These guys are the best. They carry the smaller grows, tier 1 and tier 2 mostly with exceptional quality. If you get the chance have a talk with Danica, she knows her strains and is a great all around person. Come here once a week because I'm treated with the upmost respect and fair quality prices.

This is a great place! The sales associates are super friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable. We appreciated that we felt welcomed. They are one of the few that have a menu online, which is done quite well in my opinion. "Highly" recommend this establishment!!!

Of the 4 or 5 I've visited this is my favorite.

I really enjoy visiting Locals Canna House due to the amazing atmosphere, along with the friendly and knowledgable staff. They have an extremely wide variety of products and seem to be always bringing in new items. I never have issues finding exactly what I'm looking for whenever I visit. Finally, they allow me to bring my dog in!

Locals Canna House is the best spot! Staff is great and they are more than willing to help you find exactly what you want. They always seem to be getting new items which is great to always be able to try something new if you want. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area! I will be back very soon.

Outstanding store! The locals in the name isn't just for marketing, the majority of their stuff (90%+) is local to Spokane county, and that's huge to me. I really try to keep my money local. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, they never seem to mind answering questions and just shooting the breeze when they can. The store itself is very nice. Very clean and we'll laid out. The example tables are really cool, giving the consumer a very nice preview of the product. The variety they carry is outstanding, from flowers to wax to vape to edibles, they have it all and then some. This is THE shop to get it! I will no longer go anywhere else, as long as they exist, they have my business! Oh, almost forgot, they are the ONLY place that offers a veteran and medical discount! Thanks for keeping it local!

This is, by far, the best shop in Spokane. I'm not a local but I feel like one now - these budtenders are always on it, the guys could learn something from the girls BUT still the best, clean meds and there's always a deal list or 3

This is the second recreational store I've been in. I had been going to another place on Trent on the recommendation of a relative because it was close - I was satisfied with the products from there, but after walking in and being ignored for another customer that was a lot cuter than me, I got back in my car and wound up at Locals Canna House for a real treat. Just having had a tooth extracted, I was looking for an alternative to the narcotic that my doctor prescribed and I can't smoke because of the procedure so I was looking into edibles. The lady (wish I could remember her name) who greeted me when I walked in took the time to listen and offered a perfect solution for my case. She directed me towards the drinkable stuff, which is effective and delicious. I was impressed with their store layout, products, and ESPECIALLY the professionalism of the staff here compared to the other place I was going. Although it is further out of my way on my daily routine, this is now my new stop when I am need of some quality cannabis products.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. My major complaint is they have not had what I chose online that they said was in stock. But they always are cheerful and helpful. Customer service is definitely a 10!

Today, July 6th 2020, was my third time visiting Locals since the pandemic began in March. Two of those times I left since there were 25+ people in the store and no masks. Today I went in, there was still more than ten people total (not including employees) only 1 customer wore a mask in the 10 minutes I was in there. One employee was even WEARING THE MASK WITH HER NOSE EXPOSED! When I politely asking if they were enforcing the mandated mask rule, she said "Well they know the risk and until we are told to refuse service by the government, we won't be turning non-mask wearing customers away." I'm immunocompromised and I have been a loyal customer since opening day. I regret to say, due to the employee being so rude and for the safety and myself and others I come into contact with, I will be boycotting this store. Media has been contacted and unless I hear back from a manager, that story will become public. There are lots of cannabis retailers in Spokane, I recommend another place that cares about the safety of their patrons, especially since a lot of customer go there to get CBD's (like myself) to help with chronic health. You have a heightened duty Locals Culture House which leaves you open to lawsuit. Please, for the sake of your business, please do more to ensure our safety and train your employees to express professional responses when a customer shows concern. Very disappointed.....

Went into my usual local cannabis shop only to be REFUSED service for not wearing a mask. Responded letting them know that I have several medical conditions and am not required to wear a mask. Budtender then went as far and asked me for a doctors note! Stating that if I don't have a copy of one stating my conditions that they will not serve me. According to HIPAA regulations, businesses are not allowed to ask you that and especially not allow to discriminate against a persons medical condition. Never going back and I will spread the word to all people I know who support this business. Furthermore I will push back in any legal way my lawyer sees fit.

My all-time favorite craft cannabis shop! I love the boutique growers and the friendly atmosphere!

I have been going here since day one,   always had good service but as of today I will be going elsewhere! When I am denied my rights as stated by law and a employee or bud tender as they are referred to, demands my personal medical information to be able to buy weed?! Because I refuse to wear a mask due to medical issues and I tried to tell her about the ADA but she told me she didn't have to follow that here.

Local's has a wide selection and helpful budtenders. While they are frequently very busy, I appreciate that they seem to have enough staffing to make things go quickly. The only reason I docked a star is because they're not the greatest about advertising sales. I'm subscribed to their text alerts, but the ads they send only mention a very few products, whereas other dispensaries will advertise, for example, all prerolls on sale or everything from a certain farm is on sale.

Was just in with no mask , as well as a handful of other customers . The guy in front of me refused to wear one when asked and was still helped , as soon as I refused I was told I won't be served. I spend so much damn money here . Will no longer support locals after this event.

Very disappointed with the customer service I just received.  I have a defective/leaking cartridge, and though I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had to return a product here, I was told that they would not honor the return policy because "it's more than half gone".  first of all that's not true as the oil isn't all settled at the bottom, and what is gone is because it's leaking.  there's more than enough choices for smoke shops in the valley, I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Beautiful shop! They have a great selection of both cannabis and glass at this well maintained shop. The workers were constantly cleaning and organizing which is extremely important in this industry! This will be a new must stop in Spokane Valley!

I am giving five stars because up until today I have been more than satisfied with my experiences with shop and staff. I am a regular customer who puts in a very large online order weekly, very seldom on Mondays. My online experience has been without incident. One time prior to today I asked to add something, which wasn’t available on website, to my order. It was not an issue. Today I asked to add a battery to my order, not available on website. I was told that she could help me today, but for future would have to stand in line to add to my order. Hoping that this is NOT going to be the case for future orders. I left today with a horrible taste in my mouth.

I love locals. I'm here almost daily not just for the great deals and quality products. I love the staff team. They're very polite, friendly, and on top of customer service. Everytime i walk in, it's like walking in to a family gathering the environment is so welcoming.

One of the best shops in town ? staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Products are always high quality and I love spending my points at the culture house on coffee!!

Always appreciate the competence with genuine personality. The minute one of the bud tenders greet me Im comfortable.

I recently bought an ounce of some sunshine marijuana which is 95% seeds they are refusing to replace it with something that is acceptable. Offering me a 20% discount which I had over a thousand points with them so that does me no good. I am on disability this is my only way to get my pain relief and they have ripped me off. Refusing to do anything with it and if it is unusable material / wac law 314-55-079 -(12) A marijuana retailer may accept returns of open marijuana products. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible. (13) A marijuana retailer may dispose of marijuana products as provided in WAC 314-55-097. I used to spend a lot of money there I guess I won't be anymore
