushed to get customers through and did not allow time to even look at the selection. This was my first time visiting this shop and I probably won't come back since they seem unorganized and rushed.

I noticed you didn't put up a review someone submitted for this store. I think the information that the review contained was very informative. I've shopped at this store a few times. Once I got a jar that had been opened but didn't notice till I got home. I also have had dried out crispy pot, not good, but also had good pot from there too. The staff have always been nice and helpful if not a bit bored with the same question but hey, welcome to retail. It's close and convenient for me now, or at least until another one open's. This store has a lot of potential if they can iron out the bumps with there products.

I am so impressed!As a new smoker, I have a lot of questions about product. I've been nervous to enter shops because I'm not sure what I'm looking for and feel dumb. The staff here were AMAZING! Not only did they know about their products, they asked me what I knew I liked and what I didn't like and why. They were able to make great suggestions and made sure I understood everything. The shop itself is also just gorgeous. I highly recommend this place. It's my new go-to!

I wish I got the name of the male employee that was helping me with CBD oil...he was super knowledgeable and nice. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing for the two female employees. The first one I approached didn't greet me or smile. And the cashier was so short with us and so unfriendly! I wish I got their names...they were both wearing glasses if that helps. I would love to return to the store but I can't stand bad customer service and bad attitudes.

This place is great. Good variety of flower, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I feel like it's a little more laid back and personalized here, like they actually take time to talk to you and help you out. Some other recreational shops I've been to just stand there and ask what you want. I've been really pleased with the products I've bought. The only thing I don't like is the set up of the store. They have one booth area for flower and everyone is always crowded around it. You have to stand and wait a while to be able to get to the case and see what they have. The other thing I didn't care for was their accessories. Bongs, grinders, etc. very overpriced and more "show" pieces than useful devices. I'm someone who partakes daily and I prefer going across the street to the smoke/vape shop by the dollar tree to buy my devices and accessories.I like that this place is close to where I live. Stash box on A street is garbage and I used to drive all the way to Des Moines for my treats. This place is close by and the hours are great.

I WAS a daily to every other day customer but no longer. Employees will ignore someone patiently waiting for service to attend to someone who walks up to the case without waiting their turn. My last visit the employee stopped helping me to help someone who walked up and butted right in. NO more. I am a Stash Box customer as their prices are comparable and you are treated with respect.

We had no idea what to expect but we were welcomed at the door. We were helped with everything. Great spot, very professional and inviting. We weren't scared at all for our first visit.

Lame. Just walked in never been there before and the dude "helping" me just answered "no" very shortly to everything I asked. He Didn't even try to engage me in finding out what I needed or liked. Guess they don't need my money. I like to shop places where the staff is actually nice to me.

BEST SHOP IN THE AREA!!!! Staff is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. This store is on a level all it's own, these people are truly professionals. The staff truly makes you feel valued, they take the time to help you find just want you are looking for.

The store is OK,their sales are kind of a gimmick because every time you come to get them there either sold out or it's not going on anymore.and also the girl with blonde hair is the rudest cashier I've ever encountered in any kind of sales

I'd live to give this place more than 5 stars.  My name is Adriana.  This place is very different.  There is a cool security guy at the front.  The staff namely Erica always seems happy to see me even though I'm sure there are many patrons.  The staff here are super knowledgeable and more important.... Always fun.  I highly recommend this place

This is pretty much the only place I or my G.F. ever shop. Not for lack of options at all. I love the atmosphere and the great selection. The sales they offer are great. Most of all though it's the interactions. The budtenders here are dynamite. Particularly John K. He has great recommendations and is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The customer service is great but the prices are very high. The quality is not good and I do not feel like I got my money worth in terms of quality. Personally I am willing to give them one more shot a few months down the line. There is for sure better prices and quality for those better prices out there.

Prices are good and the selection is very good.  I've not had any negative experiences shopping here.  The staff has been friendly each time I've been there.  The selection of glass a bit sparse and they don't have "black water" to fill them in order to show the ribbons.

I was contacted today by another manager to let me know I had indeed over paid .... So when Manager Rachel went and checked the tape and then counting out the til... and found "No" discrepancy did she really check the tape and or count out the til?... a little customer service as I received today would have gone a long way... Being judged as a "Liar" before the til was counted out....disappointing ... on a good note I am being refunded my moneyThank you Anastasia for your wonderful customer serviced

The folks who work here are very friendly and I've always gotten in and out in a very efficient manner. I'll continue to make them my number one provider!

Expect a great selection. They have a lot of everything. I've only been here 3 times, the  prices are like anywhere else. Some things are less, some are more when comparing. The only Tender I've seen so far is John. There's a reason for that. He's up on product knowledge, and has gone out of his way to help me out. So far he hasn't steered me wrong. I recommend at least giving this place a try.

Weed is ok not best ive had from a shop. They card twice each person (offended) they dont card at door of liquor store door and register why here thats pretty much harassment. Rhen for every person that is standing at the "express" window about 2 or 3 people inside are helped first makes your express window sign a joke. Also this location has steeper prices than most stores.

Employees are nice. They are way over priced. For example: I went in for a quarter of a certain strain by a certain company, it was $90 compared to $50 at another store. I would definitely recommend looking else where.

I've been coming here since they opened and have always enjoyed my visits. They have a great selection of concentrates. The staff is generally very helpful and I have never had any issues up until 710. As I was browsing the concentrate case a guy came over to help me but before he even said anything he started arguing with his supervisor over his 15 min. break. When he was finished he asked what he could help me with. I asked a few questions regarding what they had and he basically could not answer them not only that he was eye rolling and rude the entire time. He completely ruined my experience and left a sour taste in my mouth. As I was checking out I asked the girls up front what his name was. Albert thank you for ruining my birthday and 710 with your crappy attitude and vibe.

Amazing staff, amazing building and the atmosphere was the absolute chillest and friendliest out of the numerous dispensaries I've visited. I loved the bud I bought and had an overall great experience. Obviously pricier than medical, but the selection is huge, and very organized. Will be coming back!=)

Never switch up the product & they over price everything. The worst is the customer service went in a long time back & this large blonde lady who was taking care of the to go window literally ignored me on purpose & instigated the situation. Kept delaying the process for no reason then I got impatient chunky started yelling then auburn felt the need to put in her two cents. Still got my product after being at the to go window way longer then necessary told the lady a few choice words. Called in to let them know & they said I was "eight sixed" lmao & they felt very victorious with that like little high schoolers sitting around feeling accomplished but y'all think your the only shop in Washington. I waited to hear from the manager he never called me back. If anyone of smart do not go here worst establishment ever. Got invited back but have not even thought about EVER going back here finally stopped the text from here too so much better places then here got to stash box & I feel like that place is the worst if you really want quality go to commencement bay way cheaper & has fire product & customer service.

I stopped in this Morning to buy some CBD oils and was absolutely turned off immediately when no one there was willing to help out. The guy that acknowledged me after they let me in was rude by saying "I will help you after all these people who were here first." All I asked was for the CBD oils and I got that rude comment. It wasn't until this Polynesian Girl went out of her way to help my Wife and I,Turns out I think she was the Manager.  She was kind and helpful and I could tell she wanted to help me because we shared the same tattoos, Samoan tattoos. After starting to help me, she had to go back to the front of the store, so she passed me off to the RUDE guy again and he was still trying to help others even though I was there first. What an idiot, he wasn't any help so I told my Wife, "Let's bounce, this guy doesn't know what he is doing." So we started to walk out and leave when I ran into the Samoan Girl again and I told her about the "unhelpful guy"  and and how RUDE he was. She offered to help me and my Wife personally if we ever come back. She was so kind in helping but overall, the rest of the Staff sucked and I'll never go back to that place again unless that Samoan Girl is still working there and willing to help me out and not those stupid looking kids that work there.

tenders are always quick to get you at the door and help you get in and out quick.  Today John took care of my order and was very nice.

The prices are a little bit high, but the space to look around and the number of people to help is always good.. My favorite bud tender is John K.. Very knowledgeable & friendly guy . only once have I not liked a product that had been recommended to me.. Overall I like buying weed from the evergreen market

Another bad experience.  To start both handicap spots where filled with non handicap cars and people. The parking lot was full of trash and a cop questioning a dealer on the corner. I have been here a bunch and aways wonder why I come back. I had a 20% off coupon I have saved for and when I used it the cashier gave me 1/2 grams instead of full grams of concentrate. Rang it up and I was not able to use the full potential of my coupon. Not cool. Takes 10 visits to get coupon. This might have been the last straw.  Wh

I love Evergreen Market! John K is a great bud tender and very knowledgeable about the products! When I ask what's good the weed that he recommends is always top notch! That's what I think makes an amazing bud tender! Thanks John!

I have been going to Evergreen since they opened and never had bad service.  I appreciate the knowledge and friendliness of everyone.  They started making it more personalized with putting your name on the ticket and Landon who works there only asked once and had my name down it's nice to be remembered when you know they see hundreds of people. Great place to shop at. Thank you to the owners and amazing staff!!

I really enjoy the 20 percent discount after 10 visits. Optimus prime from bondi is one of my favorites! I also enjoy dos si do. I have some good photos of some good stuff. I trot and get the best deals when I can here. Nice staff as well! Updating because I wanted to post some Sapphire Star by The Quality it is considered a hybrid. I feel the indicator effects and I smoke at least 3-5 grams a day. I enjoy rolling .5 grammars like in the photo they hit me perf.UPDATE: Now you have to spend $500 dollars to get 25 percent off!! Well thank you very much. Old discount you needed 10 visits to get 20% off. They used to do every four hour check in, now it was like ten or 12 which is ok but still ridiculous.

Online orders aren't filled until you arrive.Online order is not guaranteed until you arrive to pick up your order.  This has happened to me at least 4 times where I placed an order online and when I arrived the item had been sold to someone else and was no longer available.  Even though I received a text claiming that my order was complete and ready for pick up I was told that the product was unavailable and there was nothing they could do.  The managers look to give any and all excuses but fail to take accountability for the problem.  I do not have any issues with online orders at any other cannabis shop.  It feels like Evergreen Market does not care about the customer and only about the profit by the way I was basically told "oh well, sorry" every time this occurred. I used to love this shop and now I won't be going back because I don't get treated this way anywhere else.

Solid shop. However, the white, blonde lady working the counter the night of 2/11 is super rude. As long as she isnt there, you should be treated well though.

This is my all-time favorite place to go when I run my errands. If you can request an associate ask for Tyler. Not only is he the sweetest heart but he cares so much about you as a person and knows the product to a "T". We are so appreciative of you guys and the smiles and warm hearts you give us every single time we come in. If something isn't working you guys always make it right.. big shout-out to Larissa as well for being an amazing worker and helping us today. She was so amazing with my service dog and anyone who is sweet to my baby is good in my book. The product is amazing and various as well so you'll always find what you're looking for. These are not associates or workers.. they are family.

Another issue with this Auburn store. I placed my order on line. We came into the store to pick it up. I had received the confirmation and the order is ready text. When we got there to pick up the order the woman behind the quick window was a complete b*tch. She insisted that there was no order and made my husband come get the phone to show her the texts. He did just as she said. He brought it in and showed her. Which was a waste of time because she still insisted there was no order. He ended up needing to come back out to take a screen shot of the order. The entire time she was so not nice. He was so frustrated, slamming our car door and all. He's usually pretty calm. So it must have been bad. All 3 times he had to go back outside, he had to wait in line again. Not a happy customer. I wish it Not the only non scrubby to store local to me.

So my mom asked me to go get her some marijuana. We went online and even picked out what she wanted ordered ahead of time and everything. Get there and standing in a line. I count 7 people come out before they let 2 people in TWO people! 2! They have their online window closed so you can't just come in and get your ish and go. Then they take FOR EV ER to get you your product, to speak to you. They all walk around hella slow and sh*t. It's like they're in there kicking it as opposed to actually working. Customer service is straight straight straight straight trash. I'm standing in line writing this review. 3:25 made the order. 3:32 arrived. 3:38 received a message while in line. 3:48...you guessed it. Still in line. Waiting. Idk about other people but at this time I do not want to be stuck anywhere too long waiting for anybody and this was just ridiculous. Lol I'm laughing at how spacious it is in here, how slow they are, and how they only allow about 4 people in at a time. They will be losing money this weekend I'm sure of it.

This is a terrible company, only in it for the money. There have been several cases of Covid-19 at this location , probably due to the fact that management doesn't require people to wear masks and "sanitizes" everything with windex and fabulousa. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Have been in many shops looking for topicals for arthritis.  They only had one and while the gentleman was saying this was the best they made, I pulled out a photo of what I'm currently using which is way stronger.  His eyes got wide and he wanted to know where I got it.  My friend bought the one topical they had.  Not a good selection and apparently not very knowledgeable about what is available.  Didn't seem interested in expanding their line of product.

I was a former employee of evergreen market auburn. Worked there from august 2020- December 2020.So let's start with product. If you're looking for a deal, this is not the place for you. For a decent 1/8th you're looking at $45, and a decent gram of oil for like $35. Their product sits out until it's sold, long past the harvest date. If you have the option to go to another store, do it. You're better off shopping elsewhere for deals. I only shopped their because they give employees 45% off.Secondly let's talk about if you're considering working for this company. It sounds great at first, a beautiful dispensary, free weed, being high at work, sounds great right? Well that's about it as far as benefits. You make minimum wage. They say after tips you make $17 an hour, but you don't. Tips are given to everyone who works at the store, regardless of if you're working directly with customers. And mangers get a higher percentage of tips than bud tenders. There's medical insurance but no dental, and only if you work full time, which they'll schedule you for less than full time to avoid this.This store is very clique-based. They will "promote" employees and call them "trainers" or "educators" which basically means you are able to tell people what to do but have zero responsibilities as a supervisor.Now let's speak on COVID. As of today, they have at least 1 employee that is covid positive at the store at any given time. They don't make anyone get tested, and allow employees and their family/friends to come in without masks and disregard social distancing. I've brought this issue up to management and the state of Washington, but not much action was taken by the company to protect their employees and customers. They rarely sanitize properly, using windex and fabulousa when they do. If you're immune-compromised: use the online widow and wash all your products before you open them.Overall, the company has potential, but as of right now most of their employees are dissatisfied & bitter. They focus a lot of gossip and you can not trust anyone with anything said, they will lie to your face with a smile. They can't keep a store manager for the life of them, and the turnover rate is sad.The bud tenders and cashiers mean well, but upper management does not. They will do anything to cover their tracks.

This is a great place. Gives points to shoppers and discounts for military and seniors. Always gave great product s.

Comfy clean environment, everything is organized in an intuitive manner to help find what you're looking for. Employees were nice and helpful.

This dispensary is alright and I do enjoy coming here from time to time to pick up particular products. My major issue is with their selection of flower and pre rolls. Other dispensaries that I've gone to seem to offer a larger selection of both. The staff is quite friendly which is definitely another reason that i continually return to this location.

The store was clean and had a nice set up. All the products on display. Staff super friendly and helpful. The girl was so patient with me as I asked a hundred questions and she gave me great recommendations! Then the man at the register was super nice. It’s the best dispensary I’ve found on this side of Washington! Glad I decided to stop. Definitely recommend!
