Service is amazing always making sure everything is the best of the best and if a product is not as it should will refund w/product match! Great business knowledgeable and awesome personalities !!!!

Wonderful dispensary!  Everyone is very knowledgeable and very friendly.   The atmosphere is lovely and inviting too.

I've been a client at Mindful since I got my card in May of 2015. I had originally signed up with another dispensary also in Addison, but literally ran out of that place when I visited it for the first time. I switched to Mindful after meeting the staff and being so impressed with the facility and product. Don't hesitate to come here. They'll take good care of you. I live on the North Side of Chicago. And I drive all the way up to Mindful. I have dispensaries closer. And I don't care. That should tell you how awesome Mindful is.

After spending my first few month with Windy City Cannabis I made the switch over to this place.  I drive out of my way to go here now.  Prices listed online and cool friendly staff.  They give you a Welcome package on your first visit with all sorts of goodies.  THIS PLACE IS AWESOME

NO RECREATIONAL CANNABIS HERE! Sign outside says not until "spring." May be great then, and I'll re-review, but for now a waste of a trip.

My pain MD recommend the shop due to feedback from other patients. I would have to agree this place is First Class. Great staff; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

This place is great and the staff are all nice and the wait times are minimal. The product we get here is always great. The star off is due to the fact that security in the small entrance usually have their masks on improperly (nose out) so I likely won't return unless I don't want to trek to Schaumburg.

This dispensary is the best in the state they treat their patients with respect as well as their recreational customers, they answer any questions that you could possibly have and are always willing to have a friendly chat. I have been to many dispensaries all over the state and none of them are as great as this one. I am a happy patient and will continue to come to your great dispensary. During the pandemic this dispensary requires that you wear a mask, they only allow so many in at a time, plenty of hand sanitizer and all the workers properly wear the masks. They give great presentations of great information to their patients that give useful info and lead to better results for the information that they're giving. Each and everyone of their staff are extremely nice and patient. Please don't change a thing and I will continue being a happy patient.

This is the most present medical marijuana dispensary around. Very knowledgeable they actually spend time with New Clients to see what best fits your needs.Ive been a member here since they opened and my experiences have been very pleasant and the Bud-Tenders are the best.The owner Kurt is a great guy to talk to very friendly .

Pretty happy this location is for medical cannabis users only (so far)!It's very clean inside, nicely remodeled, and friendly people. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and the line was short with no wait time. Although their menu is small compared to other dispensaries, they update their menu 4 times a day to have the current inventory.Again, there is a shortage of flower in Illinois so it's very hard to find half ounce of flower. I will try out this dispensary and hopefully it will continue to satisfy what I need. Just glad I can find something near by work.

No lines, and a much nicer atmosphere than Earthmed. Feels more like a dispensary in Cali.

Very nice style inside this place, but the staff had no knowledge, could not answer any questions I had. Then I get home to find out he gave me the wrong product! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Didn't think the staff was nice. They are overly pretentious. Prices are pretty high and the quality is mediocre at best. I would try some of the other ones in the area

Next time you want to scam me with some low grade sh*t, don't tell me its the best u have. First and last time coming here. Theres much better dispensaries around. I could've went anywhere else and paid less for anything better than this ***. 200$ wasted. *** you guys. Rip off artists

Paid $70 for a vape and it comes 1/4 filled and all the liquid spilling out. I'll never return here again. UPDATE: they fixed the issue and gave me a credit back for my purchase. THANK YOU!

I would rate 3.5/5 if you could. 3 feels slightly too low. Honestly, this is the nicest dispensary in the area. Other dispensaries look like the DMV, and this one is definitely a boutique feel. Very aesthetically pleasing and personal exchange with the budtenders. The reason for my low rating is the lack of physical menus. They only allow you to look at the screen when you walk in, and it's hard to compare everything when the screen is constantly changing to a different section of the menu. Also, other dispensaries include all taxes and fees in the price, and that's not the case here so it's hard to gauge exactly how much money to withdraw from the ATM. I mean let's face it - these are nice problems to have. But in my opinion, these were the negatives to the experience and because of this I don't think I'll be likely to return.

It was my first time at any dispensary and I Will say that I was really Impressed.  That's really something for me because I'm not so Easily impressed by anyone or anything! The establishment was very crisp, clean,organized and the staff was super friendly.  Cash only or you must have their app. They do also have an ATM machine on the premise. I purchased a vape pen "Cheese and Chong " that I must say is Really Groovey.

I love this dispensary! First and only dispensary I've ever been to. John was my guy! He was so helpful and made the experience extra special. Not just him tho, everyone is so extremely nice and helpful. All the way from the guy at the door to all the bud tenders. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because ever since they switched from Mindful to Hatch I noticed some price increases on the edibles I use to get. Which is totally understandable but during a pandemic, money is already tight and when you have to budget for meds every little bit counts. Other than that great place!

Now imagine actually giving a one star because you were told to wear a mask, the literal least you can do. Get over yourself, you are one of billions of people who are in the same boat. That said, this business is extremely professional, and handles any discrepancies very professionally. They explain to me different cultivators, current issues and changes with different brands. The people at the front are always very courteous, as well as the bartenders. I am actually stopping by today, and expect more five star service! Thanks again! Logan was an excellent bud tender. Super friendly, outgoing , enthusiastic, showed that he loves what he does. Actually carried a conversation with me and didn’t just try to send me home with some medicine and get me out of the store. HATCH needs more people like LOGAN. Give this man a raise or a joint on me. I’ll return to this location just because of him! Thanks again Logan
