James or Jim, (I apologize for not remembering your name.) That does not take away from how much I appreciated your time and energetic connection while I was in there last. I felt like I was back at the friendly bud man's living room down the block. Yet Sativa sisters offers modern conveniences and quality. Keep on rocking!

Best buds come out of the sative sister . Very knowledgeable and good product. Sure wish state doesn't make growers dry it out so much .

This was my cannabis shop of choice until recently. I went in to buy a cartridge and battery, I charged it and I could not get it to turn on. I called explaining the situation, thinking maybe it was something I was doing wrong or if maybe I got a bad battery. The employee on the phone told me to bring it back in and that they would test it or give me a new battery. When I went in the same employee that sold it to me, took it to the back and came back and told me to follow him outside. Once outside he took a hit off my pen and told me I did not have it on and told me to take a hit. I looked at him in disgust and told him it was cold and flu season and I didn't appreciate him taking a hit off my pen. The employee was a black male and might have took that statement as racial. He then told me his cooties and my cooties were the same, actually no. If you have the cold virus I don't want or need that. I later called the store to speak with a store manager. The store manager told me it was their store policy to test out batteries that way, and how they take you outside to be off camera. It is a big no no for an budtender to get high while at work, and I don't appreciate how unprofessional it is and unsanitary for an employee to take a hit off a customers product. I am pretty positive the manager I spoke to on the phone was the same employee involved in this situation. I will not be going back to Sativa Sisters.

I was not impressed at all with the customer service or the store. The workers were not helpful or pleasant like they didn't have time for customers. No deals really stood out and the boards of what they carry are sloppy. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Always have what im needing. And they make me feel welcomed and not rushed. The bud tenders and funny as well i always leave with a smile. Highly recommended.  This has been my go to place since they opened the other places around simply don't compare.

Visited a couple dispensary's while I was in Spokane. This one was well staffed with well informed and friendly employees, had a huge variety of edibles, concentrates and flowers. Was well priced and has specials every day of the week. Really easy to find and Amsterdam Cafe in the front makes a mean Latte. Highly recommend to any out of Townes looking to check out a quality dispensary for the first time.

Nice and clean place. They have many different types of products, but also CBD only products in the form of oils and creams and they are separate from te THC products. There is also a cafe place with good espresso.

One afternoon, I came here and parked, followed shortly by three other women in sensible cars and sensible shoes. I'm in my 50s and chronically ill. Of the four women, three of us had disabled placards. One of the women was clearly in her 60s, one in her 70s, and one that may have been even older. I saw canes and other assistive devices.While this place has the look and vibe of a Haight Street bong shop, the young people who work here are clearly helpful and respectful. No eye-rolling, no condescension, just solid information and suggestions and good customer service. Clearly they have a strong following with the little old lady set, those AARP members who suffer with cancer/chemo, arthritis, glaucoma and/or severe pain. If they drive all the way out here when there are other shops in closer to Spokane, that should tell you why. (The elderly matron set is notorious for finding fair pricing, attentive customer service and not putting up with whippersnappers.)Please drive carefully into and out of the parking lot. The grandma-types move pretty slowly.

I've been to seven dispensaries in Spokane.  I've found this place has the best selection, prices and staff who are eager to help you out.  Saturday Shatterday is outta line, great savings for folks who like concentrates.  This is the only store I'll go to in the Spokane area.

Very disappointed I asked for fresh weed so I can make some rosin and they give me some super dry fucking weed I would not recommend this place to anybody $80 down the drain any true smoker knows dry weed tastes like shit why have a shop if you're just going to have bullshit

Disappointed that I ordered a curbside pickup and no one answered the phone after five tries. Gave up and left

I called today to try to set up an appointment to renew my medical marijuana recognition card and the female bud tender I spoke to would not give me an appointment. She would not give me a Specific day and time to come in at instead was increasing vague and uninterested in helping me at all. She told me come in this Sunday but never told me a time, never once took my name or number, and never told me if someone would actually be on clock who can do it. I asked for a manager and was told "Sorry a manager is not available because there wasn't one scheduled to work till Friday." WTF type of bs answer is that! This place has gone down hill by hiring people who are more interested in getting high on breaks then actually doing a good job.

Whether you're a cannabis virgin or a puffing veteran, these folks are super easy to talk to and get advice from to find exactly what you're looking for. Place may look a little "funky" from the outside, but the vibe inside is relaxing and professional. The tenders are enthusiastic about finding the right strain, product or accessory. And prices are GREAT! They have specials every day of the week on different items. Yes, we'll definitely be back to Sativa Sisters. Thanks, guys, for such an easy time!

I really like how they have their pre rolls set up, they are all in easy to read cases and by type. They are super friendly and I love the coffee shop.

This place has awesome prices and deals. They do a 10% off all grams on certain days which is very cool if you want to try a handful of different strains for a good price.

Always has great product at a decent price and awesome customer service. One of the few shops I actually enjoy going into.
