Went to the new Downtown Cinder on W 2nd Ave and was impressed with the knowledgeable and enthusiastic young man who assisted me.  According to his tag, he was a trainee!  Good pricing and fresh product, great experience!  Highly recommend.

I don't understand how this store has gotten good ratings......must be their friends rating it, because out of all the pot shops in Spokane this one has THE WORST customer service and their prices are NOT competitive.

Best customer service in the whole town. The workers are not informative but friendly, and are more than happy to help you find what you would like. But not only that, Cinder has created a chill environment that makes you feel comfortable when ordering. I highly recommend this place for anyone who happens to be in town. They truly are the best in Spokane:

Its ok, kinda small but good selection and of corse a knowledgeable staff, but it was kinda bare in there.

I love this location! I work around the area so it's not only convenient but I see some of the staff at my work as well! Everyone is so friendly and more than happy to help. Good quality bud too. Sometimes it's the quality not the quantity like some other places.... ;) I will always come back here.

Clean, readable, right prices, top shelf diamonds for $25-30. Wow and they have the best industrial discount in the area. Very happy. Even the mids are legit

Closest store to my house. The store was nice and clean. Everything was well displayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of them helped me get the drinks and candy I wanted, messed up my hard candy flavors but not too big of a deal. They're all delicious.  In and out in 10 minutes before it got super busy. I'll definitely be going back.

This is a classy place. I have visited other dispensaries and this one is a bit different: no crowding around long counter displays to look while jockeying with folks who are trying to make a purchase. Their wares are visible in large plexiglas cases at eye-level (for most able-bodied folks.) The budtenders are very knowledgeable and mine gave me two strain suggestions, one of which worked beautifully - I will buy that again! Such a pleasant place to visit and shop. So glad I don't have to attempt to drive into Spokane to find Cinder. Definitely a repeat customer.

My absolute favorite shop in the whole city!!! I've made the mistake of going other places, but NEVER again! The staff is amazing.  They are kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.  I am in this location quiet often and they always treat me like a friend, and recommend the Best strains.  They are always paicent with my want to shop around the store and I never feel rushed . If you haven't been to this shop,  GO!!! And go often. You'll never be disappointed.

Every time I come in the nignt staff seems high as shit off Coke, I'm instantly overwhelmed and I almost had a panic attack in the store then other night due to the high tension and anxiety in the room. And I was the only customer in there. I always come in and ask for specific products. Usually they're out of what I'm asking for and give me a shitty alternative. I asked for a $25 gram tonight and ended up coming home with a shitty $15 gram of crumble just because I was done wasting time with these people who couldnt even understand that I didn't want crumble. Just take your business to locals cannahouse if you're gonna buy weed in the valley. They have much better prices and products

I'm pretty critical of budtenders in general since we've gone rec but there's a young buck "Mitch" who impressed this cannabis writer, patient and judge! The products he directed me to based on my needs were phenomenal!  The prices are fair, the atmosphere welcoming and the meds are grade A!

i used to go this dispensary almost everyday for both oil and bud (the people working there knew nothing about their product they sounded like they've never smoked a day in their lives, but i never cared because i knew what i wanted) until i found out a budtender would LIE to me about the cheapest prices, telling me that their cheapest oil was $15 a gram so she could meet her quota for the month. i'm pissed about this. when i found out about this i called cinder and asked if i could return the oil i just bought for the cheaper version, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me mid call! i cannot make this shit up. i hope you never give them your money because they do not deserve it. Cannabis and Glass has amazing customer service (and AMAZING prices) as well as The Hidden Joint. Start going there because they deserve it more than this dingy ass place

Nothing about this shop is customer-oriented! To organize the product by Farm is odd to say the least. Then, I made the mistake of asking a staff member how I would know on the menu which are sativa and which are indica. Her response of, "Just ask your bud tender. Your bud tender will go over that with you", was unnecessarily rude. If you can't handle talking to customers, you should not work in a customer-driven industry. After this interaction, I took my business elsewhere. There's plenty of other places to go, do yourself a favor and skip this shop.

Staff does not seem to understand social distancing, constantly walking around store with customers, inches from other customers. Did not feel like a safe or consciencious retailer.

This location seems to have very knowledgeable budtenders and a wide selection of product. They also have daily deals that help save you money on a particular kind of product that day (i.e. munchie Mondays, top-shelf Tuesday, etc.). I've taken advantage of their point system several times, saved a bunch of money.

Nice selection of various products along with daily specials makes this a great place to periodically visit.

I was first attracted to CINDER because of what in my opinion is value pricingSecondly I read some of the responses written by Justin and was impressed that he offered both concern and suggested resolution to ppl who voiced a concern or complaint. Third is convenience. The location on Mullan is very close to a destination for me albeit sporadic When I walked in i was greeted by 3 pleasant employees one of whom was DEVONI found DEVON to be very knowledgeable and helpful although it was my first time there. Another female coworker was also helpful and Interjected things that seemedPertinent to my conversations with DEVON. All said and done I spent $95 and have not been displeased with the variety ofProduct I selected. Logistics prevent me from being a "regular" but when the situation presents itself I will definitely pop in to CINDER and drop some more green lol

I've never enjoyed this particular kind of shopping. I'm new and nervous. So to have a place I actually feel comfortable going into and asking questions has been such a nice change of pace! If you can swing having Mr. Brian help you.....you're going to have a great day!

In and out kind of day with great customer service from a guy with a Texas tattoo! He had great recommendations and opened my eyes to some new brands. To the texas tat guy the CAMO ? is ? thanks for suggesting. 100% recommend check out the daily specials ??

Cinder is a class act. Their continued curbside pickup is appreciated. Sometimes you have things going on and can't go in and wait on the line. And really, why not have curbside if people will use it. It is usually quick and easy and I enjoy selecting things online.

Cinder is by far the best cannabis shop I've been to. Their employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about a wide range of products, even to the point of advising which growers have pesticide free operations. As someone who doesn't like smoking and prefers edibles I've never felt judged for my preferences, which has not always been my experience elsewhere. I definitely recommend Cinder.

Every time I come here the budtenders are so nice and knowledgeable. I take their recommendations and they never steer me wrong! I love the option to shop online and pick up in store as well. It gives me time to browse on my own and see more products.
